01/04/2026: While passing through Isola del Liri, my husband and I had dinner at this osteria. The entire staff provided a warm, family-like welcome. Mrs. Lorella, the chef, was very professional and helpful with her explanations of the dishes. The food was carefully prepared and the appetizers were superb. This is a must-see if you're in Isola del Liri. Highly recommended. Hugs and goodbye. ❤️

24/05/2026: Discovered this restaurant on our last night in Isola del Liri. It's a shame, because it deserved a few more visits. Excellent quality dishes and ingredients, and pizza too, for those who prefer that. Fresh fish, excellently cooked. Friendly staff, and fair prices.

25/06/2026: Two French couples on a nostalgic trip down memory lane, we stumbled upon this place by chance and received a warm and welcoming reception. The dining room is a true haven of tranquility, with linen tablecloths, excellent service, and elegant decor. A special menu was created for one of us who suffers from numerous allergies. For an hour and a half, we were pampered. We all enjoyed a wonderful meal and had a fantastic experience. Our Italian isn't quite up to scratch, but thanks to Google, we had a great time. A truly wonderful experience, the very essence of Italy in both the dining room and on the plate. Go for it!

Located on the Liri river, it offers a view of the beautiful waterfall.
The interior is original and very welcoming.
Good food, good cocktails, and very friendly staff. Prices are a little higher than other places in the area, but it's worth it.

05/07/2026: I used to stop here often for the excellent coffee (Illy) and the delicious pastries! Now they've changed the staff and have lost a lot of money. The pastries are still good, but the coffee is truly awful (still Illy).

But I don't know if they really need to make money,
Given the way the counter staff acted, as if they were doing me a favor by serving an older person in particular, if you don't feel like serving, stay home.
Then look at the prices. I didn't even pay these prices in Piazza Navona.
Absurd.

07/07/2026: We arrived after hours and were warmly welcomed in a bright room overlooking the flowery greenery. The local dishes were freshly prepared and tasty. The service was friendly and timely.
15/06/2026: We had lunch yesterday, eating appetizers of ham, cheese, and flavorless grilled eggplant, followed by two first courses: risotto with asparagus and tonnarelli with sausage and mushrooms. Both dishes were bland. To finish, a good tiramisu and passable fruit. They also served us still and sparkling water in carafes, and undrinkable white and red wines. An experience not to be repeated.

30/05/2026: Affordable and good ice cream. No place to sit, you take your ice cream with you.
