06/03/2025: Well-kept location in terms of accommodation and cleanliness, courteous staff with a lot of attention towards the customer, located in the center of Cassino, excellent for enjoying a coffee or aperitif and you can taste something to eat of your choice. Parking on the municipal road. Good quality/price ratio.

26/10/2024: Beautiful culinary experience. First courses plentiful and seasoned but not heavy. In particular, the spring fettuccine is very good. We then had grilled lamb... soft and tasty. The spectacular village sausage. Full-bodied and delicious house white wine, so much so that we asked to buy two bottles to take away. Fast and welcoming staff. Optimal! Highly recommended

09/01/2025: I stayed at the Hotel La Campagnola on 12/29/2024, after my cousin Flora Di Branco's wedding with Nicola Di Martino. The property is tidy, clean and well-kept. The room is welcoming, large, bright and equipped with all amenities. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is large and comfortable. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a large breakfast room, with many tables and a varied choice of drinks and food. The staff was really very welcoming and kind. Promoted with full marks!

16/09/2024: Per un pranzo senza troppe pretese ma con grandi piaceri. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Cucina semplice con piatti preparati al momento. I tempi di attesa sono un poco lunghi. Pane eccezionale, fresco e di una bontà unica. Antipasto abbondante. Primi buonissimi. La mia pasta Norcina era buona, peccato per la spolverata di prezzemolo. Molto meglio le paste ripiene. Locale frequentato da gente del posto e da lavoratori in pausa, il che è indice di sicura bontà. Un ristorante genuino a prezzi decisamente ottimi.

22/02/2025: Non è arte loro, l'addetto alla piadina dorme in piedi, infatti per fare 2 piadine ha impiegato 22 minuti, impasto duro affettati tagliati in modo vergognoso. Tutte mini fette per via dell'affettratrice messa male. Meglio il kebab di fronte.

As for the rooms, they have everything you need, but the bed was too soft and the cheap cotton linen was of poor quality. However, the disconcerting thing was the breakfast: basic, everything packaged except for two cakes with an unlikely flavour. All this for the modest sum of 97 euros for two. Like a hotel, when it's not a hotel. If you would like to object, check where we usually stay, with even lower prices

04/03/2025: Sono stato invitato a pranzo da una coppia di amici che festeggiavano un evento, non ero mai stato in questo ristorante, la soddisfazione è stata tanta sia in ordine alla location calda ed avvolgente quella interna dove il legno fa da padrone sia per uella esterna dove un gaghetto fa tanta scena. Il pranzo poi nelle varie portate è stato tutto a base di pesce ed è risultato abbondante ma soprattutto molto buono ed appetitoso. Il vino suggerito è stato eccellente. Ha fatto da cornice al tutto un servizio discreto e riservato ma efficiente ed efficace... insomma una piacevole scoperta... locale consigliatissimo.

04/03/2025: Pochi giorni fa io e la mia famiglia abbiamo avuto il piacere di pranzare all’Olandese Volante per via di una festa in famiglia. Una gemma di ristorante deliziosamente strutturato, fronteggiato da un piccolo laghetto che, sospetto, renda ancora di più durante una cena… magari sul padiglione con vista all’entrata! Tralasciando il luogo suggestivo, un’altra nota positivissima e non trascurabile è rappresentata sicuramente dall’ottimo cibo. Abbinamenti di pesce creativi, freschi e gustosi. Ogni portata servita con cortesia da uno staff evidentemente preparato e cordiale; proprietari gentilissimi. Speriamo di ritornare molto presto!
