29/07/2025: Location elegante e raffinata, ma senza fronzoli, nella parte vecchia della città. Personale di sala gentilissima ed efficiente. Tempi di attesa giusti.

20/07/2025: Lack of transparency and dishonesty. The dish we tried, a main course, wasn't great. But what was annoying was that we ordered one side dish each, asking if we could split it between two items from what they had available... 'No problem,' the lady said. It's a shame they ended up charging us for two side dishes each; 10 euros each for a small plate of potatoes from a bag and two artichokes seems excessive to me. Then put this detail on the receipt... they only listed the total amount, perhaps to try to hide the above a bit. A tourist-plundering place, not recommended.

18/06/2025: Rustic and typical trattoria. Excellent appetizers and generous portions. From the neighbors' table we received compliments for the second courses that we did not order. So I would say those were also excellent...

23/07/2025: Excellent hotel and restaurant for a pleasant stop in Anagni. The hotel has very spacious, clean, and pleasantly furnished rooms. The breakfast is excellent. In a very refined setting, the restaurant offers expertly prepared meat and fish dishes. All the staff are extremely friendly and attentive to their guests. Good value for money.

21/07/2025: Honestly, this is the first and last time I'll go there. The value for money isn't good, and the service isn't good either. This was my experience. P.S.: After reading the restaurant owner's response (or whoever), I further lowered my rating from 2 to 1 star but instead gave it a solid ZERO for his arrogance. (I feel I'm entitled to a response that I share with users.) All my reviews are the same!!! Are you kidding? 😁🤦 First of all, reviews are written to give an opinion, but above all, to give an objective opinion of how one experienced a restaurant, and also to advise both customers and restaurant owners. Especially the "intelligent" restaurant owners who, instead of arguing, try to understand why the customer left unsatisfied. If I were you, I'd "worry" about the praise instead 😁😁 and I'd say that this snide comment reflects your inability to properly manage a place. You're counting on the NON-reaction (and review) of dissatisfied customers passing by. You've got it wrong. Oh yes, I also see good ratings on TripAdvisor 🤣 my mistake was not following the advice. And given the dissatisfaction of other customers, why not advise them to stay home and not go out as you advised me? 😳 Be HUMBLE and be self-critical, otherwise you'll change jobs.

02/08/2025: La prima volta in questo ristorante. Non c'è che dire, servizio impeccabile, antipasto un carpaccio di manzo davvero ottimo; due primi anch'essi ottimi, una gricia coi fiocchi e un piatto davvero originale di fettuccine in crosta di parmigiano e un dessert molto particolare, con una rivisitazione particolare delle "mbriachelle". Tutto ciò, cenando avendo davanti agli occhi la meravigliosa cattedrale di Anagni. Prezzi nella media, calcolando anche l'ottima qualità.

29/07/2025: L'atmosfera è bellissima, è tutto curato al minimo dettaglio. Tutte le paste romane (la gricia, la carbonara, la cacio & pepe e l'amatriciana) sono buonissime, e le consiglio tutte. La carne è buonissima, cucinata in maniera raffinata ed è anch'essa buonissima. Lo consiglio a tutti anche perché i prezzi, in relazione alla qualità e alla quantità, sono poco alti.
