Rome Sweet Rome

29/05/2026: An excellent bar in terms of service, value for money, excellent pastries. Excellent hygiene, all the food is very fresh and high-quality! But there is one problem, an exclusively unpleasant one, a problem that spoils a good collaboration: the music is not suitable for the morning and is too loud, forcing everyone to raise their voices. After a good breakfast, we leave feeling annoyed!

Gustando Roma

11/08/2026: We ordered two pizzas, a beer, and two iced coffees. The pizzas were very good, I highly recommend them. The beer was cold, the coffees were okay. Nothing to complain about. Nothing was added to the bill. Only when paying by card, the waiter was very nervous and insisted on paying the tip in cash, which I usually do anyway. The menu is in small print. Some dishes are reasonably priced, e.g., the pizzas, but some are significantly overpriced. Weekend service is 20%. Overall, it's a shame because the pizzas are very good, but the place has poor reviews due to their stupid, tricky pricing policy.
11/08/2026: I was very surprised when I read about what they did to customers. They didn't play any tricks on us. Anyway, we paid for it. Still, when you go, be careful and ask clearly beforehand what you will be paying for, and if possible, ask for written documentation or proof. You can even video record the waiter and your conversation with their permission. We were satisfied with both the service and the food. We didn't experience any bad behavior from the waiters. Most of them were from Far Eastern countries (Malaysia/Singapore). The pasta was very delicious. Italian style, with cream, sauce, and al dente, we really liked it. The waiter brought bread with the pasta, even though we didn't ask for it. My son made us all laugh by saying, "Dad, they realized we're Turkish!" :)) As you know, for us Turks, bread is an indispensable accompaniment to every meal. The prices aren't low, but Rome in general isn't that cheap anyway. When you come to such a historical and world-renowned location, prices naturally increase. This is the case all over the world. Some people hope to see prices like in Greece or the Balkan countries, but it's very difficult. Maybe in the side streets and with lower-quality food...
