15/06/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute sandwich heaven! A must-try in Lignano Sabbiadoro! What a brilliant concept! 🤩 We stumbled upon "Il Panino a modo tuo" by chance, and it was the best culinary discovery of our vacation. Here, you create your own sandwich according to the motto "a modo tuo" – that is, entirely according to your taste. And the selection is amazing! 🤯 You start with a huge counter full of fresh, high-quality ingredients: various creams, grilled vegetables like zucchini and peppers, artichokes, walnuts, various cheeses, and much more. Even here, it's hard to decide. The real highlight, however, is the incredible selection of sausage and ham specialties, presented in a spectacular, round refrigerated display case. 🍖 Everything is freshly sliced ​​and wafer-thin. The result was perhaps the best sandwich we've ever eaten. 🥪😋 The bread was perfect—crispy on the outside and beautifully soft on the inside. The ingredients were of the highest quality, and the combination was simply dreamy. The portions are super generous and worth every penny. Bottom line: An absolute MUST for anyone in Lignano Sabbiadoro. Authentic, incredibly delicious, and a great experience. We'll definitely be back! ❤️🇮🇹👍

14/06/2025: In this sandwich shop you can put whatever you want in the sandwich, and whether you put 5 ingredients or 1, the price is the same. The sandwich is quite big, and if you want to eat on the beach the sandwich your way is perfect.

01/06/2025: It's a magical place, a little out of the way compared to the classic restaurants in the center, but, guys, the food is divine. The linguine allo scoglio is a real challenge, you get a dish worthy of Bud Spencer with lots of fish, maybe more fish than pasta. We made the mistake of taking a fried food for 2 as an appetizer and finishing it all was a real challenge, but we did it, leaving that goodness there was a crime. The next day I fasted 😂. And since a picture is worth a thousand words.... Add to all this a dessert trolley that makes a pastry shop look bad and the staff is so kind and friendly that it's rare nowadays. Exam passed for everyone with 30 cum laude and an academic kiss

28/06/2025: We come to Croce del Sud every year when we’re in Lignano – it’s our go-to spot for dinner almost every night. The food is great, the atmosphere is lovely, and the staff is friendly. A couple of times they forgot to bring a dish, but that doesn’t change our overall experience. We always enjoy coming back!

06/06/2025: We've been to a few restaurants in Lignano, even ones where people have to queue for a table. But this cozy restaurant is an insider tip. The best lasagna, the best pizza, and the best tiramisu. It's a matter of taste, of course, but we thought it was fantastic. The atmosphere is pleasant.

03/06/2025: I went to this restaurant for the first time. The wait for the order was unacceptable then the dishes arrived and they hadn't taken the order for the drinks, after 45 minutes of waiting for a sole for a child they brought it but inside it was still raw, but the shocking thing was that the waitress continued to insist on the fact that it wasn't by arguing. It's ridiculous that even today they make you wait hours for a dish for children

04/06/2025: Large restaurant with plenty of tables both inside and outside, and plenty of staff. They make every effort to get you seated, especially when reading the menu. Large selection of food and drinks, including a three-sided pizza that tasted good (California with ham and salami). Located at the end of the pedestrian zone, we paid €13 and €15 for our pizzas, respectively. The toppings were mediocre, not particularly generous. Beer costs €6 for just 0.4 liters (which is considered a "large" beer here), and there's an additional €2.50 per person for the cover charge.

04/06/2025: We've eaten here three times in a row; it's simply fantastic, highly recommended. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We were here with our dog; we didn't even have to ask for water for the dog; we got one straight away. We saw our cigarettes and were immediately given an ashtray. The food is very good, with a large selection and a short wait. The atmosphere is very pleasant. It's a shame our holiday ends today; otherwise we would have come back. We will definitely come back next year. The best restaurant in all of Lignano Sabbiadoro.

20/05/2025: Really pleasant experience at Rueda Gaucha on a quiet Monday in June. A couple's dinner. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The meat is the real star: tender, tasty and cooked to perfection, accompanied by tasty side dishes and attentive and friendly service. Excellent value for money too. Ideal for those who love grilled food and want to treat themselves to an evening that is different from the usual. Highly recommended!

22/06/2025: Typical tourist rip-off!! Coperto is charged in full even though they forgot to make us anything (bread, snacks, crackers...). House wine: 1/2 liter was ordered and charged, we got 2 jugs of 125ml each + a bit more, but definitely not 1/2 liter! Pizza tiny and the dough so thin that there was a hole in the middle and you had to scrape the toppings off the plate! Parmesan is placed on the table in small plastic bags. Pizza with burrata was pizza with mozzarella - never again!! Especially when the prices are higher than in the neighboring restaurant (Sandr.) and this one is so much better!!! We had to tell the service 3 times that something was missing. I'd rather go somewhere else.

22/06/2025: We've eaten here several times and were satisfied every time. The staff welcomed us very warmly on each visit, as did the service – simply fantastic. We tried several things from the menu and enjoyed everything. We'd be happy to come back.

01/06/2025: Basic hotel with a very good quality/price ratio. Always very kind and "on the ball" staff. Few frills and a lot of substance... pleasant pool, bicycles available and an excellent breakfast! In addition, they promptly fixed an electrical problem in the room without causing us any inconvenience and apologizing several times for the inconvenience. Absolutely recommended hotel! Thanks for the hospitality! P.s. super plus, beach with sunbeds and umbrella included having stayed a few nights!!

28/05/2025: I stayed just one night with my family for an event near Lignano. What can I say, perfect value for money, very polite staff, excellent room cleaning, breakfast buffet just right for any type of sweet/savory preference. We will definitely keep it in mind if we were to return there.

31/05/2025: Para empezar pedí un tártaro de atún y poco antes de terminar noté algo muy pequeño arrastrándose en mi plato. Y cuando miré más de cerca lo que era, vi un gusano vivo en mi plato. Cuando se lo dijimos a la camarera al principio ni siquiera lo vio, pero después de que se lo dijimos (creo que todavía no sabía lo que queríamos decir) dijo que se lo llevará al chef y se lo preguntará. Cuando regresó nos dijo que era de la flor y ni siquiera dio una disculpa. Escribo esto porque mi madre ya hizo un reviev en google y me respondieron que era un pistilo violeta. Creo que es indignante e incapaz. Y la comida de los cuatro sabía a nada y mi carbonara de espagueti era una sopa de aceite.
