Dough that looks like a cloud, never predictable combinations and ingredients that respect the territory and seasonality..
Very kind owners and staff!
In general it's better to book, but if you're not in a hurry you can have a good aperitif while waiting for a table to become free..
In the summer there are also seats outside.
Dogs allowed without any problem.

20/04/2025: Easter lunch for two. The idea of offering a particular but à la carte menu was excellent, allowing us to choose two excellent first courses (cjarsons and notable ravioli) preceded by an appetizer and followed by side dishes (tasty and plentiful) and desserts. Excellent quality/price ratio. Well done!!
10/03/2025: I came from Cortina d'Ampezzo and it is a local restaurant.
I only had spaghetti, but be sure to sprinkle some cheese powder on it.

01/05/2025: Ignoro il motivo per cui, nonostante venga a Forni da quando avevo 10 anni, non mi sia mai fermata a mangiare qui...è tutto ottimo, ma ottimo!A cominciare dalla cortesia e dal sorriso di chi ci ha servito, per non parlare degli gnocchi e dei cjarsons...fino al panorama di cui puoi godere mangiando...brave davvero! Domani torno!

04/05/2025: We only had an aperitif and I can say they have a good glass of wine. Sympathy and courtesy also towards our furry friends (fresh water available). We'll be back for sure. Small and welcoming. A tip: if there is no one at the counter (because they are busy in the kitchen) ring a nice bell (hotel type) that you find on the counter.

22/04/2025: Really pleasant lunch at Nuoitas. Excellent cuisine, authentic and without too many frills: real flavours, refined and sincere dishes. The place is welcoming, you immediately feel at ease. The beer is also excellent, perfect to accompany the dishes. A stop not to be missed if you are in the area!
09/02/2025: Typical Carnic anti-forensic place, with exclusively Carnic organic and homemade specialties, impeccable service, welcome and kindness.
Place to recommend to families, business lunches or dinners, oh in friendship.

Staff gentile e cortese.
Locale super consigliato!
09/09/2024: Ristorante vicino ai campetti, molto frequentato sia in estate che in inverno. Locale accogliente e rustico, personale veloce e molto cordiale. Mangiato benissimo ad un prezzo onesto. Molto consigliato!!!
