24/04/2026: Greeted by the owners' unparalleled courtesy and professionalism, I was able to leisurely appreciate all the winning features of this haute cuisine spot nestled on the slopes of the Gabicce hill, with a beautiful sea view. As for the menu, I was guided by the restaurant's owner, of Sardinian origin, who proposed a magnificent trio of raw fish carpaccios, featuring the tuna and scallops that literally melted in my mouth. This introduction, accompanied by a glass of vintage sparkling wine, carasau bread, and fried piadinas, was followed by the typical Sardinian dish, Fregole with seafood, in which I appreciated the harmonious flavors of the various shellfish and the island's traditional pasta. For this occasion, I limited myself to these two gastronomic offerings, reserving the right balance for another dish on a future visit. The restaurant's location, the elegant and refined atmosphere, and the owners' unparalleled courtesy and professionalism are truly remarkable. An experience I will definitely repeat.

The grilled fish with burnt sole... too much breadcrumbs... my tuna steak was "dry"... all the other tables received "myrtle" as a dessert except ours... I don't recommend it.

02/05/2026: We returned with great pleasure to Profumo di Mare. Besides the scent of the sea, I would add the aroma of the dishes, truly excellent, and the pleasure of the view of both the sea and the sunset.
Last night, it wasn't yet time for outdoor dining, so we dined inside, still with the same view. The welcome and service were always extremely attentive and friendly, never excessive. We repeated the menu, featuring the incomparable mussel sauté, the best we've ever tasted, both for the quality of the ingredients and the execution. The salt-baked prawns were equally outstanding,
for us, the best way to enjoy and appreciate the quality of the product.
The dessert suggested by the chef, an amaretto semifreddo, was also excellent.
While we wait for our next visit, we can only thank you and recommend everyone to discover this place; it's truly worth it.

If you're looking for a place in Misano to eat excellent seafood with a beautiful sea view, this is the place! The owner's welcome was exceptional, friendly, and professional.
We ate exceptional raw seafood, excellent Taranto-style mussels, and an octopus carpaccio that was top-notch. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service impeccable, and it was truly a wonderful experience.

22/09/2025: We went there for dinner (2 people). There was nothing to complain about regarding the friendliness, the food was good value for money. The only flaw was the excessive wait time (almost an hour). They explained it by saying there was a problem in the kitchen. However, in my opinion, they should have rectified the situation by asking if we wanted to change the course. It can happen. The bill was fair for what we ate.
19/09/2025: Helpful and kind with the place extra full they had the delicacy to satisfy my needs by doing their best to have dinner with my family.... I really wanted to eat there
