Fresh and delicious food. Excellent quality of raw fish, and the grilled turbot and gratin dishes are equally as good. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

The restaurant is located in a very beautiful and welcoming spot, well furnished, it feels like being in a mountain shack from the warmth it transmits and instead we are at the seaside, the owners welcomed us very well, the dishes are super delicious and everything is really very well taken care of, I highly recommend it

09/12/2025: Exceptional cassoni. Our favorites are the classics, rosso and rosole. Truly excellent, especially the whole-wheat dough with olive oil. The guys at the counter are always super kind and smiling. Well done!!!
05/12/2025: (I'll start by saying that I'm not a Local Guide, PERIOD!) If a sudden hunger strikes you at 7 pm on a Sunday, and you haven't booked, don't worry, order, and make yourself comfortable, read a book, brûlée, and in a few minutes your wish will be granted. Here, in case you didn't know, they serve "only" fresh, piping hot products. For industrial piadina, go elsewhere. I only want the best, and I find it here. La Piadineria alla scalinata

25/04/2026: A little gem right at the foot of the steps. Sitting at the outdoor tables and enjoying the view of the heart of the town is an experience not to be missed. Authentic piadina romagnola, thin as per local tradition and filled with the freshest ingredients. I highly recommend the one with squacquerone cheese, caramelized figs, and prosciutto. The atmosphere is magical, perfect for a quick stop before climbing up to the upper town. Fair prices and very friendly staff. A must-see in Santarcangelo!
