Greeted by the owners' unparalleled courtesy and professionalism, I was able to leisurely appreciate all the winning features of this haute cuisine spot nestled on the slopes of the Gabicce hill, with a beautiful sea view. As for the menu, I was guided by the restaurant's owner, of Sardinian origin, who proposed a magnificent trio of raw fish carpaccios, featuring the tuna and scallops that literally melted in my mouth. This introduction, accompanied by a glass of vintage sparkling wine, carasau bread, and fried piadinas, was followed by the typical Sardinian dish, Fregole with seafood, in which I appreciated the harmonious flavors of the various shellfish and the island's traditional pasta. For this occasion, I limited myself to these two gastronomic offerings, reserving the right balance for another dish on a future visit. The restaurant's location, the elegant and refined atmosphere, and the owners' unparalleled courtesy and professionalism are truly remarkable. An experience I will definitely repeat.

Fresh and delicious food. Excellent quality of raw fish, and the grilled turbot and gratin dishes are equally as good. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.
