29/07/2024: I'm doing a late review (I came about 10 days ago). Very kind and nice guys, top atmosphere, excellent drinks. Only flaw? The prices are excessive. It's certainly not a tavern (it's very nice, I underline), but in a bar in the center of Florence I think I would have spent the same 😅. Would I go back? Yes, it's still worth it

20/07/2024: Locale curato, personale molto gentile ed educato. I primi e il fritti fi pesce sono fantastici, così come i dolci. Sono ormai alcuni anni che qyqnfo ho la possibilità ritorno a mangiare in questo locale che mi conferma sempre una grande qualità. Ottimo posto lo consiglio vivamente.

21/08/2024: Basically the only proper restaurant at MA Brasile. At times it can get really busy and you need to count in some waiting time, both for getting seated, getting served and until the food arrives. Service level usually is nice and kind however when the house is full it can get quite chaotic... but it is Italia after all. So you are on vacation enjoy the atmosphere and a longdrink to pause the time. Their focus lies on fish. From starters, to pasta to fish plates called after the Romagnoli rescue rowing boats Moscone. (Pics attached) The quality is high, prices comparable low. If it is not on the menue it is worth to ask. Even a fried egg on your spinach no problem... The Pizza is legendary. You kind of get a lot of variations. Although a pine apple does not exist.... so be warned ;-) Drinks are comfortly pored. Negroni or Gin and Tonics are strong and the weak hearted may ask for some extra splash of water or mixer... So come down here. Wednesdays there is a artisan market just next to the terrace... enjoy a glass of wine or a spritz. La dolce vita

06/08/2024: Mina restaurant is a spectacle: truly excellent hot appetizers, good ravioli, amazing tagliolini allo scoglio, hospitality and service like at home, average prices. We will be back very soon to try the rest, if it gives me a lot!!!! Congratulations 👍🤝👏

06/08/2024: During a recent visit to Salento, my friends and I decided to have dinner at this beautiful restaurant “ Profumo di Mare “, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing, although the food was really delicious. Being our first time in this beautiful region, we expected a warm welcome and varied cuisine, but we were surprised by the limited choice on the menu. For those who cannot eat fish, the only alternatives were a schnitzel and chips or orecchiette with tomato sauce, a limited and unexpected choice, given that other restaurants in the area offered a vast choice. They started with “this is a seafood restaurant”. But in the meantime they didn't even have tuna or salmon... the only fish our friend could eat. Furthermore, we were told that in order to eat on the balcony it was necessary to order at least two courses each, a rather absurd rule. The service also left us perplexed: the bill is not usually brought to the table, but they made an exception for us, communicating it to us in an almost condescending way. Furthermore, it was not possible to pay the bill separately via POS, an inconvenience that can create discomfort, especially when you are in a group. This situation created an unpleasant atmosphere and left us quite disconcerted. We have never seen and heard such absurd things, especially when the staff insisted on promoting mussel souté, as if we didn't know what it was. This insistence was perceived as unprofessional. In conclusion, while recognizing the quality of the food, we were disappointed by the service and the oddities encountered. We hope that these aspects will be improved in the future, to offer an experience worthy of the beauty of Salento.

03/08/2024: We've been there several times, the last time in 2019 (before the Covid) and the plates were well presented and the quantities much more copious, as we recall! We had two different starters and two different main courses, so we could try lots of different things. The place offers an incredible view, but the portions on the plates have melted in the sun and the prices have risen sharply. We spent way too much for what we ate... I mentioned this to the waitress, but apparently customer impressions have no importance or consideration for them. I should point out that we're not big eaters... even for tastings the prices are disproportionate for the region. Too bad, I don't think we'll be going back! There are many other restaurants in the area offering better quality/ quantity/ price. the fish should be on the plate, not sitting around the table.

11/06/2024: Kindness, abundance and a lot of heart that many "wise" people do not want to evaluate and even offend. People who think they are aristocratic (and it would not be a certificate of merit) but they are miserable. This is free and democratic Italy...

24/08/2024: We return today from a wonderful week... this is thanks to the kindness of the Silvia hotel staff, the excellent food in the living area, the friendliness of the waiters and the comfort that the structure offers. We will definitely return next year.

23/08/2024: Hotel renovated a few years ago, some rooms still to be renovated. The reception and cleaning staff are always very helpful in solving any problems. Daily cleaning ok. The only flaw is the quality of the raw materials of the lunches and dinners, but if you are looking for a competitive price, you have to give up something

27/06/2024: Non ero mai stato in questa bellissima location e devo dire che è stata una sorpresa fantastica. Camere pulitissime e accoglienti,con tutte le comodità. Giardino e piscina curatissimi in ogni particolare. Colazione super abbondante,che sembrava quasi un pranzo con tantissime alternative di dolce e salato. Il personale cordialissimo e gentilissimo,complimenti a tutti per quello che avete creato e che continuate a portare avanti. Grazie,saluti. F.D.
