17/08/2026: I visited this ice cream shop a few days ago, and unfortunately, my experience wasn't a positive one. I saw the lady at the cash register handling banknotes and coins, and then immediately afterward, picking up the cone and preparing the ice cream with the same hands. I then asked her, very politely, if it were possible to use a napkin to avoid direct contact between the hands that had just touched the money and the cone. The lady, rather annoyed, threw away the cone she was preparing and grabbed another one using a napkin, saying to me, "Look, ma'am, we're teaching classes." The problem is that, immediately afterward, I saw the other customers' cones being prepared again with bare hands, while the same person continued to move from the cash register to preparing ice cream and handling money. I don't question the quality of the ice cream, but I think hygiene when handling a food that is consumed directly is essential. And if I'm told that training courses are held, I would expect the correct procedures to be applied always, not just after a customer request.

16/08/2026: I had a smoothie today, very few fruit flavors, and the peach smoothie tasted like nothing... There's no coconut flavor, no banana flavor, very little fruit to choose from. Too bad.
