The handling of drink orders was embarrassing: the girl at the counter served randomly, completely ignoring who had arrived first. A total lack of respect for the customers. I left without being served and have no intention of returning.

22/12/2025: It's a bar I often frequent for breakfast or a mid-morning snack: the staff is truly friendly and never fails to make you feel how much they care about their work and their establishment. As for the food and drinks I consume, as I mentioned, it's usually breakfast—coffee, cappuccino, and various pastries—and I can honestly say they're all top-quality.

25/01/2026: A true gem in the heart of Faenza! I came to Enoteca Astorre after an invitation from a dear local friend, and I left completely won over. We ate divinely: meticulously prepared dishes, refined yet not overdone, with excellent ingredients and a balance of flavors that makes you say "wow" with every forkful. Everything was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and presented elegantly but never overdone. I tried appetizers, first courses, and second courses, and not a single dish was less than a 10—the food was truly delicious! The service was impeccable: friendly, attentive, and professional, but never cold or distant. They attentively looked after us, offering us timely wine recommendations (and the menu is impressive, with interesting selections even by the glass). You can taste the passion and attention to detail. The setting is also stunning: a historic venue in a beautiful building in Piazza della Libertà, tastefully furnished, meticulously maintained, with a warm, elegant yet welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a romantic dinner or dinner with friends. There are only a few seats, so you can eat in peace and quiet. In short: a place that deserves all 5 stars and more. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone passing through Faenza who wants to eat well, feel pampered, and enjoy a splendid atmosphere. Well done! 07/04/2026: Five of us just dined to celebrate my graduation. I found the place cute and welcoming, with generous and very good food (excellent value). The waiter who served us was friendly and helpful. One star is missing due to a simple mix-up at the register, which turned into a somewhat embarrassing and humiliating moment. I calmly reported an extra cover charge (showing the five receipts) and the stressed cashier replied, "I'm not arguing over €2.50." Great for fixing the charge error, but terrible behavior over such a small issue. My sincere compliments to the kitchen and the waiter, who were professional.

06/04/2026: We stopped for lunch during a Sunday trip (one of the few restaurants downtown open on Sundays). A very beautiful and characteristic location, both inside and out. The dishes were good, quite refined, and perfectly prepared. It's a shame that, even though we had booked and agreed on the menu over the phone, they served all the courses "one for every two people." We basically had to split the appetizers, first course, and second course with the person sitting next to us (we didn't get one course each, but individual portions to split between two people). The staff is friendly, helpful, and dynamic (even witty).

15/02/2026: A very quaint restaurant. We happened upon it in Faenza at lunchtime on a Sunday and were warmly welcomed. The menu isn't extensive, but it's well-presented and of excellent quality, offering a good value. The service is friendly, courteous, and welcoming, and they make you feel right at home.

14/04/2026: A special place for those who enjoy late-night dining with friends. Welcoming and friendly service, with friendly and cheerful waiters. The delivery of dishes to the tables in the order ordered is a bit chaotic, but since they're made fresh, there could be some confusion regarding the various portions served. On the other hand, the drinks were quick and adequate. Very good quality, with generous sauces, and relatively low prices. We'll gladly return.

09/01/2026: We stayed here over New Year's Eve. The house was spotless, very well-kept, and tidy. The service was impeccable, with great kindness and helpfulness. The food was good, authentic, and the wine excellent. We enjoyed a wonderful New Year's Eve dinner with the other guests, in a pleasant and convivial atmosphere. A truly positive experience.
