09/03/2026: We had a wonderful time! Even though we were a group of 20 people, they welcomed us without any problems and provided more than excellent service. The staff were kind and helpful, the rooms were enchanting, and the outdoor garden was wonderful. Highly recommended!

14/04/2026: What can I say? The castle was rebuilt in 1630 after the 1501 earthquake as a noble residence by my ancestors... I can only speak highly of it. It's definitely worth a visit.

24/02/2026: Excellent food, better than many restaurants. I had radicchio risotto, cod fritters (fantastic), and baked potatoes. Everything was excellent, and the wait staff were friendly and welcoming. I felt right at home! The atmosphere was clean and the service was very fast.

La Birrichina's piadina is one of those things you don't eat just for the sake of it, but it sticks in your head.
Perfect dough: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Generous fillings, quality ingredients, and combinations that work exceptionally well with simplicity.
Every bite is comfort food done well, the kind that makes you say, "Okay, I'll take this one again."
You can taste the care, love, passion, and desire to do things right.
If you love authentic piadina, the kind that doesn't compromise, you're sure to find something here.
The place is small but extremely welcoming, with an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. If you don't order takeout, it's best to make a reservation, as they fill up quickly. Plus, there's ample parking, an unexpected detail that makes everything even more convenient and stress-free.

01/04/2026: An osteria in name and in nature. The atmosphere is elegant but not snobbish. The waitress is kind and polite, the dishes are simple but well-prepared, and the portions are adequate. Yes, the wait times are perhaps a little above average, but you can feel that the dishes are freshly prepared without pre-cooking, etc., and, in a world where people are always rushing around, how wonderful it is to relax for once and simply enjoy the company of those around you. Finally, let's get to the price: one of the few places that charges for what you actually consume. Well done... and thank you for a lovely evening.
21/03/2026: Excellent food, truly courteous and helpful staff, from the lady serving us to the chef, whom we met before and after service. A welcoming, modestly sized restaurant.
I recommend the guancialino stew and the zucchini tart.
Without wishing to detract from the excellent experience, I should point out the rather long wait times.
I know where I'll be returning in Vignola.

17/01/2026: Given that I ate well and the portions were decent, I still recommend asking for the menu with prices first. Arriving at the counter and finding out that starters are €14 (€12 was more than the right price) and desserts are €5 (€4 was more than the right price) is a bit excessive for such a basic restaurant. But very basic and spartan... and we travel a lot in the Modena area, so the comparison is based on facts. They're nice, enthusiastic young people, but in our opinion, some of the prices could be reduced.

26/03/2026: A historic pizzeria in Vignola. This place is dated, but very clean. The family-run business is friendly and welcoming. The ingredients are often fresh, sourced from the family garden. Authentic Neapolitan pizzas are easy to digest and fragrant. They're excellent for takeout, as they only bring one order at a time, with great professionalism, unlike others that take hours to make pizzas before leaving. The pizzas are excellent, both the thinly sliced ones and the ones with a topped crust.

27/07/2025: Cena discreta, composta da due primi e due calici di vino. L'aspetto negativo e' stato sicuramente il servizio e il conto. Alla fine della cena, al momento del conto l'oste, tra una battuta e un sorrisino, non ci ha esibito lo scontrino con l'indicazione del costo delle piatti, ma ha fatto un conto forfettario arrotondandolo in accesso!!! Attengiameto non professionale e serio Sconsigliato!!

01/03/2025: Mi dispiace non poter recensire il ristorante in quanto abbiamo chiesto di prenotare una cena tramite Smartbox, ma ci è stato risposto che non accettano più questo tipo di prenotazioni (quando invece nell' app Smartbox il ristorante Bigaró risulta ancora presente). Ritengo il comportamento scorretto ed ho informato telefonicamente che avrei segnalato la cosa.
18/01/2025: Cena di gruppo in tanti, però menù davvero scarso in quantità ( gnocco tigelle salumi) buoni invece i due primi. Da migliorare i dettagli e anche un po' il servizio. Visto il bel locale e la bellissima e imponente struttura.
