26/01/2025: Dinner with 10 friends, Saturday evening at 8pm, the place is full and the decor is very simple. We go only because I remember they are the best borlenghi in the plains but we discover the crepes, which I took, which are superlative: 3 rosette-like "flowers" served in a small terracotta casserole, rich in cheese and well-measured cooked ham, perfectly cooked, temperature close to nuclear fusion inside the sun 😁. Others took and enjoyed the pumpkin tortelloni seasoned with butter and sage or bacon, or the tagliatelle. Mixed grill good in quantity, good in quality; the fillets are very good. The baked potatoes are stratospheric, but they run out quickly so I recommend booking them 🧐. The only slightly discordant note are the wines: not at the same level as the food, among the various I remember most willingly the Lambrusco di Sorbara. Despite this, there will be many bottles 🫣 It must be said that with quality wines the price would rise 🤷. The protagonist of the evening is the borlengo: the first one is enough to understand that it will be a success, confirmed by everyone I see at our table (many... But really many) and the others; classic mountain borlengo of the Serravalle-Guiglia-Zocca tradition seasoned with lard, garlic, rosemary and a sprinkle of parmesan, heavenly cooking, wonderful dosage... PERFECT. Dessert brought to us, various coffees and coffee killers. €36 well deserved

21/12/2024: Birthday evening on December 21, 2024. Not great food, but acceptable. However, not much for the price of €35. An entire table of 9 people got up still hungry. But the best was the totally improvised service performed by people not strictly service or customer oriented. I receive a much smaller portion than the others, who all get an encore, and when I also ask for a small encore (a spoonful...) I hear them say: "no, I've already given it to you..." so what? ? Do you think at the table? Then a friend asked for extra chips, and was told: "no, we don't have enough..." too bad they then arrived at other tables... oh well.. experience not advisable unless you enter in the "thanks" of the staff...

24/09/2024: Dinner with friends a few nights ago for a particular anniversary and it was wonderful! Large restaurant with comfortable table seating! A place from the sixties but wonderfully well kept, located on the walls of the Vignola Castle with a wonderful view! Excellent traditional food with attentive and competent service staff! In short, five stars and if we could we would even do six!!! Well done!!

31/10/2024: Pizzeria in a fairly strategic position, it's a shame that the place inside is a bit dated. As for the service, let's say that it could be done much better as soon as you enter, the welcome leaves a lot to be desired as does the table service. As for the rather small, mediocre pizza with a rubbery dough, the desserts are decent but who knows, since they are not produced by them, the cost is high for a similar service and quality, you should spend much less, especially 5 euros for a packaged dessert and 3 for covered are really too many.
