24/04/2025: You managed to receive a negative review from a customer last week for the exact same reason as me When I told you that it is not correct to completely eliminate the WiFi for the guests and reserve it only for the Staff and close the power plugs with the little black plastic things under each table and on the brioche stand to be able to charge the phone for the simple fact that you don't want to offer them to the guests as free services but that you are still continuing with this methodology of hosting the customers, be careful that you are only harming yourself in this way. You are not the small bar located in the countryside (underlined the customer who reviewed last week) where you are not used to receiving so many people every day, you are a bar located in the center and this attitude is totally incorrect and selfish because only the staff can use both the WiFi and charge the smartphone. Among other things, you also responded to the customer's review by stating that you still guarantee other free services but this is FALSE because you don't offer anything free, you can only drink or eat and nothing else... If in the future your next plan is to also remove the guest toilets then you are next to close. I have said and thought many times that you were different in the past and lately you have gotten much, much worse. You have to ask yourself: what possessed you to remove all these services from the guests in your establishment? I understand that it is a bar and the priority is to drink and eat but for the customers who come there and after the drink they have to continue their work with the PC or if it is an emergency matter because your battery is flat and you have to call your family you must ALWAYS guarantee both WiFi and power sockets for guests in case of need! Try to go back to providing your service just as it was in the past because that's just not good. I'm sorry but there's no escape with me. * And don't use the excuse about increased product prices because it has absolutely nothing to do with it.

15/04/2025: My experience at this place was disconcerting to say the least. In an age where technology is indispensable, denying customers the ability to charge their devices is a clear sign of disinterest in their needs. The staff's refusal to allow me to use a power socket under the table is unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism. Furthermore, the unwelcoming attitude of the three girls behind the counter contributed to making the experience even more negative. I wonder if the staff is aware of what hospitality and customer care really means Of course I use Google's help otherwise I would have been more direct and have no problems doing so: You completely lack Sharm as well as the professionalism to do a job in direct contact with people. Maybe he can work with the known clientele of the village but with tourists 🙄🙄🙄🙄 really not. If I go to a bar with other people, who knows who is having coffee for me.... This only happens in the country bar. sorry for the ignorance. PS: The outlet was under the consumer's table. One star is too many

06/04/2025: Today I had the opportunity to have lunch with friends at this restaurant. The experience was fantastic and the dishes were delicious. I really enjoyed the nettle tortelloni with walnut sauce! I really liked it a lot! Since I didn't want to get too full I went straight to dessert where I got a mascarpone with chocolate flakes; very good! To finish, after dessert I had decaffeinated coffee. The other diners were also satisfied with the experience! I really think that in the future I will definitely return to this restaurant because since it was my first time in my life to have eaten in this place I had a very good time!! Well done, thanks!

24/12/2024: Siamo rimasti completamente scontenti. Avevo organizzato un compleanno in questo posto che però non si è rivelato all'altezza della situazione, con personale scortese, cibo di scarsa qualità e prezzo elevato. Non credo ripeterò l'esperienza, in quanto oltretutto mi ha anche fatto fare una pessima figura nei confronti dei miei amici
