The homemade pasta is excellent: the delicate and fragrant porcini hearts arrive with a touch of class: a sprinkle of grated Fossa cheese, a tribute to the region, instead of the traditional cheese bowl. The tagliatelle with ragù are excellent: wide, coarse, and cooked to perfection. The ragù, flavorful and well-thinned, completes the dish without being overpowering. The roast rabbit is delicious, rich in flavor and expertly cooked, resulting in a tender and fragrant dish. Homemade mascarpone and tiramisu round out the meal with a sweet treat perfect for a leisurely Sunday. 06/01/2026: The people, food, and location are fantastic. It feels like home... at grandma's... but as an animal rights activist, I need to leave this review just for them. I hope they improve even this small part that you can't see in front of a restaurant... the dogs kept across the street take away all the beauty of the place... with all that space, dedicating a lousy enclosure like that to two elderly dogs in the freezing cold with minimal shelter like a kennel when there's a huge shed covering agricultural machinery... I'll be honest... it takes away all the harmony of the place... I hope they shelter these two poor dogs with more love... I can't imagine with these temperatures... I'd be happy to come back and see them again in another way, and then everything would be fantastic...
