23/10/2024: What can I say, for us the sieve wasn't simply a restaurant, it was a home. From the beginning they made us feel part of a big family, and this is what made us decide lightly on what would be the reception location for our wedding. Each member of the staff made our day special, who under the direction of the fantastic Roberto and Barbara, took care of every single detail, going beyond our expectations. The restaurant is wonderful, as is the Erghest cuisine which we really can't wait to try again. Both my husband and I would like to heartily thank Andrea (the owner), Barbara, Roberto, Erghest, Gianluca, Alessandro, Mery, Nicholas, Francesco, Julian, Andrea, you made our October 6th unforgettable 🤍

21/12/2024: Informal and quiet, welcoming place that acts as both a bar and a restaurant. It has a truly complete and varied vegan menu: we are so unaccustomed to having an entire dedicated menu that it didn't seem real to us. Excellent dishes (the veg carbonara and the trio of ravioli are highly recommended), delicious appetizers, amazing second courses. Delicate and very good tiramisu and we will return to try the rest of the menu! The owner who served us was very kind. In the bar window they have dry pastries of their own production and for Christmas they have nice mini pandoros and panettones, both traditional and jar-cooked. Very honest prices in relation to quantity and quality (starter, first course, shared second course, dessert and water spent around 25 each and we were very full). Obviously dog ​​friendly 🥰

10/11/2024: To think that thinking it was just a bar I had never stopped there, then looking for a place to eat to my amazement I learned that you can eat here too. What can I say, everything is delicious, on par with any of the best places in the area and not, and with prices that couldn't be more honest. Very kind and attentive staff, not intrusive as often happens in trying to be too polite. I think it will become one of my favourites, I have to try everything else. Dedicated vegan menu. If you don't stop you are missing something special RECOMMENDED by a good fork!

15/01/2025: Excellent quality meat, equally good local cured meats and cheeses; I recommend the place if this is what you are looking for. The negatives. 1) In winter, part of the room's closure is guaranteed by hermetic curtains which, however, do not guarantee an adequately warm temperature if the table is close to the curtains. 2) Constant visits from an illegal rose seller who, every time I go to the place, is let in and insists on selling you the roses: the owners are aware of this but DO NOTHING. 3) Tax receipts: THESE UNKNOWN unless requested!!! I ANSWER THE ANSWER - we have ALWAYS welcomed a seller.... So you have ALWAYS accepted an ABUSIVE seller who disturbs diners!!! THE RECEIPTS these strangers: the gentleman at the checkout, after paying, greeted me, asking if I wanted a bitter; ONLY AFTER my request he said: "ahhh yes that (pointing to the receipt he had given me...) is an advance payment!!! Already the previous time, having noticed at home that you had not issued a receipt, I called and was told that, having paid at the table, I would have to go to the cash register. AND ANYWAY, on Sunday, other people paid before me: do you know what receipt number I have???? RECEIPT number 2 (two).

The portions were a little small and to my palate everything was a little bland except for the side dishes which were excellent and tasty (I filled up with those). Panoramic location. The discreet service: helpful and fast
