Quality food and unusual dishes.
We appreciated the welcome appetizer.
The bill was a bit high, but still adequate for the quality.
The only flaw...the wait was a bit too long...

30/01/2026: What can I say? I ate wonderfully. Finally, I paid for a cover charge that truly deserves to be called such, in a refined and pleasant, slightly shabby chic setting. We shared dishes; the fregola, the prawns, and the mixed fried fish were delicious. Excellent service, and the price was fair for this type of restaurant. I can't wait to return.

17/03/2026: Sunday lunch with friends (for eight). A place where tradition and local tradition reign supreme, evident in the dishes you eat. I always love coming back, like this time: an excellent appetizer of mixed cold cuts with exquisitely crafted tigelle and crescentine, tagliatelle with ragù that tastes like homemade, a generous and excellent mixed grill of meats, and traditional desserts like delicious rice cake, zuppa inglese, and chocolate salami (I love these). For those of us from Bologna, stepping inside is a bit like reconnecting with our roots, a romantic return to the delicious cuisine of Bologna and the surrounding hills that has made it famous nationally and beyond.

15/02/2026: As always, a sure thing, all that's missing is a sofa in the dining room and it's like being at home. Vito, as always, is an exceptional host, the dining room staff would be cloned to have in every restaurant in Italy, in short, absolutely worth trying... 👏🏻

22/02/2026: I would define the place as intimate, it seems dug into a cave, very charming and with few tables, very kind staff, excellent quality food, little choice on the menu but with particular dishes beyond the classics of our region, portions not abundant and prices a little high for this I gave 4 stars, in the area you can find something cheaper with the same quality
16/11/2025: A truly charming and intimate trattoria, with excellent, truly high-quality ingredients and superb service from the very friendly staff. We had tortellini in broth, tortelloni with porcini mushrooms (all strictly handmade), and fillet steak, also with porcini mushrooms, along with porcini mushroom caps and desserts, all truly delicious. We were very satisfied and will definitely be back. Good, good, good

The owners are incredibly helpful, attentive to detail, and always ready to welcome customers with a smile that makes the atmosphere even more pleasant. The pastries are fresh and delicious, the cappuccino (a large cappuccino) is creamy and perfectly prepared, while the summer coffees are delicious, original, and perfect for a refreshing break. A well-kept, warm, and passionately run place you absolutely must try and return to. ⭐️

Un amico che vive a Bologna mi ha consigliato questo "posto magico"
Cosa posso dire? Ho mangiato una carne (produzione propria) spettacolare, meglio di Firenze (sono amante della carne).
Ottima carta dei vini e un ottimo Gin Tonic per concludere la serata.
La padrona di casa e il suo staff vi accolgono in modo caloroso, davvero vi sentite a casa.
Quindi, non manca proprio nulla, prodotti e staff da 10&lode.
Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti!

30/03/2025: Se volevate mangiare al "Diana", dovevate andare al "Diana" (uno dei più rinomati e centrali ristoranti bolognesi). Punto. Qui siamo nella provincia di Bologna, trattoria che negli anni ha mantenuto (per me) il fascino degli "anni 60", non solo nel locale, ma anche nel menù: tortellini (voto 10- brodo 8) , tortelloni (voto 9), balanzoni (voto 9) e crescentine con affettati ecc.ecc. (voto 10) dolce (voto 8) . Bona lé! Tutto ottimo e abbondante ad un prezzo (voto 10) che (oggi) ritengo più che onesto: ottimo servizio con ragazzi (voto 10) svegli, disponibili e pulizia ... anche nei bagni.. essenziali e lindi. Direi che le 5 stelle sono meritate. Provate

Appena entrati, nessuno ci ha considerato per diversi minuti: a parte la padrona che era impegnata alla cassa, la cameriera ha continuato a chiacchierare con un avventore appoggiato al bancone del bar fino a che non se ne è andato. Vino sfuso improponibile. Crescentine discrete. Tigelle inaffrontabili, mangiate per fame visto che ci aspettavano lavori pesanti. Salumi buoni. Pesto (per 2!) una pallina grande come una oliva: dopo aver protestato ne hanno portato un'altra pallina, dicendo "ne portiamo poco perché la gente non lo mangia". Ma che discorso è? Se è per 2 deve essere completo. Insomma, ci andammo 20 anni fa per 3-4 volte e poi smettemmo. Adesso ci è venuto in mente perché: nei paraggi ci sono ristoranti migliori (Vecchia Roma, Palazzina, Amelia, Aquila nera, il Mulino, ecc). "Addíos" (cit)

04/01/2025: Conoscendo gia questo ristorante, ho organizzato una cena con amici. Dall’organizzazione dei menù alla serata stessa, sono stati disponibili al massimo e carinissimi. Il cibo è ottimo, gli antipasti in particolare sono spaziali. Consigliatissimo
