27/08/2025: The croissants were already missing in the early morning, really disappointing

23/08/2025: Tonight, after a few years, we went to this place for an aperitif. In our opinion, the dishes on display were of poor quality and lacking variety; there were only frozen fried foods and two cold first courses, with a few mediocre sandwiches! For €12, other places offer better selection and quality. When I complained, the girl behind the counter seemed surprised and said the menu was extensive, but in reality it was poor compared to the years I've been there in the past. Bottom line: we won't be returning; we don't recommend it.

13/05/2025: Excellent ice cream, I would eat it all the time!! I advise those who write negative reviews to think twice before criticizing the staff, who put all their effort into serving the customer. Then criticizing girls who have been working for a short time just because they are focused on what they do so as not to make mistakes, outlines the small-mindedness of people who are now only capable of judging without thinking that we all started working and made mistakes over and over again, that's how we learn. Rudeness is one thing, shyness is another. For me, the best ice cream shop in Parma and its province 💪

12/05/2025: Weg van de drukte vonden we deze parel voor onze lunch. We werden vriendelijk onthaald door de ober met Italiaanse spontaniteit, we waren de eerste klanten en namen plaats aan een tafeltje buiten. We kozen voor de de keuzemenu van de chef a rato van 75€ voor 7-gangen. Wat we allemaal op,ons bord kregen is moeilijk te beschrijven, maar telkens was het een wauw-moment. Ik heb zelden dergelijke gebalanceerde smaken geproefd, van de wijn tot de koffie was het werkelijk af. Dank je wel chef dat je ons zo verwende.

30/03/2025: Alla domanda…cosa ti ha colpito di questa cena?….…la esagerata supponenza del responsabile quasi a rasentare la maleducazione…e la totale mancanza di empatia verso i clienti….oltre al vociare dei camerieri in piedi intorno al tavolo con gli occhi persi nel vuoto che,ad alta voce, chiedono al cliente disorientato a chi sia da consegnare il piatto che hanno appena preso in cucina…….Possibile che questo malcelato desiderio di imitare un ristorante stellato….non faccia riflettere sulla indispensabile necessità di gestire in modo diversa,ma molto più professionale, la comanda ?

25/04/2025: Location antica, personale cordiale e piatti tipici piacentini con portate soddisfacenti e buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole 25 aprile affacciati sulla bella piazzetta del borgo di Grazzano Visconti. Ci torneremo.

18/04/2025: Non siamo rimasti soddisfatti del rapporto prezzo / qualità del locale. In sintesi, qualità sufficiente, quantità scarse, prezzo in proporzione elevato. Si prova mascherare il tutto dando al locale un falso aspetto medievaleggiante, magari ad altri basta.

08/06/2025: Il Sambuco al Sole e' da anni uno dei miei posti del Cuore. Conosco Alessandra, Achille e Francesca dal 2012 quando erano ancora a Milano (Bacaro del Sambuco) e gli ho seguiti in questa nuova location al Sambuco al Sole, Localita' Chiosi, comune di Grizzana Morandi. A loro 3 si e' aggiunto dal 2018 Orso Michelini, giovane cuoco che ha imparato e perfezionato l'arte culinaria sotto la guida della bravissima Chef Francesca Arata in Maccanti. Al Sambuco al Sole trovo tutto quello che cerco quando vado al Ristorante: ottimo cibo, servizio curato e professionale ed un ambiente bellissimo curato nei particolari ed immerso nella natura delle colline bolognesi tra Vergato e Grizzana Morandi. Negli ultimi tempi ho sperimentato anche le camere (2 o 3) che sono sopra il Ristotante e che hanno un'eleganza assolutamente "non banale" nella loro semplicita'. Per me e' un SI a due mani. Vamos..... P.S. Da visitare nelle vicinanze la Rocchetta Mattei ed il Borgo del 1400 La Scola

07/06/2025: Tutte le volte che leggo qualche recensione negativa mi incuriosisco e mi chiedo: è mai possibile che ci siano esperienze così pessime? Quindi, armata di amica che come me odia il caldo, decidiamo di tentare la sorte. Venerdi 6 Giugno decidiamo di fermarci (previa prenotazione, non si sa mai) in qesta locanda. Primo impatto... Bellissima! una vera chicca nelle colline bolognesi. L'accoglienza è stata calorosa, siamo state accompagnate al tavolo da un signore cortese e attento. Il menù di pesce sorprende. Chi avrebbe mai detto di trovare un pesce così fresco e cucinato benissimo in collina, soprattutto nel bolognese dove tagliatelle e tortelloni la fanno da padrone. L'attenzione al cliente, la disponibilità e la cordialità dei proprietari hanno reso la nostra permanenza quasi un pranzo in familia. Il professionalissimo "padrone di casa" è riuscito a farmi anche ridere di gusto. Abbiamo mangiato veramente benissimo e, a mio avviso, speso il giusto per un menù così gustoso (antipato di tartare miste, un primo a testa) In fondo abbiamo mangiato pesce, non tradizionale. La chicca finale del gelato alla crema mantecato al momento e servito con scaglie di cioccolato fondente tagliato al momento davanti a noi, ci ha fatto capire, se mai ci fossero stati dubbi, che l'attenzione ai dettagli è veramente alta. Insomma siamo state benissimo, ci siamo divertite, abbiamo mangiato bene... Cosa desiderate di più da un pranzetto quasi improvvisato? Torneremo sicuramente perchè ne è valsa veramente la pena. Per me è SI!!

22/02/2025: Just before Fanano... a great bar for breakfast before hiking and for a refreshing snack on the way back with delicious crescentine and a nice cold beer! The mother and daughter at the bar were very friendly and welcoming!

07/06/2025: An insult to seaside tourism. Simply mind-blowing experience. A beach resort in Milano Marittima that manages to combine everything that shouldn't exist in the world of hospitality. As soon as you arrive, the impression is clear: you're not a customer, you're a nuisance. Last Sunday we asked for sunbeds, and from there the charade began: they moved us several times from one place to another, as if they didn't even know what they were doing. Each time with annoyed faces, arrogant tones, zero desire to help. It seemed like they were doing you a favor by taking your money - and a lot of it, given that the prices are absolutely out of this world. Services? A total disgrace. Dirty, broken, paperless bathrooms, with an indecent smell. No care, no maintenance. Everything seems left to run, as if the customer should just "pay and shut up". Offer at the bar? Ridiculous. Only beer. No choice, no alternative, not even an effort to make the service minimally decent. In short: a place that does not deserve a cent or a minute of your time. They make you feel unwanted, ignored, mistreated... and then they present you with a very high bill. All without a smile, without a "thank you", without a shred of respect. An experience to absolutely forget.

01/09/2025: Unfortunately, they replaced the potatoes, which were excellent, with chips. This saving made the classic chicken dish much worse.

17/08/2025: A spacious and welcoming place with convenient parking. The quality is very similar to large franchises like Roadhouse and Old Wild West, although they try to disguise it. The service is quick in taking your order but then not at all attentive; sometimes they remember your request several times. A good place to enjoy a simple rooster, quickly, and away from the city traffic.

30/08/2025: We dined there five nights in a row and had a great time. The food was good and plentiful, and the service was fast and professional.

31/05/2025: Good restaurant, the food is of excellent quality, it is not the classic fixed menu where the dishes are already ready, you have to wait a bit because they cook on the spot

31/08/2025: I went to a fish restaurant for lunch on a weekday to enjoy catfish. We also tried some cold cuts with fried gnocco and a plate of pumpkin tortelli with a butter sauce. We finished the meal with a homemade zuppa inglese. Everything was excellent; we were satisfied with the quality and price.
