20/06/2025: Gnoc e Lambrosch: many people don't notice it, going to San Polo d'Enza from Reggio, if they decide to pass through the center they don't find it, if they take the new ring road, it is practically at the height of a roundabout at Pieve di San Polo (via Rampognana 12), then it is in a van, born in 2016 from a great idea of the tireless Simona and Adriano. They thought of doing Reggio cuisine on the move, their slogan is, "gnocco was born to be fried". Reggianità squared, if you don't find them on site, it means they are traveling around the world to let you taste our best specialties. Fried gnocco combined with excellent local cured meats including culatta, cooked shoulder, and in winter, cicciolata, there is also fried gnocco for vegetarians fried in oil and the one with spelt. Fried chizze with cheese or fried erbazzoncini. Lambrusco from local producers, erbazzone, tortelli of various types, cappelletti in brodo, lasagna, cheeses and jams, zuppa inglese and other Reggio sweets of our own production. 18/05/2025: A charming B&B, immersed in tranquility and surrounded by a well-kept garden that immediately invites you to relax. Even though I only had the opportunity to stop for dinner, the experience was unforgettable: delicious dishes, prepared with care and passion, that tell the story of the territory with authentic taste. The staff was of a rare kindness, always attentive and welcoming. The relaxing atmosphere, far from the chaos of the city, makes it the ideal place for a pleasant evening in the company of friends or family. Impeccable cleanliness and great attention to detail. I will definitely return, maybe even to stay overnight!
Unfortunately I don't have photos of the dishes, I was too busy enjoying every single dish! Truly excellent!
29/03/2025: Excellent quality food...perfect service. I have always been for lunch with a fixed menu and I have always been satisfied with the variations of the food. Well set tables. Very friendly staff. I would say the price is really cheap considering the first course, second side dish, drinks and coffee. I will always go back on every occasion

18/07/2025: Everything is very cheap. The waiter is very friendly and speaks fluent Spanish. The coffees are enormous and include a small glass of water for a more comfortable drink. Highly recommended if you're passing through for a casual snack.

16/08/2025: Dinner with friends a few weeks ago. The place was beautiful, as was the view, which was truly spectacular. The food was good, with traditional Romagna dishes, and an excellent wine selection. The price was a little higher than average for what we ate, but we'd definitely return.
16/08/2025: I've been for dinner on two occasions fairly close together, the first with a group of 6, the second with a group of 11. Everyone was thrilled! Everyone, without exception. The location is beautiful, with a splendid view of the Romagna hills, the staff is courteous and friendly, but obviously the food deserves the highest praise! We've always had a wide variety of dishes, and not a single one has disappointed! The first courses were delicious, with several options even for me, a vegetarian. Meat lovers raved about the grilled meat, and the desserts were excellent. Everything was delicious! Even seemingly "simple" dishes like the crostini with mushrooms and cheese or the gratinated vegetables were exquisite. The wine cellar offers many quality selections. Truly two pleasant evenings and a great discovery! We'll definitely be back because the location and the absolutely top-quality food are worth the trip to Montecodruzzo!

29/07/2025: Great selection of pizzas and calzones. Try the 7 Deadly Sins pizzas, the "Siluro" pizzas, and the Amarone Grappa. A buffet is always available at lunch. Reasonable prices. Great for families and groups.

22/07/2025: We went to Ghiotto Grill for a business lunch on a very hot day. We ate on what appears to be an internal veranda (a more outdoor area, but still part of the restaurant), where, unfortunately, it was very hot and the air conditioning was off. Even with the windows open, the temperature was decidedly unbearable.
I understand that lunchtime isn't always crowded and that keeping the air conditioning on can be costly, but I believe it's important to make those who come in to eat feel comfortable, especially on 40°C days. In this case, it wasn't a pleasant experience in terms of comfort, and I say this in a constructive spirit: perhaps I would have returned with my family or during another work visit (since I often pass through the area), but after suffering such a heatwave, I probably won't.
I think it's worth considering, because if the climate is uncomfortable, people are unlikely to return.
The service was fairly quick, but in my opinion, not particularly attentive or professional. Of course, this is just my subjective impression: I think the owner served us, and he was courteous anyway.
As for the meat, which should be the restaurant's strong point, I personally wasn't convinced. It's obviously a matter of taste, but it didn't meet my expectations.
Overall, I won't be returning.
