25/04/2026: Excellent pizza, huge. Both the super-stretched version, which extends 10 cm from the plate, and the "soft" version, which is thicker but still large. The mascarpone is also good. The young, friendly waiters. The only flaw: the tables are quite narrow; I would have liked to be wider.

And to round things off, we can't help but mention the cuisine: tortelli and gnocco fritto with truly delicious cured meats, a finale that makes the experience even more enjoyable and complete.

24/04/2026: A very, very tasty restaurant just outside Bologna! I recommend starting with their excellent cold cuts and crescentine (accompanied by the inevitable fried gnocco), finishing with the phenomenal fried cream. 😋 In between, choose what you like best... lasagna, tortellini, tagliatelle, garganelli, strettone, etc. You're truly spoiled for choice! Enjoy your digestion!
24/04/2026: I had higher expectations, but I have to say that the service was attentive and fast (even too fast, they seemed to be in a hurry). The fried crescentine were spectacular, not greasy, and flavorful. The cold cuts and pickles were below average. The grilled sausage was excellent, the rest was average, and the mutton was poor, thin and... a bit... stiff.
Superior dessert: the almond pudding was very good.
Price...adequate.

All good. Modest prices, fast and knowledgeable staff, a busy atmosphere at certain times, which is nice. There are outdoor tables on the veranda, perfect for a quick stop, coffee, pasta, pizzas, and more.

01/04/2026: I've been to this restaurant several times; the food is delicious, varied, and
high-quality. The two stars are for the service. Unfortunately, lately I've found the staff to be a bit rude. As soon as we sat down, they gave us barely two minutes to look at the menu. We said we hadn't decided yet, and the waitress responded rudely and returned 30 seconds later. Subsequent interactions were similar, too, and it kept us from enjoying the evening.
The dessert menu needs reconsidering.

10/05/2026: The meal was excellent, the lady was incredibly kind, the gentleman a little rough but very friendly. I don't know if I'll ever be back in those parts. I was coming from Friuli, heading for Genoa, but if I ever come back, I'll definitely stop by. I forgot: I spent really little! (By the way, I specifically exited the highway so as not to eat the reheated sandwiches from the grill.)

28/08/2025: A spacious beach resort with a focus on sports. Adjacent bar with a nice layout. Adequate beach court, excellent ping pong tables.
The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The prices are really fair. I recommend it!

Excellent digestibility and lightness. The tomato sauce used wasn't to our liking due to its excessive acidity. The desserts are good, but for €7, I wouldn't order it again. The place isn't very welcoming; unfortunately, you can tell when you enter and leave smelling of fried food. The girls are great, kind, and unobtrusive in their service.

10/05/2026: We went with my parents and children to celebrate my birthday. The place was very cute, with an open-view charcuterie and dessert counter. The staff was helpful and fast. When I booked, I asked for a tenerina cake to make for my son, and it was delicious, with homemade ice cream and strawberries. All the dishes we tried were delicious, except perhaps my stricchetti with asparagus and bacon were a little bland. Overall, an excellent restaurant.
05/05/2026: What can I say? A friend of mine and I were recommending this restaurant while we were in Ferrara, and I have to say we were very pleased. The platter for two was truly delicious and made with fresh ingredients, followed by the pumpkin cappellacci with butter and sage, which were delicate and delicious. We were very satisfied. Congratulations.

28/02/2026: A wonderful San Lorenzo evening at Cervia Amare, with a lovely, varied menu of first courses, second courses, side dishes, and dessert. The setting was unique, with a DJ set throughout the evening. Definitely worth repeating.
