15/02/2026: Club Morera initially impresses with its beautiful setting: a well-maintained facility, well-organized parking, and an elegant dining room with large windows and a splendid view of the sea and surrounding landscape.
Cuisine-wise, however, the restaurant did not maintain this standard. The first course of pasta was served lukewarm, the pasta was tough instead of al dente, and had an unpleasant, bitter lemon flavor. After we reported it, the same dish was simply reheated and served again. The second course (red mullet) was dry, the mushrooms hard, and the ingredients did not seem to harmonize. The dish was returned.
Particularly disappointing was the handling of the criticism: instead of seeking a solution, the complaint was dismissed as a matter of "personal taste," and the returned dish was still charged. The evening ended with an impolite warning in the parking lot, despite the area being neither cordoned off nor marked.
With a total bill of €180 for two people, I'm left with the impression of a beautiful place, but with obvious shortcomings in the cuisine, professionalism, and hospitality. In light of this experience, I also want to question the restaurant's inclusion in food guides like Gault & Millau. I came home hungry and had to cook us something.
04/01/2026: A quiet restaurant with a discreet and professional maître d', with high-quality cuisine that will surely deserve a Michelin star as soon as the inspectors have a chance to discover it... Recommended.

17/10/2025: I currently believe it's the only place in the area offering the healthiness and quality of a deliciously rustic pizza, crafted with a skillful blend of ancient grains like Carosedda and Saragolla, grown by Francesco Petrone on Mount Cervati in Cilento and milled in Piaggine. For convenience and convenience, sit in the room next to the oven or, if you prefer, in the new outdoor space, which offers a slightly slower service for those who enjoy conversation and leisurely entertainment in a world where almost everyone wants everything right away, regardless of the effort put into offering quality food.
Update: Returned for pizza on Sunday lunch. Agostino wasn't there, and the pizza wasn't the same. A terrible disappointment.

20/09/2025: This restaurant is in the countryside so it's very quiet... it has a large parking lot with trees... a menu worth trying. I recommend their appetizer, which is plentiful 😊... the fried food is delicious... the Angus steak... well, you have to try it!! And the millefeuille is delicious! The staff is very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back to try the pizza I saw at the next table!!

02/08/2025: Caseificio, yogurteria e forno dai sapori unici! Una sosta è obbligatoria. Purtroppo la mozzarella è talmente buona che va via subito! Consigliabile prenotarla per telefono.

Ideal for events.
The service is fast and attentive, the dishes are delicious and simple, made with quality ingredients. I gave it 5 stars, but I would encourage greater sophistication in the cuisine.

27/11/2025: I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Mandetta. My room was very spacious and clean. Very qualitative products all over. The breakfast was tasty, containing croissants, eggs, bufala yogurt and fruits. ❤️The whole staff was kind and helpful in every situation I requested. I highly recommend this hotel to all guests, full season summer or winter business. 🥰 grazie!
21/10/2025: I didn't have the pleasure of staying here, but I had the privilege of dining there. I was greeted warmly and with great professionalism. The fish is top-quality; among the appetizers, the one that most impressed me was the restaurant's own tuna in oil, accompanied by Tropea onions—a perfect harmony of flavors. I then enjoyed spaghetti with clams and razor clams, perfect in their simplicity. To finish, large fried and roasted red mullet: a perfect display of the aromas of the sea.

29/09/2025: An excellent place to spend a few days in Paestum in peace and comfort. Just two minutes from the Archaeological Park, with breakfast and parking included, it's a truly welcoming property.
Meticulously maintained, it also offers rooms with whirlpool tubs.
The owner is truly a wonderful lady. Go there!

The pizza was good, but the squid in the fried seafood recommended by the owner was incredibly smelling, I tried a bite, and the foul smell of squid melted in my mouth, it was just so disgusting….. And besides of this the owner also trying to scam us by charge for one extra dish.
29/09/2025: The food is average. If there are no other guests in the restaurant, they'll make a real effort to accommodate you. There are several free antipasti. But be careful! The giant mozzarella we didn't order ended up on our bill.
