Absolutely lovely restaurant in a quiet setting away from the center crowds, heat and noise. We were eager for light lunch and they had just what we wanted…a delicious seafood salad…and a limoncello spritz! We hope to get back for dinner.

07/07/2025: Este restaurante está situado en una hermosa ubicación, justo sobre el mar. Es realmente impresionante. Este es un restaurante familiar. Nos atendió el nieto del dueño, fue muy amable y nos explicó todo lo que teníamos dudas y no fue para nada intrusivo. La comida estaba deliciosa. Para empezar comimos mejillones, luego mi hijo y mi marido pidieron linguini con almejas, yo pidieron pasta con calabacines y mejillones y mi hija pidió calamares fritos. Luego compartimos un poco de pescado para terminar. Todos estaban realmente sabrosos, frescos y deliciosos. Lo recomiendo altamente.
04/07/2025: Ristorante posizionato al passaggio tra Amalfi e Atrani, con una vista privilegiata sul mare e le barche, soprattutto la sera. Possibilità di mangiare all'aperto, in atmosfera piacevole e rilassata. Personale molto gentile e molto disponibile, sempre sorridente. Cibi ben preparati e gustosi, ma i prezzi, considerando tutto, sono forse un pò alti. Tuttavia consigliato, specie per le serate estive!

20/08/2025: Breathtaking scenery, phenomenal service, and delicious foods in a calm and peaceful atmosphere. We couldn’t be happier than this. We certainly recommend.
24/07/2025: So we went there because it was the only close restaurant in the area and we were really tired from travelling to go further. When we arrived the door was open, a dog and a lady were there. I asked, restaurant? The lady simply said no. So we just left.
So either there is no restaurant there anymore, the opening hours/days are not what is shown here or we were refused service. Either way we felt disappointed.

22/09/2025: The food isn't exceptional, it's just okay. The food arrives quickly, just as we expected, but the service isn't very friendly: the servers were rude to the other customers near us (kicking them away because there were only 7 of us and there were only tables for 4 and 6 people available and they couldn't join tables together), and they scowled at our English (which isn't that good, but we tried to speak it), there were no toilet paper, electronic music was too loud to be able to converse or attract customers, and we couldn't share our plates... Experience 4/10.
21/09/2025: We stayed 6 nights in Amalfi and on our first night we found this delightful restaurant. We loved the friendly service and the food so much we kept coming back every night. Why bother hunting around when this place is so good. They have plenty of inside tables but we chose to eat outside; yes it may be a little bit of noise from the crowd but we think it adds to the fun and atmosphere. Thank you Antonio, Simona and your team for looking after us so well.

23/09/2025: Many people complain about the food, the service, but we cannot join them.
When in Amalfi, we ate there, and had a couple of (very good) Limoncello Spritz. We found the pizza to be fine for our taste, and the service was very good, too. In fact, the waiter had a quiet, comfortable attitude, which we pleased us: We were not talked into ordering anything we did not like, etc.
ADDENDUM: Now, after having been to many other places in Naples and around (incl. Amalfi), I must revise the previous overall four-stars to five. We can safely say that the Limoncello Spitz at La Dolce Vita was the best, in comparison to the many others we had. So +1 point from us.
18/09/2025: Good, fast, and attentive service.
Expensive for the small portions they serve.
The spaghetti was tough and tasteless. The seafood was small for €25. The lasagna was very good, highly recommended.

27/03/2025: Ich habe die Tagliatelle mit Bolognese und meine Frau die Sardinen und gegrilltes Gemüse gegessen!
Essen war top... Nudeln hätten ein wenig mehr al dente sein können, die Sardinen, sehr klein aber sehr gut, Gemüse top!
Portionen waren im Gegensatz zu anderen Lokalitäten sehr gut.
Personal war aufmerksam und freundlich, der Hauswein ging so
25/03/2025: Tuvimos una cena muy sabrosa hasta el punto de que regresamos en nuestra última noche en Amalfi para terminar la semana en nuestro restaurante favorito.
Fuera de la calle principal subir varios escalones, pero vale la pena subir.
Ambiente acogedor, personal amable y comida excelente

19/07/2025: non mangiate qui!!!...la nostra cena per 4 è stata completamente rovinata da un attacco di vespe non appena il cibo è arrivato sul tavolo - il ristorante non ha misure contro gli insetti - abbiamo dovuto lasciare il nostro cibo e il proprietario ha accettato volentieri i nostri 138 euro
Don't eat here!!!...our dinner for 4 was completely ruined by a wasp attack as soon as the food arrived on the table - the restaurant has no measures against insects - we had to leave our food and the owner gladly accepted our 138 euros
10/04/2025: Super super bon et très sympa un accueil super des plates copieux et varier
Pâtes….. charcuterie…. raviolis ….. même le dessert une tuerie tiramisu citron

1 terrazzamento panoramico con piscina
2 bella veduta panoramica
3 scale scale scale, se fate cerimonia persone anziane o invalide avranno difficoltà
4 caldo assurdo , pur avendo ventilatori fa troppo caldo
5 buono il personale di sala
6 continui errori organizzativi
7 locale adatto a cerimonie serali
8 buono il bouffet, tranne il sushi
9 primi scarsi , entrambi con errori tecnici e poco saporiti .......va rivista la cucina
10 secondo di pesce discreto ma poco adatto a cerimonia
11 sala climatizzata che alterna freddo a molto caldo da rivedere
12 buono il servizio parcheggio , i ragazzi parcheggia e riconsegnano le auto velocemente
Conclusione una cerimonia non del tutto riuscita e tanti errori in cucina
Bella veduta , tante cose da sistemare ,
Per i prezzi non saprei ............

06/03/2025: Excellente cuisine pour les fruits de mer. Le risotto au fruits de mer était délicieux et l’entrée de poisson cru avec fruit de la passion exquis. Bon service dans un restaurant sobre et élégant avec de la musique classique. Très bonne expérience pour ce restaurant qui nous a été recommandé par notre hôte B&B.
05/03/2025: In occasione del carnevale di Maiori siamo stati al Tari' accolti e "convinti" da Francesco durante una passeggiata sul corso di Amalfi. Il locale è stato sapientemente ristrutturato in chiave moderna con tocchi indovinati di stile a Noi caro.
Cucina interessante reinterpretata ed arricchita di sapori nuovi, prezzi in continua generale ascesa, torneremo per approfondimenti. Una piccola nota anche per Santiago un ragazzo argentino molto educato e simpatico.

26/09/2024: Solo tenía tiempo para café y pastel (delice de limón y un bacara - yum). Gran vista, el personal amable y con suerte será capaz de almorzar la próxima vez.
09/08/2024: Gran lugar para almorzar, tuvo un brindis encantador. También es una hermosa vista y se siente mejor ir aquí y apoyar al negocio local que ir a los lugares turísticos de la ciudad de Amalfi.

21/09/2024: L'établissement est placé dans une petite ruelle très sympathique. Il manque les tarifs qui ne sont pas affichés, et du coup vous avez la mauvaise surprise quand vous passez à la caisse... 15 € le sorbet 2 boules servi dans un beau citron local... c'est de l'abus..
20/09/2024: On se faufile dans cette ruelle pour être à l’abris de la foule pour savourer une spécialité d’Amalfi payer 15€ le sorbet 2 boules citron un peu cher à mon goût à éviter …

28/03/2025: Comer y pasar tiempo con Carlo y su familia fue excepcional. Además, hazte un favor y reserva una clase de cocina italiana con Carlo. La comida era genial! Excelentes vinos locales y solo una familia que se preocupa por sus clientes.

28/12/2024: Io e te dobbiamo parlare: Siani avrebbe detto “ PUORT O PAN “, io aggiungo il portafoglio. Sono entrata nel ristorante con appetito, sono uscita AFFAMATA perché quando iniziavo a gustare una pietanza, la portata era già finita. Il fritto di “paranza” contemplava solo calamari e mazzancolle spacciate per gamberoni. Il sorbetto al limone, tipico del posto, terminato il giorno prima e, pur avendo da una settimana la nostra prenotazione (per 10 persone), non pervenuto. L ‘ unico aspetto positivo la compagnia del mio tavolo.
