31/03/2024: the wait in the middle of the stairs was interminable standing because there aren't even chairs to wait and there's really no air with 50 people in one place the service we took the order and after 30 minutes the waiter came back saying he had lost the order so we place the order again and wait another 20 minutes, he arrives and only drinks with a cold aperitif
30/03/2024: High prices and poor quality. I took a glass of red wine (he didn't even ask me which one I wanted) which was diluted with water and very acidic. The waiter also responded in kind when I asked him to change it as it was undrinkable. At my same table another glass was then taken but this time of rosé (again he did not ask for any preference) also diluted with water.

03/04/2024: Hands down the best restaurant in Portici, amazing staff and fresh fish / seafood. For me it was the most authentic place we visited during our stay in Portici, we spent and amazing evening with my parents and italian partner there, all extremely happy.

10/03/2024: The place is very nice. The staff as well, very kind, polite and helpful. They seem like obvious qualities but seeing such young staff it is not something common or to be taken for granted. The environment is very very small, but at the same time really well looked after. I also really liked the plating and the wine they recommended to us: excellent value for money, as well as perfect for pairing. In my opinion, what is decreasing is the quality of the food offered. The menu is very sparse, which is not a bad thing, in fact I prefer when there are few but good options, but this was not the case. Of course, as I said, everything was presented very well, but the flavors were not clear or bold. The roll bells were inventive but they were all a bit similar in taste. The ramen on the other hand is really not very tasty, it's clearly not one of their strong points but, what can I say, I expected more. In any case, I will definitely go back to order other things and maybe more sushi, also because they have always spoken well of them to me.

29/01/2024: Oltre ad aver un comodissimo b&b, in un punto strategico, hanno anche questo locale, a poca distanza. Abbiamo mangiato una fantastica parmigiana di patate, di melanzane e i friarielli. Due tipologie di tacos, molto buoni e da amante dei dolci, ho preso un buonissimo tiramisù, rivisitato dai ragazzi con una "chicca" di biscotto all'interno! Da provare assolutamente.
07/01/2024: Ottima prima impressione confermata dalla bell'accoglienza del personale gentile e disponibile. Del menù, indiscutibilmente originale e ricercato, abbiamo scelto varie tipologie di panini tutti molto buoni e farciti con ingredienti di prima qualità. Il locale è accoglente e ben arredato, la sua ubicazione appunto al primo piano, ti permette di godere della vista del magico golfo di Napoli. "Primo Piano" è sicuramente il locale migliore della zona e la nostra è decisamente un'esperienza da ripetere. Complimenti ragazzi!

08/02/2024: Sad experience, we ordered sandwiches and drinks, a home delivery, even though we were nearby the sandwiches arrived cold because the boy couldn't find us, even though we had been out at the park for a quarter of an hour, at the time of payment we realized that there were no drinks in the bag, even though they had been included in the bill. The sad thing is that you didn't remove them from the bill but we still had to wait for him to pick them up and return them to us. The sandwiches eventually became inedible
30/12/2023: I call him twice a week and on Saturdays he never misses his sandwich! We are thrilled, my daughter is now addicted to Uncle Nik, a kiss from Mrs Acampora and family ☺️🤍

02/04/2024: 3pm on Easter Monday 1/4/24 place full but still no food at the table and to say that to book a table you had to give a deposit so as a rule everything had to be organized and ready The lowest tables that are served the portions on the plates are truly miserable but as they complete the tables at the last the dishes are more abundant For one thing, they deigned to serve portions of castiello at the table made up of all trimmings and no whole slices, something that I absolutely made them go back, hot drinks and confusion with the orders which then after checking on the order that we personally wrote to them yes they are sorry At a certain point I wanted to go and get cigarettes in the car parked on the street but the gate was locked so it was impossible to go out maybe they were afraid that someone would run away without paying..... Very arranged and poor environment at a certain point when you asked with clean cutlery you realized that the one you had before was cleaner What can I say low prices for adults 33 euros per person but not for children 18 for a miserable menu they bring them They have to improve and improve a lot starting from knowing how to make portions, no, the first ones have empty plates and the last ones are full just to consume what is left First is last time both for the food and for the venue and for the welcome.

03/03/2024: 1 star because unfortunately you can't give 0. Very rude and equally unpleasant waitresses. We arrived at 10pm and only booked at 10.30pm as we had been ignored several times. The starters arrived after an hour, despite us being reassured several times that they were on their way. Exaggerated wait for simple meatballs, which among other things were burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. After a further 45 minutes the sandwiches arrived, among other things with missing ingredients and others of poor quality, such as frozen croquettes. To make sure we didn't miss anything, the power went out twice and there was also no toilet paper in the bathroom. I will definitely never go there again, strongly not recommended!
28/01/2024: Ottimo posto!!! cibo di una qualità unica, si nota che sono tutti prodotti di alta qualità e preparati dallo chef. Ci siamo stati ieri con serata duo di musica live, e siamo stati benissimo. Personale che cura minimi dettagli per i clienti. Da ripetere sicuramente!!! Complimenti alla proprietà!!!

13/03/2024: We booked with The fork when there was a 50% discount. They made us sit in a nearby, tiny room, where there can barely fit 4 tables, you feel super in awe. We ordered the zeppoline which were totally raw, inedible. Followed by stuffing and Margherita... we ate practically nothing, the pizzas were absolutely not good, poor quality. We won't be going back!! I'm only sorry for the lady who served us who is of a rare sweetness and friendliness... it's a shame, the food leaves a lot to be desired. Despite the promotion, the customer must always be guaranteed a lunch/dinner of the same quality without leaving the diners dissatisfied and practically starving.
24/02/2024: Booked on TheFork with a 50% discount and we found ourselves leaving the restaurant without finishing dinner. Menu prices are doubled compared to takeaway prices. A portion of chips with sausage and fondue is sold for €12. The zeppoline we took were raw, we sent them back to the kitchen and they returned shortly after (we assume they were others) even rawer than the previous ones. The portion of chips, frankfurters and fondue, although apparently abundant, was made up of 2 thin slices melted at the bottom of the plate onto which industrial chips were poured and two frankfurters cut so finely that they were more soluble than a wafer. After a while the pizzas also arrived, already visually rather disappointing, when cut the crust was still raw and by eating some pieces it was immediately clear that the cold cuts (ham of one and salami of the other) were smelly, dry and with an unpleasant taste, clear sign that they were neither fresh nor of quality. All seasoned with an excessive quantity of seed oil (motor oil?!?). We left the restaurant in a rush. We will not return to this narrow refectory (why yes, the room is a 3x3 square in which are piled up a disused coffee corner, tax documents from the pizzeria, a piece of kitchen furniture picked up in the street in the evening, some hanging decorations that Barbara guglienetti in person would not be able to recycle at PaintYourLife... not to mention the revisitation of the last supper with the most illustrious characters of Naples with Sofia Loren suddenly transformed into a reptilian alien), not even if they paid us it would be worth suffering such a culinary agony.

15/02/2024: Serata di San Valentino: Personale di sala insofferente e poco accomodante, risotto di mare senza profumo ed insapore, crocche di patate caldo fuori e freddo all interno, ad un certo punto pensavo di cenare in un autogrill, ho evitato discussioni con i gestori in virtù del fatto che era San Valentino. Alla fine chiediamo il caffè, attendiamo 1/4 d ora e non arriva. A questo punto non ci resta altro che chiedere il conto ed andare via, neanche a Posillipo o a Sorrento paghi tanto , però lì almeno godi lo spettacolo del mare .nell uscire sento anche altre persone che disapprovano la loro cucina , quindi non è un giudizio personale ma condiviso anche da altri (ex) clienti
14/02/2024: Prenotato alcuni giorni prima per il 14 02 2024 cioè S. Valentino, lo stesso specificava che si trattava di mangiare una pizza, della quale avevo sentito parlare molto bene. Mi faceva piacere assaggiarlo, visto che abito vicino al locale. L 'Interlocutrice, al telefono, mi dava l'ok, ma non mi specificava che per quella sera, non avrebbero servito le pizze al tavolo. Ovviamente giunti lì abbiamo dovuto accettare il fatto compiuto. A nulla sono valse le mie spiegazioni,. Aggiungo che il forno era acceso per il solo asporto ma a quel punto potevano accontentarci, visto che io non mi sono inventato la telefonata, peccato che non l'ho registrata. In più, il servizio è stato, freddo e non all'altezza del livello che il locale pretende di avere. Farò volentieri a meno di assaggiarlo questa pizza.

13/03/2024: Esperienza da provare per la genuina e calorosa ospitalità dell'oste, per la qualità delle materie prime (dal porto dietro l'angolo alla tavola di Giuseppe) ed infine ma non ultimo per l'ottima qualità/prezzo!
21/12/2023: È da un po' che siamo diventati clienti abituali di questo posto magnifico, capitati, la prima volta, per caso. Nell'ormai eterna stagione turistica di Napoli diventa spesso difficile non cadere in trappole , di qualità e cibo infimo, magari strapiene perché in piena bolla del marketing della ristorazione fatto di influencer, food porn e gastrite. Giuseppe e il suo piccolo staff invece conserva un amore e un'identità, per e attraverso il cibo, che non conosce bolle momentanee. La qualità dei piatti è eccellente, le ricette cambiano ogni giorno a seconda del pescato del giorno, la pasta fresca, spesso, è impastata quasi al momento. Lo staff è elegante, gentile, quasi antico. Tutti condividono un'idea di ristorazione raffinata e radicata, che purtroppo ahimè si sta un po' perdendo a Napoli ma che in questo posto, a metà tra una taverna e un piccolo ristorante a due passi - letteralmente - dal mare del granatello, è una convinzione personale di chi lavora. Passare il pranzo o la cena qui è ogni volta un'esperienza molto intima ed essenziale, perfetto per coppie. Insomma sia se siete del luogo, o turisti che davvero vogliono capire che significa entrare in un ristorante a Napoli, dovreste andarci, scambiare due chiacchiere con Giuseppe, ascoltare l'ottima musica che passa tutto il giorno mentre bevete un calice di vino, e assaporare quello che ogni volta il posto ha da offrirvi, ma soprattutto da dirvi. Posizione ottima, a due passi dalla stazione Portici Ercolano e dal mare.
