25/01/2026: The atmosphere is welcoming, clean in form and appearance, yet never boring. The service was attentive, with clear explanations of the dishes, and the sommelier was very good at recommending pairings that matched our tastes. We chose the six-course menu: an explosion of flavors combined with local knowledge and innovation. We were pleasantly surprised and left with a smile on our faces and in our hearts.

18/01/2026: The place is always charming and elegant. The cuisine is excellent, striking the right balance between tradition and innovation. The service is young and friendly, but not up to par, in my opinion, with a Michelin-starred restaurant. We also didn't appreciate the management or the dessert offerings. It's a shame, it could have been a lovely Sunday.

01/03/2026: Friendly and professional staff. The place is well-maintained and elegant, with a good selection of meats, cured meats, and cheeses. We were a group of friends and decided to order pizza. Overall, the ingredients were good, but I wouldn't recommend the pizza. The pizza by the slice, in particular, was terrible. If I had to rate the place based on its pizza, I wouldn't recommend it.

28/12/2025: The restaurant itself is very well-kept. The setting is beautiful. Attentive and fast service. The menu is divided into several sections (first courses, second courses, meats, pizzas, etc.). Each section isn't very extensive, but overall, there's plenty to choose from. We ordered a small appetizer, a pork fillet, and a "pizza in pala." Both the appetizer and second course were truly excellent. The "pizza in pala" was good (excellent ingredients), but it actually tasted more like a crispy focaccia than a pizza. Probably a poor choice (compared to expectations), because the "regular" pizzas looked great. Regardless, a highly recommended place!

22/02/2026: My partner and I had dinner and then stayed overnight and did the Valentine's Day spa treatment. I have to say that everything was perfect and we will definitely be back.

16/02/2026: We got married at Villa Minieri a year ago and have returned several times to dine at the bistro and stay in the room... what can I say... the food... the courtesy... the friendliness... the beauty and cleanliness, everything was excellent, nothing was missing. My wife and I are in love with this place which is special to us. Highly recommended!!!!

26/02/2026: Everything was delicious except for one flaw: they prioritize takeout, making customers wait more than 40 minutes in the dining room. That's the only thing that needs improvement; the rest is perfect.

11/03/2026: A group of several people ordered several dishes to try more. The meat was nothing exceptional, either in taste or cooking. The suckling pig with potatoes was a single piece of fat. Almost inedible. Covered in a sauce similar to that used for roast beef. Terrible. The potatoes, however, were delicious. As for the grilled Prussian steak, we asked for it medium rare, but it arrived already cooked, and then continued to cook. Tough. A disappointment. The cuts of meat were tasty. The eggplant parmigiana was disappointing. A slice of eggplant arrived. Perhaps it was a revisited parmigiana. Not appreciated. Perhaps it would be better to change the name. Just an observation. The Sicilian frittatina was delicious. Various side dishes, normal and simple. We ordered all the desserts available, the cinnamon one definitely the best, the others nothing special. In short, dinner was a bit of a luck of the draw. Disappointed. And the prices were high compared to the average and for what was offered, considering the quality and the other things. A shame!
