04/06/2024: Schöne Pause auf dem Weg zur Villa Jovis. Wir haben hier nett was getrunken und hatten einen schönen Blick. Man kann wohl auch Kleinigkeiten essen, sah lecker aus.

18/05/2024: Sur le chemin qui grimpe sec vers la villa Jovis, et près du parc ( gratuit) On s'installe sur la terrasse (plutot dans la redescente car c'est dommage de se ''couper" dans la montée) et on profite de la vue. on peut y manger des sandwiches ou panini ou déguster un limoncello avec vue sur la baie de Capri. service très agréable

Personal och service får högsta betyg för vänligt bemötande och effektivitet. Maten och dryck mycket bra. Priser som i Sverige okt-23. Le Arcate rekommenderas varmt och vi återkommer mer än gärna! 15/06/2024: Best ice cream that I’ve had in Italy was here. Staff very friendly, the atmosphere was abuzz, options were grand and the experience was truly magnificent.

27/06/2024: Hemos tomado algo en el bar terraza del hotel Quisisanta y es todo un espectáculo.Gente súper preparada,de marcas top y nivel adquisitivo alto….o muy alto.Precios desorbitados,un vino tinto 38 euros y un blody Mary 35….pero bueno,se pasa un rato agradable viendo el nivelon!

11/05/2024: We did not stay at the hotel, but stopped by the hotel patio for drinks as we were walking around Capri. Stefano welcomed us and seated us. We wanted to try an iced coffee and a snack. Unfortunately, we didn’t say the correct words for the coffee. Stefano was more than happy to replace the iced coffee with an affogato. We also wanted to try the Baba, which is a typical cake there. The affogato was to die for and we just about inhaled the Baba. Stefano brought us a Caprese Cake which is another special dessert in Capri. Each of these was wonderful, but Stefano made the day with the great service he provided to us.

14/03/2024: grandiose Aussicht und toller fangfrischer Fisch im Restaurant mit fast 100-jähriger Familientradition. Ideal um sich nach oder vor einer Wanderung auf dieser schönen Insel zu stärken.

27/07/2024: Arrived for lunch on a Wednesday after having made a reservation only to be told that the chef was out and that they had the ability to make very few dishes. We agreed to stay because we were hot and very tired, but were overall disappointed that we weren't given this information when we made the reservation. When we received the bill we were also unpleasantly surprised as the very simple, non-chef-made dishes and two sodas came to over 75 euros.

17/07/2024: On July 4th, my friend and I arrived in Capri harbour on a small boat from Sorrento on a very rough day at sea. Rather seasick, I did not want to travel immediately up the funicular. Luckily my friend and I spotted a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and made our way over to Terazza Maresca. The manager (I think?), greeted us in the lobby and when I mentioned I wasn’t well, happily gave me a local cure for seasickness (fresh lemon rinds). He accompanied us up the elevator and asked the equally lovely waiter, Anu, to take care of us. Anu made sure we had a table in the shade, happily provided the fresh lemons and snacks and an amazing cake and gelato for my friend. The service here is fantastic despite us not ordering a huge meal. Anu and the manager were wonderful and I thank them both. Go for the views and go for the food but especially for the great service.

19/05/2024: Great little place off the beaten track!! We wanted a quick drink and something small to eat at a reasonable price. Food was good beer and wine cold. Bit of a walk up the hill but worth it !!
