22/12/2025: We arrived after a phone reservation for 8:30 PM and were seated at 9:30 PM! Plus, you have to wait outside in the cold because the place is literally a nightmare! Let alone when it's raining... finding parking is out of the question. After finally being seated, we ordered some fried food and then some burgers. The fried food arrived almost immediately, while we waited another 20 minutes for the sandwiches. When you sit down, the staff gives you a sort of remote control that rings when your order is ready... Basically, after waiting hours to eat outside in the cold, you also have to get up amidst the chaos of the small place and get your tray from the counter where you pay... where there are thousands of people standing... plus, while we were waiting to be called, near the cash register, one of the waiters whispered to another colleague, and when he finally arrived, we all left... such professionalism!!! Keep up the good work, the place will be empty soon!!
P.S.: The burgers and other things are nothing special, there are much, much better! Never again!

25/02/2026: Truly excellent food and excellent service; the maître d' was perhaps one of the kindest and most professional people I've ever encountered in a restaurant.
The menu is very extensive and offers something different from the usual steakhouse fare.
I give the atmosphere a 3 because the seats for two are in a very cold area, probably due to the entrance door.
Prices are average.
15/02/2026: We went tonight on Valentine's Day, and I have to say it was one of the worst nights I've ever had. Aside from the fact that it's awful when you're treated with indifference and disregard by people I could call co-workers, since we do the same job. Leaving aside this detail, with an 8:45 PM reservation, we sat down, and right there, the first response made no sense to me. If I have an 8:45 PM reservation, I don't understand why they're telling me I should be seated at 10 PM. We sat down, and after 45 minutes, they hadn't even brought us a menu. We went searching on their Instagram profile to order. Once we asked the waitress if we wanted to order, we were treated with indifference once again, and at that point, we left, which I'd say was a good thing, since they'd already decided they wanted us to eat at 10 PM, as reiterated by the "waiter," if you can call him that, who told us: "You don't have to leave at 10 PM." Just to say, when a customer leaves because they're unhappy, don't laugh in their face. Good luck with everything.

07/09/2025: Let me start by saying this is my first time here. My boyfriend and I ordered a Margherita pizza and a panuozzo. The Margherita had a burnt taste, so we moved on to the panuozzo and asked the girl not to add mushrooms or spicy sauce. Meanwhile, we sat outside while we waited. After a few minutes, the girl came out and told us she didn't have enough peppers, so we swapped them for eggplant. Ultimately, the panuozzo had peppers, mushrooms, and spicy sauce. Be careful when you work. I definitely won't be back.

16/07/2025: I can't help it anymore, slow staff and poor dishes. They brought us an appetizer for 30 euros for two people. The appetizer was more or less for one person, not to mention the first course: gnocchi alla sorrentina in broth and pasta and beans, perfect and cold. It's a shame I can't post a photo of the appetizer. A spoonful of seafood salad from a jar, a spoonful of peppers, 2 slices of raw ham, 2 bocconcini, 2 fried anchovies. This is an appetizer for 30 euros for 2 people.
