18/03/2024: We ate divinely, we took a land appetizer, very rich with cold cuts, dairy products and pickles, as a first course we had the really delicious paccheri with stockfish and equally good gnocchi, then the very tender steak and the fresh chicken cutlet, not the frozen ones I highly recommend it, we will absolutely return. 11/03/2024: What can we say about the Bizzarro trattoria, once called as it still is by the natives (A' CANTIN), so named for its splendid tufaceous cellar, dug 27 meters deep more than a century ago, where wine and culinary products were stored. Today the Zimbardi restaurant is known for its stoc and cod dishes, not only that, they make good first and second courses both from sea and land, thanks to the legendary chef Pasqualina and wife of Mister Angelo Zimbardi who is always smiling, only with a smile will they fill your eyes and heart. They make you feel at home, and that's saying something. And above all excellent house wine. I highly recommend the historic and unique Trattoria Bizzarro.

02/08/2024: Small tavern with a homely taste... the owner does everything but offers the utmost hospitality and kindness and then the thing that interests me most is the food and I assure you that it was really good, with local products and freshly cooked. to perfection and with passion! We had a spaghetti Scarperiello and a Genoese pasta... the queen as the innkeeper rightly defined it. What is not at all obvious is a divinely fried cod. What to say? Well done, well done! 01/05/2024: Durante il 1° Maggio siamo stati in questo ristorante per un pranzo di famiglia. Lo troviamo a ridosso dell'uscita autostradale di Caianello. Al termine di una traversa di campagna, si raggiunge questa rustica struttura immersa nel verde (che è sempre visibile grazie alle ampie vetrate della sala principale). L'atmosfera davvero godibile e piacevole. Per il pranzo in questione ci viene proposto un menù completo da 45 euro pro capite. Veniamo accolti da tranci di marinara di benvenuto. Quindi l'antipasto, salumi serviti in tagliere con formaggi, melanzane e zucchine. Andiamo ai primi: lasagna e paccheri con speck e besciamella. Segue del caratteristico capocollo di maiale servito all'interno di una fetta di pane più contorno di patate al forno. Chiudiamo con fragole fresche e dolce alla ricotta e al cioccolato. Il tutto accompagnato da vino rosso locale. Le pietanze promosse a pieni voti, da aggiungere la cordialità del personale e la pulizia generale, servizi igienici inclusi. Decisamente consigliato.

I recommend it to lovers of meatballs, the good ones with quality meat, and to connoisseurs of good wine, you will find a wide selection of wines. 28/07/2024: It's a nice place, the food is good and the prices are high compared to the quality and service. Why a star? Well, I order a plated hamburger with various side dishes. According to the menu I should have eaten a black pig burger, but instead I received a sausage burger with fennel (a typical sausage ingredient). Reading other reviews, I see that this didn't just happen to me. I asked for explanations and the owner prevaricated by saying that the sausage is made of pork anyway. My face 😑😑 Ok dear, sausage is made from pork, we all know that, but do you think I can't tell a sausage burger from a pork burger? The taste of the sausage is unmistakable with wine, pepper, fennel etc. My terrible review is not due to the mistake. Everyone can make mistakes. But it's because he didn't admit that he had made a mistake in the dish, but insisted on trying to convince me that sausage and black pig burgers were the same thing. So why are both burgers on the menu with different prices? It was enough to simply apologize, we had already paid anyway! Humility! I will not return and will not recommend to anyone who asks my opinion. PS: my family comes from a long generation of very renowned butchers from the Aversa area

15/06/2024: Probably the first but also the last experience in this place. A negative experience but above all an experience without even being able to judge food and quality. Report: Two x2 pizza menus Around 8.50 pm we sit down and book the aforementioned menus After about 15 minutes the starters and drinks arrived. Then we book the pizzas. We go out at 10.10pm without ever having received them but at the same time 3 tables after ours are served. Conclusion: one of the managers even asks us if we wanted anything else. In all this, a waiter tells us that the pizzas are being delivered while the pizza chef is preparing them. Final moral: Friends of friends are probably worth a pizza more than first-time customers looking for a bit of peace of mind. €33 for 1 peroni, 2 bottles of water and 1 cola and 4 starters. Congratulations ✌️
