06/04/2025: STAY AWAY! Ate for lunch off the ferry first time and food is decent. Stopped few days later for lunch. Patio was open only few tables seated. Sat down for lunch but only got drink menu. Asked for food menu and where the toilet was shortly after. Came back waiter asked if we were ready but needed few minutes. Waiter got snarky and we decided to leave. Waiter came after us screaming we were not polite and cursed at us to get out. Food is overpriced and not worth the hassle from the darker skinned waiter. Should have read the reviews firstly to avoid similar experienced from MANY other Customers. Horrendous experience and gives the Caprese people a not fond look on a lovely view.

01/04/2025: The pizza and drinks were good. Nice view and service too. I'm sure it would have been better in the summer, since we came in April and it was cloudy and raining.

19/07/2024: They prepared a table for us outside under the sun with 35° in the shade, water and beer at room temperature, poor quality pizzas, arrogant and rude staff, and last but not least, a bill with prices totally different from those displayed and written on the menu........ It looked like an episode of "Nightmare Kitchens"

16/07/2024: Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the place. The location itself doesn't have any major problems, but we found ourselves waiting an hour and a quarter, despite the place being practically empty, for two mediocre plates of spaghetti with clams. We were advised to break our hunger while we waited with some bruschetta and we were given two tomato bruschettas and two measly mozzarella balls, paid a total of 9 euros. At the time of the bill we were told that the POS wasn't working and we had to pay in cash, without noticing that we were also made to pay for 1L of wine instead of the vehicle we had taken. I'm sorry but a terrible experience, a great shame given that in terms of location it is very convenient

05/04/2025: Non condivido le tante recensioni negative poiché frequento regolarmente questo ristorante da diverso tempo con piacere. Mai avuti ritardi nella consegna dei piatti, personale sempre gentilissimo e disponibile, cibo di buona qualità e cucinato bene, location bellissima (che già amavo prima della ristrutturazione) e prezzi onesti. Sicuramente si può sempre migliorare ma dequalificare con commenti al limite della cattiveria e falsità un ristorante che per me funziona bene, mi sembra un dispetto. Consigliato!

29/03/2025: Ristorante adatto per una cena informale! Appunto!! Non si più cenare in 10 con tavolo sistemato sul marciapiede e spendere € 80 a persona! Abbiamo ordinato un assaggio di antipasti a discrezione del titolare da condividere in attesa dei primi. Hanno cominciato a servire una batteria di portate che sarebbero proseguite sino ad esaurimento del menù (nonostante si ammucchiassero gli avanzi sul tavolo) se non li avessimo fermati! Ottimi primi, un paio di fritture, vino bianco da caraffa, caffè e ... € 80 a testa! È da disonesti, avendo ricevuto la fiducia dei clienti rispetto alle scelte degli assaggi, spremerli sino a fargli spendere una cifra così alta su un marciapiede. Lo frequentavo da anni ma non tornerò MAI PIÙ e spero che molti facciano lo stesso in modo che la proprietà possa ritrovare la storica umiltà. I clienti non sono portafogli.

11/11/2024: Vi consiglio di non andare...ci sono stato con amici..abbiamo preso spaghetti alle vongole....pessime mezzo litro di olio un po' si sentiva il limone poco prezzemolo e 80gr di pasta..il piatto lo paghi 25 euro,6 euro di coperto...pessimo in tutto

01/04/2025: Tourist trap with terrible management. Stay away!!! We ordered tiramisu- the worst ever! Also profiterol was not fresh at all. We also ordered two americanos but after the first bite we decided we cannot eat those (actually I couldn’t even swallow). I sent everything back saying those are not fresh, they charged everything including coffees (which we didn’t had a single sip) and bottled water (which we didn’t open). I hardly convinced the un-polite cashier guy (with a bandage between his nose and his glasses) to not to charge the water. He said threatening words after me a leaving. This was the worst experience in whole country.

11/03/2025: Excellent place, the food was very delicious and the waiters were very friendly and spoke Spanish, I loved it ☺️

04/04/2025: Nice spot by the beach. Service was quick. Food was lovely. Prices are ok and we were happy.

23/03/2025: Tappa fissa.. Oggi a pranzo l’ho mangiato saltimbocca al cotto.. leggero e buonissimo.. Fiordilatte squisito!!! Il mio fidanzato ha mangiato quello allo speck con patate.. BUONISSIMO!!!!!!!

20/03/2025: ¡Horrible! ¡Gasta tu dinero en otra parte! No vale la pena, falta de atención al cliente, higiene y caro. Seguro que no es una buena impresión para la comida italiana!

06/04/2025: 2 spritz, un analcolico ed una cocaina e neanche qualche stuzzichino con gli aperitivi. Dopo averli richiesti, una ciotolina di patatine ed una si salatini. Oer 4 persone...e 23 euro di spesa. Pessimi!

22/03/2025: Servizio pessimo...eravamo tra i primi clienti ad entrare ci hanno servito passando avanti altre prenotazioni oltre ad aver portato i piatti a scaglioni...di sicuro non ci riandremo. Si sono scusati dicendo:"di sicuro sarà successo qualcosa"...no comment

23/03/2025: Avoid this place at all costs I went to this restaurant expecting a decent experience, but all I got was a huge disappointment and a blatant rip-off. From the moment we sat down, the service was mediocre, with servers who barely showed interest. The food was nothing special, bland and clearly carelessly prepared. For the price they charge, one would expect at least something memorable, but it felt like overpriced cafeteria food. However, the worst came at the end: upon receiving the bill, we found a mandatory €10 tip that no one informed us about before ordering. Sheer robbery. When we complained, the staff was rude and told us it was a "house rule." Not only is this an abusive practice, but it makes it clear that this place is only looking to extort money from tourists without any concern for the quality of the service or the food. If you're looking for a good restaurant, avoid this one at all costs. There are many better options where you won't be ripped off in this way.

23/03/2025: DON'T GO IF YOU CAN AVOID IT. I'm not giving it ZERO stars because I can't. The food is more than average; the dish of the day costs three times more than any of the others. We ordered one to try, not imagining the price given the rest of the menu. He insisted several times that we should get just one, and we said yes, it was just to try (thank goodness!!). When we finished, he told us the tip was extra. €69 for two pasta dishes, €6 for eating on the terrace (cover), two drinks, and the special dish. He said the tip was €10. I gave him the tip out of embarrassment. Thank goodness my son got it back. I feel ripped off.

03/01/2025: They made us eat in the cold. Prices for service, water and bitters are much higher than those of other restaurants in Palinuro even if it presents itself as a simple Spartan trattoria. Homemade bitters for 5 euros! From others to 2.5. They didn't have any cooked vegetables.

02/01/2025: Very cold place (the air conditioner not working), menu missing many dishes (even fresh vegetables), definitely too expensive for what I ate and... without ATM service (I had to borrow cash from the friend with whom I I had dinner)

17/03/2025: Stamattina mi sono seduta in questo bar per un caffè e avevo voglia di una zeppola fritta, ho chiesto più volte al cameriere se avessero zeppole fritte e lui me lo ha assicurato! Beh vi posso dire che quella arrivata al tavolo non era assolutamente fritta! Lo dico al cameriere che mi serve ma non ho risposta, lo chiedo alla cassa e nemmeno si degnano di rispondere, scostumati e bugiardi. Nessuna risposta è conto anche salato per una zeppola che cmq era secca, insapore e forse vecchia di giorni.

10/02/2025: Capricci cuenta con una ubicación fantástica en Positano con un ambiente encantador y un excelente servicio. El personal fue amable y atento, haciéndonos sentir bienvenidos durante toda nuestra visita. Sin embargo, aunque el entorno y el servicio eran encomiables, la comida lamentablemente no cumplió con las expectativas. Para los altos precios, anticipamos una experiencia gastronómica memorable, pero los platos se cayeron. Los sabores eran abrumadores, y la calidad no justificaba el costo. Dada la abundancia de increíbles opciones gastronómicas en Positano, Capricci era, por desgracia, nuestro restaurante menos favorito durante nuestra estancia. Si bien la ubicación y el servicio son definitivamente destacados, la comida dejó mucho que desear. Con tantos restaurantes excepcionales en la zona, probablemente elegiríamos un lugar diferente la próxima vez.

30/12/2024: À FUIR !!!! Déjà on est mal reçu, on prend des spaghettis carbonnara et ça arrive avec 5 ridicules raviolis et quand on demande ils nous disent qu ils n avaient plus de spaghettis ( 16€ le plat ). Ensuite une attente de 25 minutes entre le premier plat servi et le dernier alors que nous étions seulement 4. Pour finir une fois parti nous voyons un plat de spaghettis prêt à partir donc je demande ce qu il se passe et ils me répondent qu ils en avaient finalement. En bref de la discrimination envers les francais je pense et je ne recommande absolument pas. Juste du foutage de gueule!

24/03/2025: Buongiorno, volevo dire che mi dispiace veramente tanto perché Napoli non è questo ma è tanto buon cibo e ristoratori molto educati. Ma quello che abbiamo mangiato in questo locale e veramente terribile!!! Il peggior cuoppo surgelato di mare e di terra che abbiamo mai mangiato. Erano anche schiacciate all'interno del cuoppo e scaldati nel microonde! Sapevano di cibo vecchio! Si vedeva che non era fresco. È le 2 ragazze invece di pensare a gonfiarsi solo le labbra, dovrebbero imparare un po' di educazione, visto che si sono comportate anche in modo arrogante e in modo presuntuoso. Penso però che tutti possono sbagliare, speriamo che il titolare investa in cibo di qualità e corsi di buona educazione e di solidarietà visto che siamo nel paese del sole ☀️. Voglio pensare in positivo per loro, sperando di ritrovare un un locale migliore in tutti i sensi.

07/03/2025: Il mio compagno ha voluto assaggiare una frittatina di pasta durante una passeggiata in questo locale. La qualità a suo dire era abbastanza bassa, ma non si aspettava troppo dallo street food. La cosa che però ci ha lasciato molto male e arrabbiati è che, davanti a tutti i clienti, tutto il cibo rimasto in esposizione (pizze praticamente intere, tantissimi pezzi fritti ecc) venivano presi direttamente con il vassoio e buttati nell'immondizia. Napoli è PIENA di persone che fanno l'elemosina, senza tetto che darebbero qualsiasi cosa per del cibo anche non eccellente: loro invece hanno buttato chili e chili di roba solo perché fatti la mattina, quando potrebbe essere data ai bisognosi o banalmente venduta tramite Too good to go. Un minimo di umanità, per favore.
