19/08/2025: Assuming you arrive there, the online menu and the on-site menu match... choose your pizza and take a seat. This leads to four things we're completely off-putting. 1. The waitress warns you that the prices displayed are only for takeout and invites you to scan a QR code with the "inconvenience" prices. You discover that the menu is still the same as what you find online or on-site, but everything is marked up by €2/3/5 per dish. 2. At checkout, you're charged an additional cover charge, which is completely omitted from the digital menu. And how many times do we have to pay for this "inconvenience"? Now let's review the theory together. Transparency: If a cover charge is applied, it's essential that it be clearly indicated on the menu, along with its cost, to ensure transparency and customer trust. Alternative: Instead of charging a cover charge, restaurateurs can decide to include the related costs in the prices of the dishes or service. Customer Respect: In the absence of a specific law prohibiting cover charges, transparency and clarity in prices, including any additional costs, are essential for customer respect. Mulling over these instances of consumer non-transparency, feeling a bit taken for a ride for having paid a "surprise" surcharge + cover charge, especially since you're practically eating outside at plastic tables, certainly not in a closed restaurant with air conditioning or any other comforts, I look at the details on the receipt and, in addition to the surcharge, in addition to the cover charge, there's a significant price error of 1 euro more on a pizza than the already marked-up menu they pass off to you if you sit down? Between the menu's illiteracy, the omissions regarding cost transparency, and even the incorrect calculations that always favor you, obviously there's no way back, and with me, so does all the word of mouth.

19/08/2025: Terrible, never again!! ZERO STARS! You pay extra for a seat, eat in a square on plastic chairs, paper placemats, plastic cups, and paper plates, and while you cut your pizza, you also cut that. At the cashier, you even pay a cover charge... HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!! If I'd known this beforehand, I'd have gotten takeout pizza and sat on the benches in the square... I'd have saved money and would have eaten out of the box anyway...

19/08/2025: Ridiculous prices for food and drinks, but that's to be expected on Capri and this location. (7 euros for a coke zero and the same price for a slush is at least twice of what you pay on the main land. Service is ok, expect for some of the loud older men that shout weird French phrases 'fools die of love', stuff like that... Maybe they associate French with 'haute cuisine' or something, but what's delivered is anything but sophisticated.

16/08/2025: Had a cappuccino, first he said it was 7 and corrected himself to 8 euro. When we looked at the menu, cappuccino was 6euro. He gave himself a 33% tip, beyond rude.

01/09/2025: We chose this pizzeria through The Fork, but unfortunately, the experience was terrible. We had a 50% discount, but we realized the prices had been deliberately inflated, virtually eliminating the savings. We have proof on Just Eat that the pizza prices are much lower than those charged here. A real joke. The dining room is horrible; it almost feels like a garage, with no attention to detail. The only positive: the staff, who at least were courteous, although that doesn't make up for the feeling of having been scammed. Highly discouraged. We will never return.

26/04/2025: Right from the initial screen, the game fails to convey particularly positive sensations: the graphics appear poorly maintained and the visual impact is rather disappointing. Once the game started, I was forced to wait for a bot to intervene to be downloaded into the main lobby. The wait wasn't long, but it still broke the rhythm of the experience. The lobby, once loaded, proved to be rather small and uncomfortable, immediately limiting freedom of movement and interaction. A larger and more welcoming environment would certainly have contributed to improving the initial impression. The start-up times of the actual match, however, were good: quick loading and fluid transitions gave the illusion of a potentially compelling match. However, expectations were quickly tempered once we got into the heart of the experience. The loot system, a fundamental element for any good gameplay, proved to be unbalanced. The rewards obtained during the session in no way justified the cost incurred to participate in the game. The final feeling was that of an investment not repaid in terms of quality, quantity and variety of the loot offered. Overall, the experience is lacking in several aspects, leaving ample room for improvement both in the design of the lobby and in the management of rewards. A game that, with some important updates, could aspire to a decidedly higher level of quality.

26/08/2025: Some of the outpatient department staff are INCOMPETENT! I went there twice in a row to visit my mother, and went home without doing anything! The staff gave me the wrong information and dates for my visit...NEVER AGAIN!

11/08/2025: A terrible experience at the neonatal ward of Aversa Hospital: zero organization, zero communication. Contacting the switchboard is impossible, and parents are left without updates and without any respect at a very delicate time. Disgraceful management, unworthy of a hospital.

15/07/2025: verschrikkelijk restaurant! we hadden de inktvis en zwaardvis en deze waren beide veel te hard gebakken. de wijn was om hoofdpijn van te krijgen. het was ten minste allemaal proper

24/08/2025: Fast service. Ice cream costs €12 for 3 scoops, so it's a bit difficult to eat afterward. Otherwise, it's just a normal ice cream, nothing amazing. MUSIC WAY TOO LOUD.

27/08/2025: I came here for the pizza and it was good. It's old-fashioned pizza, but it tastes good. The atmosphere is nice and there's also an outdoor area. The prices are good. I'd like to come back to try the food. The service seems a bit slow, but the staff is friendly and does a good job.

08/07/2025: La gente más grosera que he conocido hasta ahora en Italia. Paramos a comer el almuerzo y habíamos comprado Powerades para los niños de al lado y se negaron a servirnos. Comenzaron a gritarle a mi hija de 13 años por tomar las bebidas. Supongo que seguirán en el negocio con los turistas, pero yo evitaría este restaurante.

18/06/2025: Restaurant/bar right outside the main entrance to Pompei, by the train station. There were free tables, but the owner asked us to wait a moment because they were in the sun and a shady spot would soon become available. The food arrived quickly and was very tasty. The price was perfectly reasonable. Considering the location, it was definitely not overpriced.

31/08/2025: It was delicious, affordable and service was good. View is incredible. Honestly don’t understand why such bad reviews. May be they changed their chef newly. But gnocchi was good, salad too. Ok not a Michelin star but also the prices are fair. actually think that the Gnocchi was even home made because they were in different sizes and shapes. So al in one, would eat there again and enjoy the view.

04/05/2025: Hotel located in a good location, a few meters from the center and the sea. Nice and friendly staff, but unfortunately it is one of the few positive sides of this establishment. Poor cleaning, we found a dirty shower full of hair, stains on the toilet, dust everywhere. Little variety for breakfast. Poor value for money. I'm sorry but we won't be back.

14/09/2025: A convenient and comfortable restaurant where you can stop for a meal in Pompeii, located in Piazza Esedra, perfect for exiting the archaeological site at Porta Marina Inferiore or Porta Marina Superiore.

Welp the service was fast but lack attentiveness, rushing by without taking orders or helping customers. First pizza i couldnt finish in Italy, actually in Europe so far on my trip Idk what else to say… trust the reviews🤷🏻‍♂️

12/09/2025: The waitress ignored us for 10 minutes and served everyone who arrived, even though they were right at the entrance. Arguing staff (catfights) are unacceptable. We left without getting anything.

03/09/2025: We’ve had vegetables with burrata cheese and pasta with pesto. Both tasted wonderful. The service was very good, everyone polite and fast. Food arrived very fast. Considering how busy they are, the waiters were wonderful. Great view, we truly enjoyed our dinner, thank you.
