01/09/2025: We stop here every year on the way back from vacation, and this year we brought our friends and we made a terrible impression, not to mention the rudeness of the lady at the counter... you do this job, you don't have to be bothered if they ask for sandwiches, but that said, it was 7:30 in the morning and she told us she didn't know if the bread had arrived... then she said it was there, but it was clearly stale bread. We threw the soft, inedible rolls in the bin out front. Next year, we'll go elsewhere.

31/08/2025: I bought a 1kg mozzarella, and it was rock hard and full of holes. It made a bad impression on my relatives. It was sour... thank goodness we didn't eat it.

12/10/2025: If you're celiac, don't even try it. We only had a complimentary Coke and fries. It's worth noting that the Coke cost us 10 euros. The area is touristy, and you pay for sitting there.

16/09/2025: I was absolutely shocked by this place. I ordered a Meloncello Spritz, which cost me a whopping €17 – and it tasted like plain Prosecco, with no hint of meloncello at all. After complaining, I asked for a shot of meloncello. They brought it to me, but charged me an additional €12. So, a total of just under €30 for a drink that in no way justifies what they charge. The prices are generally absurd: A simple espresso costs €6 – pure rip-off. At times, the staff were disinterested, making you feel unwelcome as a guest. The bottom line: exorbitant prices, disappointing quality, and service that, depending on the waiter, is disinterested and not very customer-friendly. I can only strongly advise against spending money here.

06/10/2025: 6 double appetizer plates, 1 meatball in tomato sauce, a plate of pasta with clams, 6 beers, and a bottle of wine. A €3.50 cover charge, a total of €400, and 4 cases of food poisoning that I can't report only because I live in another region and can't waste 4 hours in the hospital to make it official. I'm not attaching photos (of the results once we arrived at the hotel) out of respect for those who read the reviews and are informed. We had a terrible time; the appetizer included octopus salad, mixed fried fish, and anchovies in oil. We wouldn't recommend it for 13 people, including 3 children, who also confirmed this. You go everywhere, the food is not good, but excellent, except at these places where they gamble with other people's lives! Anyway, the title is "Bad Fish."

30/09/2025: Worst restaurant I ever went to. From the non-transparent waiter luring you into the restaurant, to the non-existent service, wrong food, missing orders and misleading menu’s. Stay miles away.

22/08/2025: A casual place in a beautiful location. The food is simple but good, especially the tuna and onion pizza. Prices are average.

21/08/2025: I'm on vacation at the Sirenella Hotel in Lacco Ameno and I find it to be an enchanting place. I was welcomed by the owners with such hospitality and kindness, they make you feel at home. They are exceptionally friendly. I've found a place where I can truly relax and spend my days by the beautiful sea and enjoying excellent food. The hotel is on the sea with its own private beach, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I can only speak highly of this place. And if anyone asks me where I'll go on vacation next year, it's the Sirenella. They have everything you need for true relaxation. Thank you for your hospitality.

04/10/2025: Great views! Amazing service and lovely people the food was amazing!

10/09/2025: Absolutely not recommended. The beach was littered with broken glass. The lounge chairs and umbrellas were old and uncomfortable. The food was even more of a disaster. Service was nonexistent and the owners were anything but friendly. We never felt comfortable. It felt like a complete rip-off.

02/11/2025: I've bought mozzarella and provola from them several times. The mozzarella is always excellent! The provola is quite good... but not excellent.

04/10/2025: I often buy the mozzarella from Pupatella a Cardito and it is delicious... this morning we went to Vomero for some shopping, and passing through Via Piscicelli I noticed this shop with the Pupatella brand and my wife went in to buy some mozzarella bites, what can I say it was terrible... soggy it seemed or was from the day before, perhaps not being customers the gentleman thought he saw what was left yesterday... I didn't bring it back because I live a bit far away but I assure you it was inedible... you don't do that because it tarnishes the good name of the Pupatella dairy which truly has high quality products... Never again!!!!

16/07/2025: I can't help it anymore, slow staff and poor dishes. They brought us an appetizer for 30 euros for two people. The appetizer was more or less for one person, not to mention the first course: gnocchi alla sorrentina in broth and pasta and beans, perfect and cold. It's a shame I can't post a photo of the appetizer. A spoonful of seafood salad from a jar, a spoonful of peppers, 2 slices of raw ham, 2 bocconcini, 2 fried anchovies. This is an appetizer for 30 euros for 2 people.

11/10/2025: For the first time tonight we tried this pizzeria. What can I say?... Starting with the pizza box, which was dirty, I don't know what, but it looked like rust. The pizza was tiny, the fries were RAW, and there was only one sausage on the whole pizza! While the filling was also tiny, it only had stuff in the center. The rest we basically ate pizza dough! The whole thing cost 18 euros! Bha!

25/07/2025: Truly an excellent pizzeria. I went there for dinner and the pizza was delicious with a very light dough. There are lots of pizzas, so there is a variety to choose from. I had a salami with mushrooms and the sauce was perfect. Compliments to the pizza chef and the staff for the beautiful pizzeria.

02/07/2025: place that has to close there are even mice that pass through the garden very poor staff does not come to take orders does not bring the bill gets the drinks wrong the wait is v infinite, It is not something for them it is better that they close.

11/05/2025: Terrible food, to avoid. No service. Sandwiches arrived hours later and inedible. Anyone who thinks they're doing better changes their mind. Just 0 insight, they have to change jobs... I didn't think it was possible to reach a similar level, I've never been treated like this.

14/09/2025: Staff who tell you that you can't even be 10 minutes late from the reservation time and then they make you wait 1 hour and 20 minutes to receive horrible pizzas, one with a hole and the other that I had requested with a cartwheel, they brought me the usual rubber dinghy, I will never recommend it again

13/09/2025: I ordered two Margherita pizzas to go. The dough was hollow, the pizza was dry and lacks toppings, and the mozzarella was decent. One of the worst pizzas in San Giorgio a Cremano.

24/10/2025: They forgot to serve us even though they served all 3 courses to the group next to us that came after us. They argued amongst themselves about it and when they served the food, it was salty. We lost all of our excursion time because of this 😔

19/10/2025: Spectacular view. Exceptional food. Smiling, friendly, and very professional staff. Margherita ravioli with shrimp and lemon is a delight. 10+

23/09/2025: Yes, we were swayed inside by the owner standing in the street, but I wasn’t the least bit disappointed in our choice. The tagliatelle d’Ischia was delicious, and our waitress was attentive. Grazie mille!

19/09/2025: Please don't go. Table booked, they only bring the menu after a good half hour... Forgetting water and bread. From 8:45 PM we ate (??) To 10:50 PM!!! For a fried calamari and shrimp dish and two shrimp cocktails and a mineral water!! Excessively priced for the quality and quantity... Avoid!!!!

19/06/2025: Tuvimos los espaguetis nerano y carbonara de espagueti, ambos muy sabrosos y auténticos. El servicio era pobre, con el personal que se cruza con bastante grosero y tuvimos que perseguirlos por la ensalada que habíamos pedido. La vista y frente a la playa es una ventaja masiva.

04/06/2025: Una bellissima vista mare a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, prezzo leggermente alto a confronto ad altri ristoranti situati in zone di mare, ma qualità e quantità di prodotto di pesce a volontà, più pesce che pasta, veramente tanto a tal punto che non ho cenato la sera perché sazio e soddisfatto del pranzo

14/07/2025: We ordered a Fredo coffee and a beer. I asked to use the bathroom, but the person who served me got angry. Terrible service from the staff. I find it incredible how they treat tourists like this. We come here eagerly to experience Italy and respect the culture, but these kinds of drinks are unacceptable. On top of that, my coffee was awful.
