22/08/2025: A casual place in a beautiful location. The food is simple but good, especially the tuna and onion pizza. Prices are average.

21/08/2025: I'm on vacation at the Sirenella Hotel in Lacco Ameno and I find it to be an enchanting place. I was welcomed by the owners with such hospitality and kindness, they make you feel at home. They are exceptionally friendly. I've found a place where I can truly relax and spend my days by the beautiful sea and enjoying excellent food. The hotel is on the sea with its own private beach, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I can only speak highly of this place. And if anyone asks me where I'll go on vacation next year, it's the Sirenella. They have everything you need for true relaxation. Thank you for your hospitality.

21/07/2025: If you order a takeout pizza called cherry tomatoes and arugula, then pay without receiving a receipt, and just before leaving, you open the pizza to check it and discover it doesn't have arugula, and you weren't notified, can you say it was a scam? When I pointed out the professional response was "the arugula is out," which was a great reason; I would have preferred "as if it were yesterday."

20/07/2025: A truly disappointing experience. The pizzas had an unpleasant flavor and different ingredients than ordered. The service was slow and disorganized; we waited too long even to order. The owner was rude and unprofessional. The icing on the cake: no receipt. I definitely won't be returning.

23/06/2025: Excellent food, only on the sign were the prices written and that for each addition it was €1 more, we took a classic panuozzo €11, with the addition of chips €14....

20/08/2025: The staff are very rude and low quality food specially in the evenings. The only advantage is that the place is close to the main campus and the dormitory.

09/07/2025: I've been eating lunch and dinner at this cafeteria for two years now, and to be honest, the food isn't bad, or at least it depends on the day. For example, a cold arugula and parmesan piadina wasn't very enjoyable (I don't know who creates the menus, but I think they need to be revisited). P.S. The staff (not all of them) are very friendly and helpful, especially Marzia and Simona at the cash register, Laura serving the meals, and Marco making pizzas.

03/09/2025: Crazy busy but to be expected in July. What shocked me was the bill. 40 euros for two lemonades and two pints of lager! I think they charge 10 euros for every drink.

05/07/2025: Dopo anni di fedeltà, tornare all’Antica Osteria Pisano è stato come rientrare in una casa dove nulla è più al suo posto. Un tempo rifugio di sapori più o meno autentici a prezzi accettabili, oggi sembra aver perso l’anima. Il cibo, pur ancora accettabile, ha smarrito quella magia fatta di materie prime semplici cucinate con rispetto per la tradizione. Ma è il servizio ad aver subito un tracollo che lascia senza parole. All’ingresso, una donna dai capelli neri, visibilmente estranea alla cultura dell’ospitalità napoletana, ci ha accolto con modi freddi e quasi ostili. Da lì in poi, una sequenza crescente di scortesie ha guastato irrimediabilmente la serata. sguardi infastiditi, risposte brusche, un’aria di fretta e malumore che ci ha fatti sentire fuori posto, indesiderati. Al punto da rinunciare persino al dolce e al caffè, nella speranza di poter andar via il prima possibile e liberarci dal disagio. È triste vedere un luogo tanto amato trasformarsi in un’esperienza da dimenticare.

04/07/2025: Ottima scelta di piatti di pesce. La nostra esperienza è stata positiva (ci siamo tornati due volte), ma abbiamo visto altra gente insoddisfatta, Il servizio la scia a desiderare quando non c'è la padrona anziana.

12/08/2025: The outdoor space is well-maintained and well-kept, making you feel like you're on vacation. I trusted the manager with love, and he met my expectations: it was cool and went down smoothly. I'll be back.

18/06/2025: The new manager/owner should take a course in savoir-faire. The welcome, the way of presenting themselves and the lack of attention towards the customer are truly disappointing. The internal environment is warm and the external one is very neglected. A young boy as a waiter who should have done everything more... at the same time. I hope you improve, to do so first of all you have to be less arrogant.

18/05/2025: Solo perché non c'è una valutazione più bassa. Mai mangiato così male a Napoli. Assolutamente da evitare sia per la cucina pessima che per l'igiene.

01/03/2025: I'm sorry to give a negative review but unfortunately I purchased 2 mozzarellas for dinner, and we found ourselves with poor quality mozzarella on our plate, it wasn't fresh that day! Soft milk-free and tasteless. I hope it was a question of freshness otherwise it would be a total fail. I'm not a regular customer but, just to be fair, I left the highway thinking I was making a top purchase, then I got back on the highway and we had dinner.

23/06/2025: I don't even know how to describe what happened to me here. We ordered two pizzas, and honestly, it was the most ordinary pizza I've ever had on the entire Naples coast. When it arrived, it had a green piece of mold (my mistake for removing it). But when I cut the second piece, I noticed something hard under the dough. I think it was a huge oversight. They offered to make me a second pizza, but between the green piece of mold and the envelope under the pizza, I didn't feel like eating anything from this place again. They didn't charge me for the pizza, but honestly, if it had been my restaurant, the customer would have left without paying anything at all. I didn't object and paid what they asked. I also showed the waiter the green piece of mold (he looked shocked and threw it on the floor).

31/07/2025: Deliciosa comida y vistas espectaculares. Nuestra espera fue muy atenta. Pudimos reservar una mesa a última hora y estaba sentado en la terraza. La comida era un poco caro y podría haber añadido más porciones por el precio que pagas. Tenemos el pollo relleno especial y un plato mixto de mariscos. El marisco estaba frito y no venía con ningún lado, así que todavía me quedé con hambre con la pequeña porción servida.

30/07/2025: This cafe has a fantastic view of the sea and the coast, and is a perfect location. Sadly the service set up was not good. A waitress came to our table to take our order, but we asked for just one more minute of time to choose our orders as we were still deciding. 20 minutes later the waitress had still not come back and was instead cleaning tables. The restaurant was not busy either, although there were a number of tables full of customers who did not have any food or drinks (perhaps they were still also waiting). We gained the waitress’s attention and asked if we could make our order and the waitress nodded, then went off into the restaurant. Ten minutes later, she was cleaning tables again and ignoring us, so we left. I understand that different cultures have different etiquette in relation to whether table service is offered or not, however, it simply was not clear in this establishment, and the lack of communication made for a very poor experience. Sadly, I would not recommend or return to this restaurant.

08/02/2025: I'm giving one star but you don't even deserve that one because you suck, the sandwiches weren't cold, more so and if you threw them against the wall they would come back, in a sandwich there had to be provola cheese and here was the provola cheese then the raw hamburger, the unseasoned salad and we waited two hours. Make sure you have to close🥰🥰.

20/01/2025: I've known this place for years. It was the meeting point for us kids. I came back after years and the sandwiches are always delicious!

18/01/2025: I've had breakfast a couple of times in the last month and it's not possible to be served with such boredom. Today the girl was texting on the phone, even though she saw us sitting at the tables. I got up to order, and even then she was very annoyed, bothered. Then I went back to pay, and she gave the same treatment to the person before me, without even replying to the thank you. These people are not suited to working in contact with the public. Furthermore, the tables are always empty, this bar does not know how to make the most of the space it has, unlike other bars always with people sitting outside. They obviously do not know how to welcome customers properly. I suggest at most getting a takeaway croissant, and avoiding sitting there

11/01/2025: The coffee in this bar is excellent… This would have been the review I would have written if they hadn't made us wait more than 30 minutes outside without serving us even though they saw us. A piece of advice, don't put tables outside if you don't want to work there!😘

16/07/2025: Baddest Café in whole Napoli, price not worth it, small coffe, they tryed to charge us with an extra coffee which we didn’t order + an extra tiramisu, which we also didn’t ordered, don’t go there, also the dolci‘s are supermarket quality, overall baddest Café in napoli

19/08/2025: I stumbled upon it by chance on August 14th, not having read the reviews. Terrible food with small portions at exorbitant prices... the waiter didn't even respect the arrival turn, preferring to serve customers who arrived later. In a word: highly not recommended!!!
