30/03/2025: You can't complain... the food isn't bad and the prices are reasonable.

25/03/2025: Nothing special. I went there on a Saturday night. I ordered the €13 menu. The place was clean and welcoming. The appetizer was bruschetta with tomato concasse, two fritters, and a croquette. I must say, it was good. But the thing that really disappointed me was the undercooked and extremely rubbery pizza.

22/05/2025: Buen ambiente fuera. buen servicio. Pero pagar 18 euros + 5 euros = 23 euros por 2 albóndigas en tomate con un poco de espagueti parece caro. + 3 euros por persona en servicio. Promedio de pizza, Vino bueno y precio justo (28 euros)

07/05/2025: Habíamos estado aquí el año pasado y estaba muy contento de encontrar este lugar de nuevo. Es una pizzería y restaurante italiano de gestión familiar, que ofrece las pizzas más deliciosas. Mi pareja tenía la pizza de la casa y yo tenía una con anchoas y ajo, ambos deliciosos, al igual que los postres.

15/05/2025: Un Gran caffè ai massimi livelli con prodotti d'eccellenza e personale ai massimi livelli. Atmosfera unica e dettagli del locale da lasciare senza fiato. Anche il conto lascia senza fiato ma comunque in linea con l'offerta e la magia del luogo. Chi passa da Napoli deve comunque andarci, ne vale la pena!

15/05/2025: Jösses vilket stroppigt ställe. Servitörerna som hade koll inomhus i stora rummet var så sjukt otrevliga. Vi var ett stort sällskap på 9 personer varav 2 barn. Barnen ville såklart ha glass från glassdisken så vi reste på oss och gick och betalade och hämtade. Detta för att gelato inte fanns på menyn. När vi väl betalt och fått vår glass och skulle sätta oss med de andra som drack kaffe och åt dessert, blev vi avvisade trots att vi påpekade att vi tillhörde gänget där inne. Glassen fick ätas ute. Kul. Nej.

01/05/2025: Horribles cocteles (Daiquiri & Piña Colada) , horrible servicio (gritaba a la gente por sentarse cuando no querían nada de comida ya que solo querían bebidas & nada de comida) y no recomendaría en absoluto... impactante.

10/04/2025: I went to this place about two years ago, it was really excellent, the best in Naples and the province; so a few days ago I decided to go again. Since there are two of us, we take a croissant with pistachio baiocchi and two layers of pancakes with Nutella biscuit. The pancake was good, but it was dry, the croissant not bad, unfortunately there wasn't much pistachio flavour. PRICE: special croissant, special two-layer pancake and a water 8.60 euros, a little expensive. Only the croissant cost €3.30 because at the entrance, near the cash register, there was a sign indicating an increase of 0.30 cents on the entire menu. Unfortunately I no longer consider it as excellent as I once did, sorry. I hope to go back and change my mind despite the increase in prices justified by the current situation we are experiencing. See you soon.

In fact, until Cira arrived, I had stopped going to the shop for a long time. Previous experiences with the employees were not at all positive: not only were they not particularly competent, but their courtesy and helpfulness towards customers left much to be desired. Cira's presence instead represented a real turning point. He is a person who demonstrates undisputed professionalism, combined with incredible empathy and kindness. Since she joined the team, I have decided to happily return to Jam Bake. Cira is not only an expert worker, but she also knows how to effectively relate to customers, making each of us feel welcomed and comfortable. His sociable approach and availability are truly unique and make the difference. What I appreciate most about Cira is her constant commitment. Every day, he sacrifices himself to ensure that the store functions at its best, implementing a series of actions aimed at improving the efficiency and quality of the service. Furthermore, it is clear that he never stops learning and perfecting his work, always trying to grow professionally. Cira is a person who transmits passion for what she does and this is reflected not only in her attitude towards clients, but also in the care with which she takes care of every aspect of her work. He is an incredible asset to the shop and his commitment is definitely one of the main reasons I continue to choose Jam Bake. I conclude with my most sincere compliments to Cira: she is an extraordinary professional and a wonderful person who contributes significantly to the success of the store every day. I hope he continues to be a key part of this team.

19/06/2025: Tuvimos los espaguetis nerano y carbonara de espagueti, ambos muy sabrosos y auténticos. El servicio era pobre, con el personal que se cruza con bastante grosero y tuvimos que perseguirlos por la ensalada que habíamos pedido. La vista y frente a la playa es una ventaja masiva.

04/06/2025: Una bellissima vista mare a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, prezzo leggermente alto a confronto ad altri ristoranti situati in zone di mare, ma qualità e quantità di prodotto di pesce a volontà, più pesce che pasta, veramente tanto a tal punto che non ho cenato la sera perché sazio e soddisfatto del pranzo

23/05/2025: It may seem like a common fast food in a shopping mall, but it offers good food at reasonable prices, very popular during lunch breaks, very busy but friendly staff. The sausage and broccoli sandwich is remarkable. Try it

07/09/2025: Unfortunately, this place is not good. We came for lunch as soon as we got to Naples. There’s a sign advertising a special, pizza and a beer for 5.50€. We ordered that and a spritz. The food was just ok. When we asked for the bill, the waiter said 19.50€. No bill, just verbal. My husband argued with him and the waiter claimed we didn’t ask for the special, which we clearly pointed to when we sat down and ordered. We ended up paying 10€ for lunch but if my husband hadn’t said anything, it would’ve been double. It’s not about the cost, it’s the principle. No one wants to be scammed! Pass on this place, there are much better places in Naples!

21/08/2025: I'm on vacation at the Sirenella Hotel in Lacco Ameno and I find it to be an enchanting place. I was welcomed by the owners with such hospitality and kindness, they make you feel at home. They are exceptionally friendly. I've found a place where I can truly relax and spend my days by the beautiful sea and enjoying excellent food. The hotel is on the sea with its own private beach, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I can only speak highly of this place. And if anyone asks me where I'll go on vacation next year, it's the Sirenella. They have everything you need for true relaxation. Thank you for your hospitality.

21/07/2025: If you order a takeout pizza called cherry tomatoes and arugula, then pay without receiving a receipt, and just before leaving, you open the pizza to check it and discover it doesn't have arugula, and you weren't notified, can you say it was a scam? When I pointed out the professional response was "the arugula is out," which was a great reason; I would have preferred "as if it were yesterday."

20/07/2025: A truly disappointing experience. The pizzas had an unpleasant flavor and different ingredients than ordered. The service was slow and disorganized; we waited too long even to order. The owner was rude and unprofessional. The icing on the cake: no receipt. I definitely won't be returning.
