18/05/2025: Ho recentemente pranzato in questo locale e, pur apprezzando la qualità del cibo e l’atmosfera, siamo rimasti profondamente delusi dalla gestione delle tempistiche imposte ai clienti. Durante la prenotazione telefonica ci è stata confermata la disponibilità per le 13:00, ma solo successivamente, tramite email, ci è stata comunicata un’indicazione poco chiara che citava prenotato 13.30 14.3o. Purtroppo, questa informazione non era esplicitamente chiara e, soprattutto, non ci era stata comunicata con trasparenza al momento della prenotazione. E al momento della prenotazione telefonica che bisogna specificare che il tavolo si prenota a condizione che venga lasciato entro le 14.30 non nella conferma della prenotazione tramite email che potrebbe anche non essere letta. La situazione ha assunto contorni ancora più spiacevoli quando, nonostante la presenza di un anziano di 90 anni al tavolo, siamo stati sollecitati a lasciare il posto in modo piuttosto frettoloso con il commento che faceva capire: questa è casa mia se non ti conviene.... Riteniamo che un buon servizio clienti debba considerare non solo l'efficienza operativa, ma anche le esigenze e il comfort dei suoi ospiti, indipendentemente dall’impatto economico immediato che una singola prenotazione può avere sul locale. Il fatto che un qualsiasi ristorante ha un portafogli clienti che lo soddisfa non significa che possa trattare in modo non carino un singolo cliente che pur che non ritorna non intacca il suo profitto. Comprendiamo che un ristorante debba ottimizzare la rotazione dei tavoli, ma la trasparenza nelle comunicazioni e un minimo di flessibilità nel rispetto di particolari situazioni sono elementi fondamentali per garantire un'esperienza positiva e fidelizzare la clientela. Ribadisco qualità cibo al top ma siamo dispiaciuti per la mancanza di attenzione in questo senso e speriamo che la gestione possa prendere in considerazione questi aspetti per migliorare il proprio approccio alla customer care.

19/06/2025: Ho avuto il piacere di ritornare a festeggiare un traguardo importante in questo splendido locale. Anzi, più che locale, angolo di serenità in cui il connubio tra eleganza e professionalità è così forte da rappresentare al meglio la filosofia del locale e del titolare stesso. Cucina ottima ed ampia scelta di alternative. Personale educato, attento e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza, anche dei più piccoli. Come "Angeli custodi" fanno in modo che tutti siano contenti ,soddisfatti e che l'evento si svolga come desiderato. Grazie a Pasquale per la sua immensa disponibilità perché si è preso cura di me, dei miei ospiti ed ha fatto sì che la "Festa" riuscisse proprio come l'avevo immaginata.

15/06/2025: Abbiamo deciso di trascorrere il compleanno di mio padre in questa location. Abbiamo ordinato fritti davvero buoni e subito dopo delle pizze che meritano davvero. Il servizio è cordiale e veloce e sono attenti a tutte le esigenze. Il parcheggio si trova facilmente sul corso ma ha due parcheggi a distanza di 200 metri a piedi. Davvero bella l’atmosfera in giardino (la sala superiore) soprattutto in queste serate estive. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!❤️

05/06/2025: Great location for a beautiful view of the Trajan Arch while dining. I’ve dined here a few times and it never disappoints. The waitstaff is very attentive and friendly. The digital menu makes it easy to see all of the delicious choices available. I had the orrechiette with asparagus and the scaloppine di vitello. They were excellent and my waiter recommended a Fiano Riserva from Avellino that perfectly complemented my meal. Definitely a meal to remember.

17/05/2025: Emotional experience People who have to be grandparents and not mistreat tourists. Food seasoned for a few weeks Cold and unwelcoming place, basic hygiene is missing. A stratospheric bill 180 € if you have a credit card 150 € in cash Three people who were deceived by the behavior of a false owner who said I'll take care of it myself, appetizer made up of leftovers, a bottle dirty with flour and grease, a jug with the wine damaged and the contents, after asking what quality of wine we were told try it, it's good. Three first courses, spacchetti with dead clams, depressing and inedible. Three pieces of cold fried cod that perhaps was reheated, practically bristly. The icing on the cake was that one of the two who were with me was verbally attacked because before entering he had been to the restaurant opposite to read the menu of the day. I don't think a person like that should be in the public place but he needs medical attention and the place should be closed immediately. I feel bad at the thought of having found myself in a real Wild West between two places I'm ashamed to be from Benevento and I apologize to my two friends for what happened.

The quality of the food is excellent and the short wait is justified by the courses ordered but I find that the price is disproportionate, even considering the times involved and the work behind it, so one star less overall. While the individual voices deserve the best.

For me, excellent location, a stone's throw from Santena, the Grugliasco market and the splendid Beltrame nursery in Trofarello. Airport half an hour's drive away

07/04/2025: I express a very positive opinion for Maison Louis. The owner Luciana makes you feel at home, the rooms are very beautiful, spacious, clean and tidy; the bathroom is very nice. There is also a large terrace overlooking the well-kept and well-kept garden of this renovated farmhouse. The breakfast is excellent, the location is strategic because it is just outside Turin. I would stay here again.

05/04/2025: I ordered the pizzas, they arrived 45 minutes late, cold and a little hard, impossible to eat. Broccoli and sausage just a pinch. The courier was even standing under the door and instead of calling me for the order, he was smoking a cigarette. The children couldn't eat the pizzas and at this point I started cooking pasta instead of these pizzas. I'm very sorry for the situation that happened. I threw away the pizzas and also the money. I don't know how it tastes when the pizza is ready, because unfortunately I didn't have the chance to taste it.

26/05/2025: Really great place and services, I was super amazed, we found ourselves in this place almost by chance because we were in the area and had no idea where to have dinner, high quality of raw materials and really kind staff. Definitely going back 🫶

18/05/2025: Poor and rude staff, hygiene 0, ordered fried food and they brought calamari and salted anchovies and there were 5 pieces, too expensive without quality, very hot drinks, we asked for ice and they didn't have it, neglected restaurant, paper tablecloth, paper napkins, missing cutlery, no bread we had to take focaccias... and another Po they didn't even fit Hard meat, the appetizer was mozzarella tomato and brine there was nothing fishy Parking of cars in the garbage I don't recommend it, it's a tavern for bums The water that was hot, the price terrible, the chef doesn't suffer from blood pressure NOT RECOMMENDED (you don't even need to book because it's always empty)
