02/05/2025: Last week I had the pleasure of having lunch at this restaurant. We were greeted by smiling and helpful staff and owner. The service was very fast and attentive. As an appetizer I took the Calabrian-scented octopus with celery, bamboo heart, Marsala raisins, fresh tomato, dehydrated orange flakes. A delight for the palate. The mango linguine with red prawns, bacon, Calabrian pecorino and nduja, very good. The owner showed me the piece of fresh swordfish and I ordered it. They served it with porcini mushrooms, potato chips and fresh cherry tomatoes, it was excellent! As well as the roasted octopus with onion and oranges. The balance of flavors is expertly dosed in all dishes. I promised myself I would return soon. I asked for a chocolate with coffee and the lady brought me them in different flavours. Quality and courtesy distinguish this place. The place is small and clean. The bathroom is unique for both sexes but clean and compliant. I highly recommend this place.

Very fast service, all our requests were met, all the courses simple but excellent from the first courses of land to the second courses of fish, as well as the top Calabrian appetizer! Thanks for the Calabrian style that you can feel inside the restaurant and in the dishes

30/05/2025: Everything was fantastic! Absolutely among the best restaurants in Calabria. Chef Bruno was excellent and the service was perfect, very kind and super informed. We had two fish appetizers (shrimp cocktail and trio of raw fish), two first courses (spaghetti with anchovies & paccheri di mare) and a second course of seared tuna to share. Everything was delicious and of local origin! The local culinary excellence is prepared and served with Michelin-star professionalism and quality! Thank you so much for the welcome and the experience, we can't wait to come back!

02/05/2025: Sono molto delusa da un locale che non ha idea di cosa sia un buon servizio nei confronti del cliente. Abbiamo aspettato 40 minuti per due caffè che non sono mai arrivati mentre veniva servito chi era arrivato dopo di noi. All' ennesimo tentativo di presa in giro da parte della "cameriera" ( credo che la ragazza in questione non sappia nemmeno il significato del termine cameriera) ci siamo alzati e siamo andati via senza aver visto nemmeno da lontano l'ombra dei due caffè ordinati. Non tornerò di certo.

31/05/2025: We had lunch at the Il Nostrano restaurant, in a pleasant location on the seafront. The restaurant is tastefully furnished, especially outside where white dominates. I really enjoyed the mixed appetizer with various tastings and the mussels with pepper, really tasty (I would have put a few more croutons). The seafood linguine, on the other hand, convinced me less: too seasoned for my taste, and a bit invasive compared to the flavor of the fish. The staff was kind and helpful, even though we had to ask several times to bring water, but the restaurant was full and the wait was justified. You can choose whether to eat inside or outside, which is always appreciated. Overall, a good lunch.

29/05/2025: Let's start with the very warm welcome, sublime and tasty food, the owner Mr. Walter came to greet us even though we were strangers, I was there one Sunday for lunch and a week later I went back for dinner even though I live 60km away. I recommend it

Prodotti freschissimi e di qualità, ricette della tradizione(spaghetti con le alici come una volta) e con ispirazioni più moderne(seppie su crema di piselli e tonno con cipolla divini). Il ristorante è incantevole dentro (ricavato da un antico deposito con una cupola di mattoni particolarissima) e fuori(sul mare), servizio con i giusti tempi, personale attento e gentile, proprietario sorridente e disponibile. Ottima cantina. DA PROVARE E DA TORNARCI!!! Valentina

12/05/2025: I absolutely recommend a visit to this restaurant in Marina di Pizzo. This is the second time I've eaten here. On the first one I was inside and on this last occasion I was outside. There were two of us and we ate spaghetti with anchovies, grilled calamari on pea cream and Mediterranean swordfish. Very good dishes. I found a high level of preparation and excellent raw materials. The portions were correct, almost abundant. The accompanying bread was also very good. The service, then, was quick and accurate, never intrusive. Fair prices and adequate for the quality of the menu. A note of merit also goes to the background music, always at a level that does not disturb the conversation. Parking, in the April/May period, not difficult.

02/06/2025: We were here for dinner today and were very pleasantly surprised. We had mussels for starters, followed by tuna steak and salami pizza. All the dishes were very good and the head waiter, Raffaele, was a really friendly guy. We will definitely come back here in the future. Thanks for the lovely evening. 25/04/2025: Buen servicio, buena comida. Gente agradable, cocina ocupada, bien organizado, este es un restaurante establecido, si alguna vez vas mencionarme al propietario, que es Carlo, o su mano derecha Umberto, Leo y Dominico son camareros de larga duración y Francesco hace las pizzas, Leonella en la cocina se ocupa de la cocción.

20/04/2025: Siamo capitati al Chiringuito quasi per caso... e che fortuna! Posto super carino proprio sul mare, atmosfera rilassata e perfetta per staccare un po’. Il servizio è impeccabile grazie a Domenico, un cameriere gentile, professionale e sempre con il sorriso. Ha saputo consigliarci al meglio, con una disponibilità rara e una simpatia che rende il pranzo ancora più piacevole. E poi c’è Carlo, il proprietario ,uno che ci mette davvero il cuore in quello che fa. Si vede che tiene al suo locale e ai clienti. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, pesce fresco e piatti abbondanti. Ottimo anche il vino della casa. Insomma, esperienza da rifare assolutamente. Se siete in zona, fateci un salto!

13/04/2025: Extremely courteous staff ready to satisfy every request with professionalism and dedication, excellent and plentiful food, in short, a beautiful place to spend a nice day, especially thanks to the playground, where children can have fun. I highly recommend it, especially with the summer season approaching, where the swimming pool with slides and the lido will also be opened.
