09/07/2025: A sandwich shop in the center of Tropea with outdoor seating. The sandwiches are average, neither good nor bad, but decent in size, unlike those at well-known fast food joints. Prices are reasonable. The waiters are polite and friendly. Recommended for those who want a sandwich and don't spend too much in the center of Tropea, which has become difficult.

16/08/2025: Beautiful restaurant in the center of Tropea, but the service was too slow. The risotto was overcooked (it seemed precooked), and the mussel soup was acceptable. Needs improvement!

03/09/2025: My wife and I vacationed in Calabria and chose to stay at the Popilia Resort, unfortunately only for one night. The location is wonderful, immersed in nature and offering complete relaxation. You can go for bike rides, long walks, or visit the gardens, lake, and animals. It's ideal for families, couples, and everyone. The pool is beautiful, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast and the entire restaurant menu are fantastic.

28/08/2025: A top location that allows you to walk to Le Grotticelle beach. The sea-view room lets you watch the sunset with a view of Stromboli—fantastic! The room is cleaned daily. The restaurant is good and convenient.

26/08/2025: Beautiful place! The staff is super friendly and always smiling, they make you feel at ease right away. We ate deliciously, fresh fish and truly unique sandwiches (a must try 👌). Fast service and a relaxing atmosphere right on the sea. I'll definitely be back!

10/08/2025: Excellent experience!! A “Certosino” coffee that explodes in your mouth, white chocolate, Nutella, whipped cream, without distorting the coffee but enriching it. A perfect combination.

31/07/2025: I was incredibly impressed by this bar. The atmosphere is welcoming and the place is impeccably clean, a detail that makes all the difference. The service is exceptional, the staff is attentive and courteous, and every time you visit you feel at home. The owner is a true professional, someone who demonstrates a deep passion for his work. His ability to continually innovate is admirable and is reflected in the excellent quality of the products offered, a true Serrese excellence that stands out. I highly recommend everyone to visit; you will be amazed by the quality and professionalism you will find. An experience worth experiencing and repeating!

11/09/2025: We ordered an Insalata Tropeana, but there seemed to be some confusion: at first a simple tomato and onion salad was brought, and then another bowl, closer to what the menu described. On the bill it appeared as two salads, although only one had been ordered, which was a bit awkward to clarify. Everything else was tasty and enjoyable, so hopefully in the future such situations can be double-checked more carefully — especially when serving guests in English.

28/08/2025: Old-fashioned place Good food, but prices have skyrocketed over the years! Reservations are recommended... it gets too crowded in the evenings, and the staff (always friendly) struggles to manage the large number of people they seat. If it weren't for the coolness, I'm not sure it's really worth going! Parking is on the street and is fairly easy to find.

27/08/2025: As soon as I walked in the door, I was transported back to the 80s, and it was thrilling as I remembered the wonderful banquets we used to have with my family. 😍 The staff were incredibly kind and professional. The food was delicious, but we were already full after the rich appetizer and the first course of fileja with wild boar and porcini mushrooms, and fileja with mutton. We'll be back to try the meat, which looked succulent. Congratulations! 👏

24/08/2025: We stayed last year in June. The room was new, large, with a perfect bathroom and two terraces! The food was good, varied, and everything was gluten-free! The wait staff was a bit inattentive. The location was exceptional, just steps from the beach and the town center.

24/08/2025: Excellent staff, from the front desk to the waitresses and waiters. Everyone is very friendly and deserves to be thanked individually, but we can't, because we might forget someone. We try, from maids Nicola and Ronald, to Rossella, Mariano, and the floor cleaners. The beach staff. See you next year.

29/08/2025: We arrived at 21:30, it's 22:30 and we're still waiting for food. Furthermore, it says closing time is 23:00. There's zero interest, almost no one speaks English, and it's incredibly difficult to communicate. I was embarrassed when I saw what they presented us as pizza. We ordered a salad, but it didn't arrive; there was a mistake on the bill (and the table across from us had the same problem tonight). They sent two limoncellos to apologize, but I don't think such things can be compensated. They shamelessly charge a service fee, and we are paying for a service we can't even receive. It's truly sad...

29/08/2025: I've been to many restaurants in many countries. I've never seen such poor service in my life. The food was tasteless. Very simple dishes took over an hour to arrive. The salad I ordered never arrived. When the bill came, I saw several different prices and asked for them to correct it. In short, it was a bad experience.
