28/03/2025: Welcomed with smiles and kindness by the entire family, who truly make you feel at home. The place is also very welcoming. Substantial seafood cuisine that combines tradition (such as the scoglio al cartoccio) and originality (the spatula rolls are excellent), so ask for the dishes of the day too. Don't miss the Pizzo walnut and fig semifreddo, a delight. Fair prices and aligned with the quality offered. A really nice place!!!

16/03/2025: As they say, "good wine is small"... on the occasion of spending Sunday in the wonderful Scilla, we stopped in this small place located a few steps from the wonderful Piazza Belvedere, there is no denying that the lunch was above expectations, the best mussel pepper in Calabria (wow), finally I thank the owners Mr. Saverio and his wife Ilaria for the warm welcome, thank you for everything, we will definitely be back again 100%❤️
15/03/2025: Petard. The girls are smiling. The food is delicious if you like seafood. We got whiskey on the way out. I recommend. The food is delicious.

10/03/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, excellent cleanliness, very attentive service, professional managers and exquisite like all the dishes. Not only in the quality of all the dishes (from the starter to the first course and then to the second course), but also in the imagination of the combinations and the balance of the combinations. I really recommend it wholeheartedly, because you can taste all the local flavors without being too sophisticated. Unbeatable price/quality ratio.
Lilly and Antonio - stay as you are, because you are truly fantastic! ❤️

19/10/2024: Ate delicious swordfish rolls and octopus rolls, straight away
at the beach. Personally, I think the ambience was original and the service was friendly, even spoke a bit of English, using the toilet was an adventure, but after all we are talking about a beach shack and not a luxury hotel. ;)

13/01/2025: One of the best restaurants I've ever eaten in.
I would recommend it to anyone, tourist or local.
The place is very nice, tidy, well furnished and with a wonderful view.
It is structured on several levels, between a platform overlooking the sea and a top floor terrace overlooking the sea and all of Scilla.
Obviously the menu is almost entirely fish-based and it is all excellent.
We ordered a seafood appetizer consisting of 6 different tastings, easily divisible for 2 people.
Followed by two first courses: trofie with seafood and paccheri with swordfish with olives and capers.
All very good.
The staff is very kind and very professional.
I recommend booking about a week in advance to have the chance to occupy one of the best tables on the terrace, attached to the railing.
02/11/2024: Overall, pretty disappointing. We waited over 40 minutes for the food to arrive. They clearly had more tables than they could handle. The food itself was not bad, but it was pretty average and the portions were quite small. The salad was especially disappointing, it was literally just a bit of lettuce and they brought a bottle of olive oil to season it with. The restaurant also only had one bathroom for which there was a line the whole time we were there. At the end, they rounded down our cheque from 62 to 60 euros, which was a nice gesture.

30/03/2025: Dopo quindici giorni.... a mente fredda.... il ricordo dell'onda del mare che si infrangeva alla porta finestra, unitamente valutato alla squisitezza delle pietanze servite ed alla gentilezza di Tonino Polistena ed alla cortesia di Francesco non ci fa pensare ad altro che alla voglia di ritornare.... grazie
28/03/2025: Llegamos al ristorante después de las 8 pm y nos sentamos inmediatamente por Francesco. Después de leer el menú impreso, aprendimos que era ligeramente diferente del menú de su sitio web. Le preguntamos a Francesco si era posible para el chef para preparar para nosotros un plato que no en el menú impreso. ¡Sí fue su respuesta! Nos alegró mucho saber que era posible. Esto era tan importante - no tuvimos que salir y buscar otro ristorante a esa hora en la oscuridad. Además de nuestros excelentes primeros platos, el plato de verduras a la parrilla era el mejor que habíamos comido durante nuestra estancia en Scilla.

03/10/2024: Bella la location con terrazza sul mare, menù interessante e pesce di buona qualità. Porzioni adeguate e buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Personale cortese e disponibile.
Ho assaggiato e consiglio: antipasto misto, tanti piccoli assaggi sfiziosi di pesce e una mini parmigiana con pesce spada. Buono il vino bianco della casa.

01/01/2025: Premetto subito che è stato riconosciuto l'inconveniente con relative scuse ma quando va a monte un pranzo di Capodanno servono a poco. Ho percorso circa 180 km per arrivare al locale. Ordinato un antipasto misto, decisamente insignificante per il prezzo richiesto..... per non parlare del primo, filei al pesto di pistacchio con vongole, rimandato subito indietro insapore, scotto, senza sale, vongole messe a mo di decoro completamente fredde. Le scuse in questi casi servono a poco, il titolare avrebbe dovuto tirare le orecchie al personale di cucina per aver presentato un primo non saltato in padella con le vongole ma messe sopra completamente fredde. Non ho reclamato per la frittura pessjma di mio figlio perché mi sembrava di inferire troppo.... sarebbe il caso di rivedere qualcosa con il personale di cucina.

03/10/2024: Spettacolare la location: una terrazza sul mare. Interno in miniatura. Bagni piccolissimi. Pesce fresco. Menù solo di pesce. Tanto spada. Bocciato il tartufo come dolce.
