17/08/2024: As soon as you enter the shop you are surrounded by a scent that will make your mouth water. We had dinner with a platter of mixed cured meats and cheeses, Calabrian-produced mozzarella, Calabrian black olives, burrata, caramelized Tropea onion... All truly delicious. Having a chat with the owner is a real pleasure, you immediately notice the care with which he takes to present his products. One of the most pleasant evenings of the holiday. Absolutely recommended!
17/08/2024: All excellent quality products, which the owner takes care to present with due care. We had dinner with a platter of mixed cold cuts and cheeses, mozzarella, burrata and other local products. If you are in the area I highly recommend you stop by!

17/08/2024: Courtesy, availability, hospitality, quality are just some of the distinctive signs of the lido. The beach is wide, the sea spectacular, the sand pebbly and therefore not too fine. The services are all there. Exceptional restaurant with Michele's cuisine and Fabio's courtesy. Teresa then makes the difference at the reception with kindness and courtesy. In front of the beach there is the possibility of parking in Pinza with cars in the shade which is not bad. Overall, a very positive experience.

27/08/2024: I have been going to this lido in Calabria "Tonnara di Palmi" for years, well organised, the owners are welcoming, very nice and very friendly like all the staff who work there, from the waiters in the restaurant to the lifeguards. The food is excellent, especially the fresh fish caught that day. Stunning view and panorama of the sea with the possibility of seeing stunning sunsets. Spectacular, like all of Calabria!! I recommend it for spending a summer and holidays in a beautiful place with a wonderful sea!!

Cibo di qualità, il vino e i liquori di sua produzione fanno la differenza..... Se poi si riesce a scambiare due parole con proprietario capisci anche il perché.

The owner puts his heart into it....and it shows.
Quality food, wine and liqueurs of its own production that make the difference..... If you manage to exchange a few words you will also understand why.

09/05/2024: Recommended place for those who love or want to enjoy a gastronomic journey based on fish (with a predominance of blue fish).
Normally many tastings are served and then maybe even a first or second course.
For those who don't like fish and find themselves having to keep company, it's a good idea to call the owner so that he can find an alternative.
The place is cute and furnished in a nautical style.
Then there is Vincenzo (chef and owner) who is a truly kind and friendly person.
We will be back
15/01/2024: Absolutely recommended experience: an unthinkable number of tastings (not exactly mini) of blue fish cooked with passion.
…and the wait between one dish and another is really minimal: a great advantage and an excellent help in getting to the end of the tasting.

28/06/2024: After 20 days spent in this area, this morning I ate artisanal croissants worthy of the name. The coffee is very good and the staff friendly. Advised.
