03/10/2024: An extraordinary experience at Le Dune Bianche restaurant! We would like to sincerely thank the reception staff Giuseppe, Emanuel and Filippo for their courtesy and impeccable advice. The fish-based starters were a true journey of taste, worthy of a starred restaurant, and the scallop fish was simply delicious. The selection of local wines is excellent, and pairs perfectly with the dishes. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere wonderful. Thank you for making our meal an unforgettable moment. We can't wait to return!

08/09/2024: Welcoming environment with a beautiful garden right on the Delle Palme seafront in Siderno.
We booked on a busy day due to the patronal celebration but they still managed to reserve a nice table for us.
Decent level of service.
Pizzas are of good quality but the dough is a little raw (consequently difficult to digest for my tastes).
Prices are a little high, for some pizzas you can even pay €15.
07/09/2024: Terrible service for 4 pizzas more than an hour and a half rude waiter several times they don't even know how to make calculations without a calculator very dirty bathrooms and no water

24/04/2025: Piadina con prosciutto cotto, invece del prosciutto crudo così come da ordine. Ordine arrivato con 20 min di ritardo. Rider sprovvisto di resto, a tal punto di aspettare altri 10 min, affinché lui andasse a prendere i soldi. Rider che non sapeva neanche che importo dovessi pagare.

10/06/2025: THIS IS WHY I WILL NEVER GO BACK... AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. A 66cl PERONI BEER, 9 EUROS IS A SHAME. THEN DO NOT COMPLAIN WHEN THE CHECKS ARRIVE.

20/05/2025: Restaurant?! Very messy dive, dirt in every corner and unpleasant smell. Primitive and abandoned setting. Seafood appetizer (which had almost nothing fishy about it) and first course inedible, bad smell, reheated food, or rather overheated and, despite being hungry, we couldn't swallow anything. Local white wine of very poor quality, 1/2 liter 9 euros.
Cover charge 3€ per person.

13/05/2025: Alleine für die Miesmuscheln in Tomatensauce lohnt sich die Anfahrt hier hin, einfach köstlich und frisch und die Tomatensauce hat die perfekte Schärfe. Auch die gemischte Fischvorspeise war sehr gut, danach hatten wir Paccheri mit Thunfisch, Schwertfisch und Melanzani.

18/08/2024: For the review I consulted my granddaughter who is learning to judge the places we frequent and this is her opinion: "excellent pizza, good chips, friendly and quick waiters, small but well-furnished place".
Seven years later. August 16, 2024.
A special evening at the Calypso village-campsite in Marina di Caulonia.
The moon, the restaurant by the sea, a beautiful and large company of various European nations (Italians, Germans and a Dutchman), who for years have chosen Calypso to spend the summer by the sea on the Ionian coast of Calabria.
A special dinner with a single dish "fusilloni with cucuzzelli spinusi", the famous spiny wild artichokes common on this coast. A "five-star" chef, Antonella, who was able to introduce and enjoy a typical local dish that will remain in the memories of all participants (18). And finally, local ice creams (truffles) proposed by the village director, Marco, concluded a well-presented and well-served dinner. The positive opinion on the dinner was shared by all the guests, including children and teenagers (5 out of 18).
17/08/2024: The former restaurant and pizzeria no longer exists. We ate there last summer, and it was, as it was all the years before, very good. It's closed, or rather, moved to a hut on the beach. The quality isn't what it used to be. The pinsa was a finished base with little topping. Coperto per person was €2.00. It was in a beach hut... That seems to be the end of the Calypso chapter. What a shame.

20/08/2024: A few steps from Siderno station, in front of the Aquila bar (which I don't recommend), you will find this ice cream shop that also makes waffles and crêpes and then there are ice cream cakes and frozen cones. All very good.
11/08/2024: È la prima volta che ci vado perché me lo hanno consigliato !! Mi spiace tanto ma la ragazza che mi ha servita è stata scortese e poco professionale con l' approccio cliente , di sicuro non ci ritornerò.
