16/07/2025: Abbiamo scelto questo locale per un apericena tra amiche. L’apericena prevede un ricco buffet libero ed una bibita al costo complessivo di 15€ a persona. Bella la location e piacevole la musica ma il servizio è stato imbarazzante. Premetto che una persona pur non partecipando all’apericena ed ordinando una semplice acqua tonica ha dovuto pagare l’intera quota di 15€ nonostante avessimo prontamente segnalato che la stessa non intendeva partecipare al buffet. Ma il peggio è venuto dopo!!! All’arrivo delle bibite si è presentato prontamente il cameriere per la raccolta delle quote. Abbiamo provveduto al pagamento anticipato chi con carta chi in contanti, ma, dopo qualche minuto, si è ripresentato lo stesso cameriere dicendo che gli mancava una quota pur ammettendo che avevamo pagato tutte. Gli abbiamo anche mostrato le ricevute di pagamento delle nostre rispettive carte ma non è servito a nulla e poco dopo si è presentata la responsabile del locale accusandoci in pubblico di non aver completamente saldato il conto ed invitandoci ancora una volta al pagamento. Le abbiamo spiegato che avevamo pagato e che avevamo prova dei pagamenti effettuati e la cosa è finita lì. La situazione è stata però veramente imbarazzante anche in considerazione del fatto che siamo state accusate pubblicamente ingiustamente ed immotivatamente di non aver saldato il conto. Ultima notazione un capello ritrovato nel mio cocktail ma non l’ho fatto presente perché volevo evitare ulteriori imbarazzi. Doveva essere una piacevole serata tra amiche, gente per bene e professioniste ma l’approccio con la clientela ha lasciato a desiderare.

23/05/2025: PESSIMI. Dopo 30 minuti di attesa, non siamo stati completamente considerati, nemmeno per l’ordine, avendo visto che servivano tavoli dopo di noi, abbiamo preso e ci siamo alzati. Sconsiglio vivamente.

13/08/2025: When I go back on vacation, I eat ice cream every day. And I think I'm capable of giving an honest opinion. Today I found myself at the Metropolis shopping center in Rende/Cosenza, specifically at C House. I ordered two medium cups and a brioche with gelato, all three with cream. The gelato was good overall, although not comparable to the artisanal one made in Jacurso (CZ), for example. I would have even accepted the price (€3.50 for the medium cups and €4 for the brioche). But I found it ridiculous, almost insulting, to have paid €0.90 for the additional cream for three—just a smear of cream on the gelato, so to speak. I asked the person at the cashier, Raffaella, if this was the amount I paid €2.70 for. Her response: "Does that seem small to you?" I'm posting the photos and leaving it up to my followers to decide for themselves. I preferred to avoid unnecessary discussions. Referring to other cities in the same region (to name a few: Reggio Calabria, Catanzaro, Pizzo, Tropea, Lamezia) and my previous reviews, I can say that many ice cream shops don't charge extra for cream, and the few others don't charge more than €0.30. But it's at least triple the price of the one I had here today. And definitely better, too.

13/08/2025: Today we went to the C HOUSE COFFEE SHOP and were fortunate enough to be served by Nicola: kindness and attention to detail. He served me a perfect lobster, crispy and creamy just right, while he made two impeccable coffees for my mother and aunt. The nicest touch? My mother had a caffè macchiato with a heart... a simple gesture that makes you feel special. A welcoming atmosphere, excellent products, and a service that makes you want to come back. Bravo Nicola! 👏

22/03/2025: Prodotti freschissimi, ottima qualità e il personale è gentilissimo!!! La prima volta ad aver finito tutta la pizza!!!

06/05/2025: Ultima breve sosta in questo bar prima di uscire dal centro commerciale. Scelta poco felice, caffè pessimo e personale molto poco amichevole.
