31/08/2024: Every year, when we go on holiday to Soverato, Master Pasta is our point of reference. All the dishes are delicious, the first courses prepared with fresh pasta made by them and deliciously seasoned, the second courses and sandwiches excellent! The owner and everything the staff are kind, helpful and always ready to satisfy every customer request! I recommend it to everyone!

20/08/2024: The place is cosy, simple but above all clean. The food was exceptionally fresh, tasty, mostly home made and the service was just great. The delicious red house wine produced by Luciano was. We fully enjoyed the place. The hosts ( Husband and wife, Luciano and Teresa) were very friendly as well as welcoming. I cannot recommend enough this place for the quality of the food served, the great service and the welcoming. We will be back for sure.
30/07/2024: I stopped at this restaurant during my cycle route through the parks of Calabria. The owners welcomed me as if I were their daughter, giving me to eat and drink what I wanted. I was very hot and tired and just wanted water and fruit and that was it. I felt at home because they pampered me and it was unique to listen to stories of their lives. A wonderful place surrounded by greenery. I will forever keep this unique moment for myself. I highly recommend to everyone!!!

31/08/2024: Very nice place, very kind owner. Delicious and well presented dishes. All accompanied by a Calabrian white wine served at the right temperature. The cuttlefish ink focaccia with shrimp tartare and stracciatella (homemade focaccia by the owner) is special.

14/09/2024: Nell’ambito del fine-dining calabrese, un posto in prima fila è sicuramente riservato a chef Luigi Lepore. La stella Michelin ne è specchio. Nel centro storico di Lamezia Terme (Nicastro), in un edificio storico, il ristorante è molto curato, suggestivo, con pochi tavoli (7). La sala è gestita dalla sorella dello chef, Stefania, attenta a ogni esigenza degli ospiti e sempre sorridente. Lo chef propone tre menù degustazione di 5, 7 o 9 portate. La carta dei vini è piccola, discreta, con delle chicche e, caso più unico che raro, è stampata con caratteri color seppia (e non nero) ed è rilegata a filo con cucitura fatta a mano (plus!). Pranzo domenicale. Siamo stati accolti con un bon-bon al Campari per poi passare agli appetizer: buonissimi! Abbiamo apprezzato l’uso di ingredienti che riflettono la continua ricerca dello chef sui prodotti tipici calabresi e la riproposta di alcuni sapori ormai persi. In un percorso, ideato dallo chef, con alla base la carne, chef Lepore ci ha prima “resettato” il palato con un fresco sorbetto al cetriolo e poi ci ha servito una quaglia imbottita con funghi dalla preparazione magistrale: carne morbida e succulenta, con una deliziosa pelle laccata. Ad accompagnare il tutto, anche per chi avesse voluto fare la “scarpetta” della salsa di accompagnamento, una buonissima focaccia con un’idratazione che, azzardo, era al 90% (plus!). È seguito un ottimo risotto con la camomilla e, come plat ci è poi stata servita una magnifica bavetta alle ciliegie: grande tecnica dello chef … non è un taglio di carne facile da cucinare e interpretare (plus!). Ad accompagnare il tutto dei gustosissimi grissini, del pane integrale e del golosissimo burro affumicato. Predessert alle fragole (a settembre … sic!) e poi un dessert apparentemente semplice (le solite quenelles …) ma che, invece, ci ha sorpreso per l’aromaticità e il gusto che si è sviluppato in bocca. Gelato all’albicocca e alla vaniglia con albicocca, croccante alla frutta secca e sfoglia croccante allo zucchero di canna: complimenti! Petit four in linea con quanto detto per gli appetizer: buonissimi! Caffè, da torrefazione artigianale, offerto e conto al di sotto della media degli stellati (plus!). Da andarci e poi ritornarci. Ad maiora!

An excellent, fast service, very friendly, kind and helpful staff who empathize with the customers in a sober and at the same time professional way. A choice of sandwiches that can be made with different types of bread and hamburgers, with very tasty ingredients and combinations, including typical smoked provola, Tropea onion and Nduja, above all the typical Calabrian product is proposed. The sandwich I got with hamburger and Tropea onions among the ingredients was excellent and very substantial, including the side of excellent French fries in their skins. There is the possibility of taking away the remaining meal, which is also synonymous with attention to the customer, economical price for high quality.

29/08/2024: It is an initiative that is difficult to criticize. Willing, courageous and innovative kids who proposed a splendid idea in a difficult context. We can discuss pizza which perhaps does not perfectly reflect the idea of ​​pizza to which we have always been accustomed. I like it, for example, but I would prefer other doughs, other flours, other ingredients. But there is no doubt that the desire to enhance local products, a lightly processed, pure and authentic grain in addition to the countless Calabrian ingredients, cannot fail to be appreciated. Wonderful location, small but comfortable structure, in the middle of the countryside of San Floro, in the midst of greenery, in nature, design that recalls the old agricultural traditions of the past with an addition (just enough and which doesn't hurt) of " new". Healthy and genuine food. And, above all, authentic. We need to see it from another point of view. Not the quantity, but the quality and authenticity of the materials offered. At Mulinum, personally speaking, you marry and share a project, made of innovation, respect for traditions and the valorization of local products in a suggestive environment and location. Given what has been said, I can only congratulate the initiative, which is now consolidated and established. Only appreciation and praise. Ps: I recommend going especially during Spring and/or Summer to be able to eat outdoors, among the hay bales/benches, in the large lawn at the back.

The set menu changes every day depending on what's available and for us it was fish. 5 delicious courses with a lovely bottle of white. Great service and excellent value at just over 100 Euros for two.

21/11/2024: Per lavoro spesso scelgo questo locale non distante dall'aeroporto. Materia prima ben trattata dall chef. Primi di pesce spaziali con anche proposte giornaliere fuori menù. Antipasto calabrese da provare sempre e anche sui secondi di pesce vasta scelta (frittura mista Top). Ottima carta dei vini e personale accogliente cosa che non guasta mai. Da tornarci sempre .
