16/12/2024: I spent ten wonderful days in the La Valle dell'Aspide refreshment bar. The experience was truly unforgettable. The walks in the surrounding woods were regenerating and allowed me to immerse myself in nature. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to meet new and interesting people, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Special thanks go to the owners, Teresa and Luciano, for their hospitality and kindness. They made my stay very special with their attention to detail and helpfulness. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature. Oh I forgot, the wood stove is spectacular!!

Immerso nella natura autunnale con la sua tranquillità,un locale veramente unico. E che dire del cibo mangiare con gusto grazie alla cucina tipica calabrese casareccia, dall antipasto ai primi secondi finendo con dolce caffè e amaro. siamo stati tutti bene comitiva composta da 22 persone bimbi compresi. da ripetere in futuro. un abbraccio a presto

01/12/2024: I had an excellent culinary experience which allowed me to experience and see the ingredients of Calabria valorised in the "origini" tasting menu. It is beautiful how the traditional tastes to which we are affectionately linked thanks to childhood memories become technique and art. This is how from the poor taste (of Calabrian poverty, of the peasants) we move on to the luxurious taste (rich in aromas, mixtures and refinement). Top service. If I really have to make a comment, the restaurant decor is really minimal, a little cold for me.

22/10/2024: A welcoming place, a small, practical sandwich pub, near the central station. An excellent, fast service, very friendly, kind and helpful staff who empathize with the customers in a sober and at the same time professional way. A choice of sandwiches that can be made with different types of bread and hamburgers, with very tasty ingredients and combinations, including typical smoked provola, Tropea onion and Nduja, above all the typical Calabrian product is proposed. The sandwich I got with hamburger and Tropea onions among the ingredients was excellent and very substantial, including the side of excellent French fries in their skins. There is the possibility of taking away the remaining meal, which is also synonymous with attention to the customer, economical price for high quality.

09/12/2024: One day we passed by by chance without knowing and it was the big surprise. Excellent homemade pasta, always the best service and best price. The sauces that accompany the pasta are very good. Now whenever we go to Soverato it is a must stop.

07/12/2024: nice atmosphere, pleasant good music and large outdoor area make this place a suitable place for a good dinner or lunch with friends. good choice of first courses, sandwiches, few second courses and very few side dishes, apart from the chips and salad, nothing else. friendly staff goes out of their way to help you. Let's get to the less good things. first the ordering system via app. it doesn't work, or rather... we had to repeat the order 3 times, exit the app and try again, order individually... then cancel and start again. how beautiful and fast the old notepad was... we missed it. also because we lost 5 10 minutes for no reason. the first courses arrive immediately, the pasta is fresh, but overcooked, very soft. the sauces seem similar, they are very sweet and overall decent, generous portions, don't expect a gourmet restaurant, but not even a down to earth trattoria. fried so-so, second courses passable too bad the little choice but being a purely pasta place it can fit. also sweet and bitter Good availability of beers and wine.

The set menu changes every day depending on what's available and for us it was fish. 5 delicious courses with a lovely bottle of white. Great service and excellent value at just over 100 Euros for two.
