19/08/2024: We went for lunch on August 15th, with a regular reservation.
Certainly courteous, but the menu was inadequate and very limited considering the date.
It can be considered just a point of support, along the way, in case of need.
07/08/2024: We stopped in this place for lunch on our way back from Calabria to Campania, it is located a few minutes from the motorway exit going up towards the mountain, the place is very quiet and spacious, internal and external room, and above all clean, the food excellent, in 2 of us took a plate of cured meats which was plentiful and of excellent quality, as first courses fusilli speck and porcini mushrooms and Sorrento style gnocchi, and finally sweet ricotta and pear, all delicious, recommended!

Returning to the Piccolino is like opening a window into the past and letting even little smartphone users experience the genuine environments of the past.
17/08/2024: NEVER AGAIN! we were here for the second time as a group, impressed by the first time! Inadequate value for money! We ate half as much and spent double! And we didn't even choose what to eat! I'm sorry to say but I will no longer recommend it as I previously did

14/07/2024: Ambiente da vetrina di paese per eventi e per visibilità locale.Accoglienza sufficiente al limite dell'infastidito non appena capiscono che non sei del circondario.Personale costretto in divisa formale ma almeno due dei cinque con colletto camicia sbottonato e cravatta allentata .Distratti nei fondamentali ma ,all'occorrenza,posso dettagliare.Maitre glaciale e inesistente.Qualita'normale per il pesce.Cucina lucana tipica solo accennata.Anguria servita con la buccia(imperdonabile).Cantina al minimo e raccontata a voce con qualche incertezza.Prezzi giusti.Da dimenticare.

14/08/2024: Bar regularly open with tobacconists inside and they refuse to sell me cigarettes, even if I am an adult. They say it's closed. Not at all courteous and super rude.

29/03/2024: I made a 40 km detour to have lunch in this place which looked open but I found it closed and it seems to be in a state of abandonment... I put a star because otherwise I couldn't post this comment but this behavior is definitely not professional... .. I don't see the closing day anywhere.... no indication if it has gone out of business..... NO COMMENT

per un momento di assoluto relax. Emilio è un perfetto padrone di casa con un accogliente sorriso insieme a Sara e a Emilio junior.
Il pasto è assolutamente delizioso grazie allo chef Nicola rapporto qualità prezzo direi eccellente.

Pleasant food, very honest prices and always courteous staff in a quiet, air-conditioned environment.
Furthermore, the lunch break is always accompanied by refueling at more advantageous prices than on the motorway.
See you in 2 days! 😊
13/07/2024: In addition to the terrible quality of the products, terrible service and rudeness of the staff, they tell me that the side dish is included in the second course, in fact it is put on the same plate, but at the checkout they make me pay for it, saying that the side dish is separate, I point this out and confirm from the girl who served me what I had been told but the cashier impassive and rudely did not compromise. I would have appreciated perhaps an apology for the mix-up which I would certainly have accepted.
Not recommended, spend a few euros more in other places nearby.
I am honest in replying to the management that I did not complain about the price, in fact I added that with a few euros more I would recommend other places nearby, finally I certainly don't need the alms of 2 euros but I repeat that I would have appreciated more education which seems to be lacking also in the direction

21/08/2023: È il secondo anno che mangiamo in questo ristorante e la recensione è sempre uguale... Ad un anno di distanza posso solo dire che si mangia benissimo!!!
