23/04/2026: Chic little spot on the outskirts of Alba Adriatica.
Tables are available inside, on the terrace, or on the veranda. Impeccable service and excellent cuisine. The menu offers a seafood tasting featuring cod and a meat tasting. We had a seafood tasting appetizer with three cod courses, all original combinations, and to top it all off, a superb cod cappuccino. The first courses were excellent, including the gluten-free pacchero: the pasta was cooked perfectly. The chef and wait staff are top-notch, passionate about their work and customer service.
A highly recommended culinary experience.

20/05/2026: As a chef, I rarely give such heartfelt compliments, but tonight I was truly satisfied. The service was attentive, professional, and never intrusive, with kind and genuine staff who made you feel welcome.
The dishes were thoughtful, flavorful, and well-executed, revealing passion and attention to detail. My sincere compliments to the entire staff, both in the dining room and kitchen. I will gladly return.

03/05/2026: Very nice place, with very good meat. We had the Florentine steak and enjoyed it completely. The quality of the meat was excellent. The menu also includes first courses and other main courses like burgers and cutlets.
Definitely worth a try.

02/06/2026: Dinner with a group of friends. Large and crowded place. We had appetizers and arrosticini (both traditional and handmade...in the end, the traditional ones are better, but it's a matter of taste).
The steaks were also worth trying, they were truly inspiring. Next time.
30/05/2026: We had dinner this evening. There were four of us, and we ordered pizzondelle with ham, chips, and fried cheese. 1 sliced steak shared between two of us, and 30 normal and 10 liver arrosticini. 1 carafe of ichnusa, half a liter of house wine, water, and a bottle of Coke. 1 coffee and 1 sorbet.
The fried appetizers were decidedly heavy and sickening.
The sliced steak was good.
The arrosticini seemed boiled and lacking in salt.
The liver arrosticini were burnt.
We spent €158 for four of us, for a decidedly bad meal—I'd even say too much.
Even though we sent the arrosticini back, no one asked us if everything was okay or how we'd spent the evening.
Furthermore, we waited a long time and didn't experience even the slightest bit of friendliness from the staff.
Absolutely not recommended.

02/05/2026: An exceptional discovery, incredibly fresh fish and a fantastic bill.
The deliciousness of the dishes is also due to the fact that you have to wait between courses because the ingredients aren't pre-cooked; everything is extremely fresh and cooked to order.
Definitely worth repeating.
23/12/2025: A very nice place that is entirely outdoors, the owner is always very kind and recommends what to eat, but everything you order is delicious with generous portions and reasonable prices.

03/01/2026: The tasting menu is highly recommended. Fresh fish, local olive oil, and excellent local house wine. The staff is extremely kind and attentive. We treat ourselves to this treat twice a year (winter/summer).

The director and all the staff 🔝
12/11/2025: I stayed with my family the last week of August. What can I say? The common areas, reception, dining room, and pool are very beautiful and well-kept. The pool is large, clean, and even has a whirlpool area. All the staff are very kind and helpful. The food and breakfast are excellent; once a week they also organize an Abruzzo evening with lots of arrosticini (a typical Italian dish) and unlimited beer. The room we had, although a little dated, was spacious. The bathroom was large and renovated, and from the balcony, you can see the sea. It's a family hotel, so there are a lot of children. Let's just say the elevator is the only downside, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars. It's old, small, incredibly slow, and always busy. We had a room on the fourth floor and almost always had to climb stairs, so I recommend anyone with small children or elderly people who can't climb that many stairs to ask for a room on a lower floor. I heard from the staff that they'd already requested a change to the elevator, but due to—I don't know—some issues, they haven't yet received authorization. It's a shame because, in my opinion, this somewhat detracts from the peace and quiet of the stay, at least for me. However, for those who don't mind going up and down stairs several times a day, I recommend it.
