05/01/2026: I recommend performing regular maintenance on the devices, since reading online reviews, the problem isn't recent. I recommend a different approach to customer service. It's a shame, because I had fond memories of the previous location at Arca. I don't recommend it.

03/01/2026: I've been to this laser tag club before and always had a great time, which is why I was particularly disappointed with this latest experience. We weren't allowed to play in teams because we had an odd number of players, something that wasn't specified anywhere and which we'd done in the past without any problems; in the end, my cousin gave up. Furthermore, two of the eight bibs didn't work properly, distorting the scores and the game and rendering the game meaningless. To make matters worse, there was no one outside the arena to provide assistance: when we went out to report the problem, we found no one, and we wasted even more time. The game itself is very fun, but these problems left a bad taste in our mouths. I hope this report can help improve the service and bring it back to the level of quality I've known in the past.

10/01/2026: Simple, traditional cuisine in a rustic yet authentic setting. A must-try: la mugnaia. The ricotta ravioli with tomato sauce are also excellent.

30/12/2025: I've been coming here with my family for years, and it's always a guaranteed success. The food is excellent and plentiful. The service is a blend of kindness, professionalism, and friendliness. This year, the Christmas decorations added that extra touch. See you next time!
