Maria della Tomba. Menu with quality Abruzzo dishes, extensive wine list. House dessert. An excellent stop in Sulmona.

14/06/2025: The table was not cleaned before seating us, they just removed the plates and cutlery; I had to send the cheese and egg balls back to the "chef" as they were cold from the fridge in some places; the pinsa was a pre-cooked base with a little mozzarella on top and thick chunks of courgettes etc., all without a hint of salt; the hamburger was made with kebab-style bread: huge with overcooked meat positioned at the top left and tomato at the bottom right, all inedible; chips without salt and soft. Incompetent staff.
