14/02/2026: Crowded and noisy place, with double shifts. It feels rushed while eating.
In short, not exactly a place where you expect to spend a lot of money if you eat meat.
They have a good selection of meats, for God's sake, I won't deny it.
But these days everyone has dry-aged meats, just like many have Prussian heifers and other trendy fare. However, they charge more than average.
If you're a man of average build, have a good appetite, and want to eat meat with a couple of glasses of wine, forget about staying under €80-90.
31/01/2026: Good pizza, nothing to complain about. Terrible service: total disorganization, endless waits, and little customer service. The experience was ruined by the service.

02/03/2026: Great experience, a family-friendly place... in the sense that you feel right at home!! Both for the authentic, home-cooked food and the courtesy and friendliness of the staff.
We celebrated a birthday for lunch, and everything was delicious... if you're a big fan, you won't be disappointed, not even by the portions!! A special mention for the vegetarian/vegan options... I haven't seen much attention to this type of customer elsewhere (me)... I had a huge appetizer, two first courses, and a second course... so a full vegetarian menu!!!
I would recommend anyone to stop by and try it... I'll definitely be back!

29/03/2026: My 18th birthday party (March 28, 2026) went according to plan. The staff were incredibly friendly, the atmosphere was fantastic, and even though there were other parties there, there was still room to eat. The entertainment was magnificent, the staff were incredibly dedicated, and the service was excellent, with no delays. It was a great place to celebrate an 18th birthday or any other important event. I hope to return.

15/03/2026: Reading negative reviews, along with their reasons, well, it makes me smile wryly, not to say painfully... I've been there about three times, and none of the negative things they've written have ever occurred to me, nor to anyone else I've ever met.
The pizza is nothing short of fabulous, the prices are average, the service is warm, and the place is tidy and clean. Eating your pizzas there is sublime, surrounded by an intimate and welcoming atmosphere... From my point of view, there's excellent work underneath (you can really feel the 72-hour leavening process), done by capable and competent people... top pizza chef.

11/03/2026: A historic establishment, but one that has been severely neglected by its owners. The pastries are poor and subpar, including a factory-made bomb, and the coffee costs €3.30. There's no added value to justify the price, considering the decor and professionalism. A shame, in the center of Chieti.
08/03/2026: What can I say? We had a wonderful evening at this venue, celebrating a 40th birthday, with a delicious aperitif and dinner, and an impeccable DJ. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommended, a well-deserved 5 stars. Thanks again!

31/05/2025: Have you ever been to a circle of hell shaped like a potato chip stand? No? Then go here, and you will have the full experience: an hour and a half of waiting for soggy, sad and greasy chips like the conscience of those who serve them.
An unworthy thing. But the icing on the rancid cake was the “kind” girl at the counter – she answered us with such arrogance that it made us doubt whether we were there to buy something, and not to ask for a kidney.
Smiles? Courtesy? Professionalism? None of the above. Just acid, rudeness and an inflated ego.
Avoid like the plague.

29/12/2025: 5-star food, pizza chef Franco is a guarantee. I give the pizza a 10.
5-star service, impeccable waitresses, attentive to what was happening in the dining room and ready to answer any request very quickly.
5-star atmosphere, but that's nothing new because Ristofficina is a great place to be whether you're alone, as a couple, for a business dinner, or with children in tow. The price is very fair. After a day at work, we at ELETTRO wanted to eat something good, and in a welcoming place, we had a great time at Ristofficina. Thank you all. Highly recommended.
17/12/2025: Very poor service, cold food, then at the end a member of staff went berserk with colleagues in the presence of families with children, depressing!
