24/08/2024: Volevo segnalare la poca professionalità del ristorante, siamo residenti a Montelapiano CH 5 km sopra Villa S.Maria, abbiamo fatto una telefonata verso le 17 se era possibile fare 4 pizze a portar via, la risposta è stata affermativa dicendo che dovevamo andare alle 19.30 a ritirarle, siamo andati all’ora stabilita e ci siamo sentiti dire che l’impasto era finito e non potevano fare le pizze che avevamo richiesto, alle 19.30 era finito l’ impasto capitooooo. Siamo andati via senza cena per la scorrettezza della cucina di questo Hotel di Villa S.Maria. Attenzione quindi alle persone che gestiscono la cucina di questo Hotel.

04/05/2025: Ottimo ristorante, personale cordiale e pesce fresco, consiglio vivamente di fermarvi in questo ristorante molto curato con una buona cucina e prezzi onesti. Unico consiglio che darei, di rivedere l’antipasto caldo per il pesce un po secco e di non condire troppo i carpacci per non rischiare di coprire il sapore del pesce fresco. Paste, secondi e dolci fantastici.

22/02/2025: Indirizzati da un conoscente della zona, abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante. Accoglienza e gentilezza di prim'ordine. Materia prima di grande qualità preparata con grande cura dei dettagli. Davvero ottimo e sorprendentemente a buon prezzo. Consigliatissimo!

22/08/2025: A place to forget, poor amenities, no hot water, no assistance. Of the six rooms, we were the only ones there, with no one... and I mean no one. Not even the staff. We were left to our own devices. The rooms were barely decent. At night, the chalet didn't even have a lock on the front doors... anyone could have entered.

22/05/2025: Buona spremuta, servizio veloce e operatore molto gentile e scherzoso. Spesso negli autogrill si è "dei numeri" vista la calca di persone che frequentano queste strutture. Qui non mi è successo.

09/05/2025: Autogrill mal organizzato, sporco e cassieri maleducati. Per non parlare dei bagni e della la loro puzza. Non ci tornerò mai più.

03/04/2026: Terrible service. We ordered a bag of fries, and they told us we'd wait 5-6 minutes, but 45 minutes passed. Then I asked the girl, who, not satisfied, told us to "wait another minute," and a few more minutes passed... so we decided to leave without getting them.

24/03/2026: We arrived and lined up like everyone else, but shortly afterward, a gentleman who apparently knew someone on the staff arrived and skipped the line and was served without any problem. Meanwhile, a second employee approached the counter and could have served us while we were waiting, but the same gentleman took advantage of the situation by ordering more items from himself, further slowing down the service. I think the staff should pay more attention to these situations, especially considering the customer's behavior was obvious. Furthermore, when we reported the incident, one of the staff members responded rather rudely, further worsening the experience. An incident like this certainly leaves a bad impression, both due to the way the line was managed and the unprofessional attitude of the staff.

08/02/2026: I just went to this pastry shop to buy a tray of six pastries. The sales assistant asked me if I wanted to top up the price to €10 with two small pastries, and I agreed. In the fridge, I also saw some small, packaged gluten-free tiramisu, and since I'm celiac, I also ordered one of these mini portions. I went to the register and the bill rose to €17. €7 for a packaged single-portion tiramisu is a rip-off! Taking advantage of people with these issues is shameful! This tiramisu served in a restaurant costs no more than €4. I will never set foot in this place again!
