24/03/2024: Nice place and I can't say I ate badly but if I go out to dinner at a restaurant I would like to sit comfortably not on some kind of backless puff!!! Prices are medium-high and the position is on the put with obvious parking difficulties.

17/03/2024: Mediocre food that certainly doesn't stand out from the average except for the excessively high prices. €13 for a tartare that had 40 grams of tuna and 60 grams of rice... which shouldn't be in a tartare. Paper placemat and napkin, disposable wooden chopsticks, greasy and crumpled menus certainly do not improve the location. The service was shameful, dishes ordered by different diners were brought in bulk on a single tray, one diner waited 20 minutes for his first order while the others were already halfway through dinner, he asked the waiters several times for information on the order who promptly disappeared without ever no longer reappear... after half an hour of waiting at the end of dinner we still had empty plates on the table. We got up without ordering any other dishes, much less dessert. Having made these observations at the checkout we were given a half-hearted apology and a large discount of ZERO euros. Personally I won't go back there again.

03/04/2024: I don't know how much the increase in food prices has affected the economy of this restaurant but I think a 5X1000 style fundraiser is necessary given that rice, udon and chicken arrive completely unpackaged (with the exception of the liters of seed oil on which they evidently earn commissions ) €30 (all you can eat excluding covered drinks and dessert service) I think could be spent in better ways. Ps. Small dogs not allowed inside the restaurant (judging by the smell only in the kitchen)

28/03/2024: I had dinner last night with friends and I must say that it fully deserves the 5 stars. Excellent quality food, right portions, kind and helpful service, in particular I think the owner is excellent... Congratulations to all the staff

31/03/2024: It wasn't bad. Only major bonus is that they have eel. But I ordered beef ramen and got pork. Service wasn't to bad. But have been to better sushi restaurants. What upset my husband was the scam. Our meal was $52, but they charged us $65. We were with other people, so we didn't challenge it. The restaurant is ok. Over all not bad.

14/02/2024: I waited 45 minutes for a miso soup and the quality of the fish was not as it was at the beginning of the opening I would not recommend it anymore I am sorry but it was not worth it I could rather go to an all you can it Sushi where the quality is better at least I do not have to wait that long…

21/03/2024: Ruined evening. My partner and I decided to spend an evening out of the ordinary, aiming for something nice and consciously a little more expensive than usual. We booked for 9.00pm because there was no availability before, but in any case when we arrived at around 8.50pm we found several free tables. We were greeted in a rather cold and inhospitable way by a well-dressed oriental lady who showed us a table in a corner, as we had requested since we had our little dog with us. We sat at the table and waited for them to come and take our order and unfortunately we were served before the gentlemen at the table next to us who arrived about ten minutes after us. When our turn arrived, the lady who had previously welcomed us took the order hastily and, looking at us as if we had just left a stable, without even letting me finish completing the order, she went back behind the counter. After a while a small bowl of edamame offered by them, water and wine arrived. Next came the starters and...that was it. After almost an hour of waiting we got bored and decided to leave feeling cheated. After going to the cashier and waiting a few more minutes before being taken into consideration, I complained about the delay and refused the owner's invitation to wait any longer for the preparation of the missing dishes. I asked for them to be canceled from the bill and I left, reluctantly leaving 60 €. Once I left the place I realized that I wasn't even given the receipt but only the one from the POS. The evening ended with a lot of anger and a stop at Mc Drive so as not to go to bed hungry. I will absolutely not return to this restaurant even though the food was overall good, based on what little we were able to taste.

10/03/2024: Wide selection of Asian food of different origins along with a diverse list of sushi and rolls. Affordable prices for a location that is so close to the tourist area (€13 for a bowl of ramen & €3 for a cup of hot matcha tea). Spacious space. The attitude of the servers, on the other hand, was off-putting. It's like they don't want to work.

The two rooms available are both very beautiful and the attention to detail in the layout contributes to creating an inviting atmosphere. A particularly appreciable aspect is the distance between the tables, which guarantees a peaceful meal experience without the fear of feeling suffocated or too close to other people. The restaurant is well air-conditioned, maintaining a comfortable internal temperature for the entire duration of the dinner. Although the place appears clean, the only flaw found concerns the physical menus, which were slightly sticky. However, this small problem can be easily circumvented thanks to the availability of a QR code to consult the menu digitally. The menu offers a notable variety of dishes, ranging from Japanese to Chinese cuisine, making the restaurant an excellent choice for both sushi lovers and those who prefer other Asian specialities. This diversity in the menu, together with the versatile atmosphere of the restaurant, makes it suitable for various occasions: from romantic dinners to informal meetings or evenings with friends. However, some aspects of the service need improvement. The interior lighting, for example, was perceived as excessively low, potentially a stylistic choice that, personally, I found unpleasant. Additionally, order management issues were encountered, with some dishes being delivered incorrectly, duplicated or never arriving. Even the timeliness in collecting used plates from the table left something to be desired, sometimes creating a sense of disorder during the meal. The staff, despite the misunderstandings, proved to be very friendly, trying to compensate for the shortcomings in the service with kindness and helpfulness. The price of the meal is average, making the restaurant accessible without being excessively expensive. Also noteworthy is the welcome reserved for animals, a detail that will certainly be appreciated by guests who wish to bring their four-legged friends with them. In conclusion, the Sushimi Restaurant in Montegrotto Terme offers an overall good gastronomic experience, with strong points represented by the refined aesthetics of the restaurant and the variety of the menu. However, to achieve an excellent level of service, it would be advisable to solve the problems related to managing orders and cleaning physical menus, as well as reconsidering internal lighting to make the environment even more welcoming.

29/12/2023: The hotel is excellent, exceptional staff especially at at the breakfast. The restaurant Cuori has a very arrogant older man serving dinner. The guide who showed us the villas is very knowledgeable yet stingy and not flexible at all. To sum up I would strongly recommend the hotel.

04/04/2024: I thought it was only Japanese cuisine but instead I found a large amount of Asian dishes. Good quality and great service. I appreciate ordering with an iPad which in this type of restaurant helps speed up service. I recommend it for the variety, quality and quantity.

12/03/2024: Nice relaxing and elegant environment to eat with the consolidated "eat all you can eat" formula that many Chinese and pseudo-Japanese restaurants offer. It is advisable to look carefully at what is and is not included in the formula, which is abundant and rich. Using the tablets, present on each table, you can consult the quantities, types of dishes, ingredients, allergenic contents, extra costs not included, etc. The dishes are tasty, there is no shortage of sushi, the soups are tasty and very welcome especially on cold days; the different teas are also recommended. Of course there is no shortage of drinks and there are also high quality wines. My gratitude goes to the dynamic young staff, always ready to move and collect the empty dishes and kind in offering you any information.
