As soon as you open the entrance door, you are surrounded by refined and persuasive music (chill-out & lounge oriented) that caresses you, gently, and envelops you for the entire duration of the evening. The lights, always soft and warm, make the minimal-oriental environment absolutely pleasant. The welcome, polite and very friendly, by Paolo and Alice, immediately puts anyone at ease. As soon as you enter, you immediately glimpse the confident and professional figure of chef Pierangelo Sartor at the console; a few words of introduction and the journey towards Saturn begins, without hesitation, without hesitation: one surprise follows another, with strokes of genius, unexpected and very welcome. The chef studies, researches, experiments, tests, after more than ten years he continues to amaze, continues to surprise, the wait for the next dish turns into trepidation, followed by a total joy of the eyes and the palate. 15/01/2024: YU, sushi & crudo (e non solo) da più di una decade segna la via delle migliori degustazioni, in questo ambito, per gli specialisti del settore. non appena si apre la porta, d'ingresso, si viene avvolti da una musica ricercata e suadente, (chill-out & lounge oriented) che ti accarezza, dolcemente, e ti avvolge per l'intera durata della serata. le luci, sempre soffuse e calde, rendono l'ambiente minimal-oriental di assoluto gradimento. l'accoglienza, garbata e molto friendly, targata Paolo Sartor e Alice Guerrieri, mette subito a proprio agio chiunque. appena entrati, si intravvede, immediatamente, alla consolle la figura, sicura e professionale, dello chef Pierangelo Sartor; poche parole di presentazione ed il viaggio verso Saturno inizia, senza indugi, senza esitazioni: una sorpresa segue l'altra, con dei colpi di genialità, inaspettati e graditissimi lo chef studia, ricerca, sperimenta, collauda, dopo più di dieci anni continua a stupirci, continua a sorprenderci, l'attesa, per il piatto successivo, si trasforma in trepidazione, seguita da una gioia totale degli occhi e del palato. la caratteristica vincente sia delle entrée. sia di tutti gli altri piatti, è la seguente: non si riesce a terminare un assaggio, che subito si vorrebbe poterlo ripetere (ogni cena diventa come un esame, riuscito col massimo de voti, che vorresti sempre rifare) Cito solo due portate sopra categoria: -salmone fumante: ad oggi non ho mai assaggiato qualcosa di simile, qualcosa di così prezioso, indimenticabile (alzo l'asticella, sottolineando che mi manca quello di Frantzen a Stoccolma e quello di Salmon Eye in Norvegia) -sushi special: ogni boccone è oro, oro colato, il valore dell'oro è fuori discussione ogni boccone è un prezioso momento, veloce ma incancellabile ogni boccone è come un gioiello raro, destinato a brillare per alcuni istanti Alla fine viene servita la triglia, spettacolare; Rientra nell'area (...e non solo) si, perchè oltre al sushi & crudo ci sono anche altre solutions, sempre d'avanguardia e di enorme impatto gustativo. ...fare cose ordinarie in modo straordinario, con uno spiccato Human Touch.... (questo uno dei segreti vincenti di YU) Il menu della ns ultima visita Entreè Nori tacos ( alga nori, riso sushi e tartare spicy di tonno ) Isobeaghe polpetta giapponese ( alga nori con branzino all’ interno e fritta in tempura ) Cialda al nero di seppia con tartare di gamberi al lime Seppie , verdure croccanti , champonzu e caviale d’aringa affumicato Salmone fumante ( marinato nella rapa rossa , olio alle erbe e panna acida ) affumicato con menta Melissa ed erba cipollina Carpaccio di capasanta, sale nero di Cipro , fiori e germogli Zuppa di miso con gamberi, alghe wakame e tofu Sushi special ( astice crudo , foies-gras,scampi ,tonno con maionese al plancton) Triglia , pane aromatizzato, taccole e aria di mandorle Meringa e mango ( bavarese e gel al mango con meringa croccante)

01/04/2024: A portkey between Ponte Crencano and Japan. Delicious sushi, surreal atmosphere and incredible staff! I highly recommend it over all the "all u can eat" restaurants in the city!

05/01/2024: We ordered a glovo with 5 pokes, 4 medium and 1 large, upon delivery we realized that all of them were medium. We then called the restaurant that promptly resolved the problem, apologizing and also leaving us the wrong portion. Satisfied with the professionalism! Thank you

19/03/2024: Se siete alla ricerca di un'esperienza culinaria giapponese straordinaria, non cercate oltre! Inki è semplicemente eccezionale. Sono rimasta sbalordita dalla freschezza e dalla qualità del sushi qui. Ogni morso era una sinfonia di sapori delicati e freschi, con il pesce che si scioglieva in bocca. Il personale era cortese e attento, sempre pronto a suggerire piatti nuovi e a raccontare la storia dietro ogni preparazione. Consiglio vivamente di provare il loro sushi assortito, che offre una varietà di gusti. Inoltre, i roll di tempura erano semplicemente deliziosi, con una croccantezza perfetta e un interno morbido e gustoso. Per concludere, il Ristorante Sushi è un gioiello culinario che non deluderà le vostre aspettative. Non vedo l'ora di tornare per un'altra indimenticabile serata di sushi e sashimi di prima qualità!

27/03/2024: The sushi is good but I've eaten better here in Mogliano, the service is very slow and cumbersome but at least the food isn't bad, not very affordable but the 4 of us spent €180 otherwise everything else was fine

15/03/2024: Nice and intimate location with soft lights, at least where we were. Food quality not bad but dishes often cold. They got the deliveries wrong several times, bringing us double dishes. Overall it's not bad but there is definitely better, in my opinion.

26/04/2024: Personalmente un ottimo sushi con piatti ben fatti e diversi dal solito. Le porzioni sono abbondanti. Non è un sushi economico (per quello ci sono altri posti) ma qui trovate la qualità
