19/03/2025: Bad experience, we went on Valentine's Day at 8pm, the restaurant was so full that an hour and a quarter passed from ordering to the arrival of the first and only dish. We raised the issue with the waiters and owners, after two hours only four of the 20 dishes we had ordered had arrived and at that point some were brought to us but not all since others had gone to the wrong tables and therefore were already as if already sent. We stayed there until 11.30pm hoping something would arrive, having eaten half of what we ordered. Everyone complained about this and despite this, at the time of the bill we asked for a price reduction and from €61.80 the discount was €1.80 making us pay a total of €60 for two. For the rest I have always felt good (the review is based only on February 14th)

15/03/2025: Terrible experience. The sushi was bland and was obviously losing freshness. The fish tasted strange and the texture was mushy, a sign that it wasn't as fresh as it should be. The rice was too dry and not very tasty, without the right balance of acid and sweet. The service was slow and rude, and the environment was not welcoming at all. I tried to point out the problem to the waiter, but he showed no interest. Unfortunately, I will never return.

16/03/2025: 100 euros in 3 thrown away, no one to help you with the order, communication impossible for music at unsustainable volumes, to finish as well as dissatisfaction with everything above, the high bill I don't think I'll go back but I don't recommend it either

22/01/2025: The products are always the freshest. Great choice. A buffet for 25 euros is beyond praise, you can try all the variety. Someone wrote about food poisoning, complete nonsense. Fresher fish can only be found on a fishing boat😉. Absolute quality. Every year we enjoy excellent cuisine. The cooks are excellent, the girls from the service are very friendly, but they often forget the order, don’t hesitate to remind them, they do everything quickly at once👍 I read the reviews of a certain Victoria Bondar, looked at the history of her reviews...."madam" is always dissatisfied with everything, apparently, in life complete negativity and everyone did not please her in some way. A terrible position, it is very doubtful to trust her publications. For gourmets, visiting Italy and not visiting Ichiban is a huge omission. It is a pity that this restaurant chain is not represented in Austria.

16/01/2025: Very nice and well-kept place, food I must say for an all you can eat very good and fresh, a surprise I must say, I was with my wife and child and we were very satisfied with the experience, we will gladly return in the next holidays. A hug from Germany

11/03/2025: In a dated, large and distracting place, so much so as to be excessively noisy, there are many (too many) tables placed which are consequently arranged very close to each other and the pleasure of being at the table is affected. Unlike many emerging situations, the all you can eat proposal is still based on the "serve yourself" concept, which significantly increases the chaos in the restaurant and strongly affects the quality of what you take, given that the dishes are exposed to everyone before reaching your plate. The kitchen does not seem to be able to cope with "full" moments: tested on a Sunday for lunch, some dishes were raw or undercooked and the cleanliness of the counters/windows was affected. If you then look at the prices, these are in line with similar offers in the area but clearly high if you look at the quality of the place and the food. Final but most important note: is it possible that in 2025 such a place will not be equipped to guarantee access to people with disabilities? Between steps at the entrance, steps to access the toilets (the latter poorly signposted) and lack of specific equipment such as grab bars and so on, we are faced with a truly unacceptable situation. Not recommended.

20/02/2025: Zona centrale a circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Venezia, locale pulito e abbastanza grande al suo interno, menu vasto sia per quanto riguarda sushi che per quanto riguarda i piatti caldi. Personale davvero gentile e disponibile.

14/02/2025: Disappointing experience at this sushi restaurant. There were 4 of us, we arrived at 7.15pm and left at 9.15pm, but in two hours we only managed to eat 12 dishes. The wait was endless: an hour and a half just to receive the first 4 dishes. The terrible service: we asked the waitress for explanations, but she simply said that it was not her responsibility. Non-existent organization and total lack of attention to customers. We definitely won't be back.
