09/09/2025: The sushi is sublime, no complaints there. Quality obviously comes at a price, but if you want excellent sushi, you definitely won't be disappointed at Bonsai. I'd go back a thousand times; it's hands down the best sushi I've ever had.
08/09/2025: The extra charge for all kind of sauces like teriyaki and spicy mayo was not explicit and it was too expensive.
Each plate of sauce cost €1.
We also ordered 2 desserts she gave us 3 and said we are wrong, we all have only 2.
The food is good but the overall experience wasn't pleasant.

30/09/2025: After a few days in Italy you do get a bit bored of kids party food (pizza, pasta, ice cream). So Japan House was a blessed reprieve. Just outside the endless tourist trap that is Pescheria it was great. One price and order away at all your favourite pan Asian treats. Served hot fresh and tasty with very reasonably priced drinks includng my favourite ice cold Asahi. It was exactly what I needed. We finished off with little moons ice cream a Baileys and spirit. Well less than €90
16/09/2025: The restaurant is nice, but unfortunately the quality isn't the best. All the dishes are absolutely bland and flavorless, both the cooked dishes (we had ramen and ravioli) and the sushi.
Truly the most tasteless sushi I've ever had.

04/10/2025: Creative and fresh sushi, beautifully presented. Very reasonable prices, too. You'll have to ask the staff for the sushi menu, as they keep it inside the restaurant.

22/08/2025: Being used to eating at Noventa, I thought it would be of the same standard. Instead, I found the lunch menu to be very poor.
No sashimi available.
Only pork ravioli.
Some dishes, like the temaki, seemed like they were made yesterday; the seaweed was dried out.
A disappointment!

23/08/2025: Prices are way too high for the average-to-low quality food and the service is nonexistent. Cantonese rice drowned in oil. Fried chicken was petrified. We had to ask for soy sauce... and even chopsticks. It used to be a real Chinese restaurant, but now it seems to be more about an all-you-can-eat option... that's all.

16/10/2025: They make you wait a long time at the entrance because the cashier seats you at a table. If there's a long line to pay at the register, I have to wait for the line to end for the cashier to seat me at a table. They don't help me and say only the cashier can help. This has happened to me many times. I find it rude to make a customer wait at the entrance for five minutes. Other than that, the food is fresh and delicious.

The staff is always kind, smiling, and super helpful—a true strength of the place. 👏
The burgers are exceptional, tasty, and perfectly prepared. 🍔🔥

04/09/2025: A place unrecognizable in the space of a few months. It was a wonderful place where the food was good and the atmosphere was great, and I'd always recommended it. Now the food is a disgrace; instead of salmon tartare, they served pureed salmon, I couldn't believe it; the sashimi was an attack on my life, full of enormous bones.
Let's forget the service; half of our order arrived, and thank goodness, because we got up and left.
The place—not even a street food truck, just a few exterior windows covered with paper and tape.
It used to be a nice place.

Small and dated place
VERY slow service in 1 hour and a half ate about 15 dishes, which doesn't happen in other ayce places
I won't go back, there is a lot to improve
06/05/2025: I ordered both takeaway and table service and I am very satisfied:
Very kind staff and exquisite dishes: sushi, first courses, grilled fish... all delicious! For takeaways on some very busy evenings it was necessary to wait a little longer to receive the order, but it didn't affect the flavor of the dishes, which also stayed warm all the way home.

24/07/2025: Lack of approach to people... I stood waiting for an order for over 10 minutes, while there was no influx of people or orders, the service is below zero...

04/10/2025: I'll never go back. I wanted to give it a chance because Koi closed. I had a table reserved for 1:30 PM. When we arrived, we ordered, and the first courses arrived at 2:15 PM. I'm hungry and don't want to wait that long. The red-haired waitress needs to start treating customers better. She messed up an order and rudely blamed me, the customer, forcing me to eat something I hadn't ordered just because she misunderstood the number. (I recommend doing like Koi and getting tablets to order.) I kindly ask you to learn how to treat customers, and above all, to be humble and admit your mistake. Otherwise, I suggest you change jobs. Terrible experience. Thumbs up to all the other workers, but you need to be quicker with your service. I can't wait that long to eat. I have a life, and I won't waste it waiting for your dishes with very small portions. #koitipleaseopen #don'tgothere
28/09/2025: Average quality food, rude staff, and extra charges added to the receipt (which they only did because I asked for it, they try not to give you a receipt, and there is no attention or friendliness towards the customer). Highly not recommended!
