Ichiban Ramen In Treviso

I didn't really appreciate the food. I had cold ramen, and the chicken was tasteless. It's probably meant to be, but I didn't like it. A few smiles from the staff would make a difference, I think.

The ramen was delicious and the staff was attentive (they noticed I was struggling with the chopsticks and immediately brought me a fork), however, they spoke neither Japanese nor English.

I've been craving ramen for a while. A while ago, I happened to see a movie with that name, and it piqued my curiosity because it seemed like a dish with broth, tasty. So we went to this cute place—clean, tidy, and bright—with windows overlooking Piazza della Vittoria. I liked almost everything about the ramen, except for the chicken pieces, which perhaps weren't very flavorful since they were frozen. However, I did enjoy the broth, the noodles, and the eggs. Reservations are recommended, as they work shifts.

THIS IS ramen! Light, traditional. Far from those weird ramens at so many other chains, which focus on the colorful location and bring you ramen that's completely Italianized/mixed, like we've had terrible experiences at other places. ABSOLUTELY HERE, ALL MY LIFE! <3

We went for dinner. The ramen was good, but the side dishes could be improved. The decor is fabulous. At the end of the meal, they offered us a liqueur and a gift to finish. They were very kind to answer our questions. See you soon!

We've been to this ramen restaurant in Treviso several times and can say without a doubt that it's our favorite. The food is truly delicious and tasty, with intense and well-balanced flavors. The place is cute, welcoming, and pleasant, ideal for both a casual dinner and a return visit. We also tried Ichiban in Padua, which belongs to the same chain, and in comparison, we noticed that, flavor-wise, the Treviso location is decidedly superior. The only flaw is the service, which unfortunately seems a bit disorganized: the staff doesn't seem to have a clear system for recording orders, and the lack of tools like a PDA makes the service less fluid. This is an aspect that needs to be addressed, because the quality of the cuisine definitely deserves better. That said, it's still a place we recommend for the quality of the food.

A very cute Japanese anime-themed restaurant with a quiet and welcoming atmosphere. We tried two types of ramen and another dish, aimen, with buckwheat noodles, without broth, and we all loved it. Everything was very tasty and filling. The ramen is considered a one-dish meal and is very filling on its own. We also tried a dessert, teoyaki, with sweet red bean sauce and whipped cream. Everything was delicious and highly recommended, and the quality/price ratio is excellent!
