I'm fond of Fusion... I've been coming for many years but something has changed since it reopened more than a year ago... in addition to the management, the restyling doesn't really convince me... before the atmosphere was wonderful, now it's a bit cold... the food it's definitely not at the level it was years ago. So many beautiful things have changed in Florence... what a shame!

Ho regalato a mio figlio ed alla sua compagna un voucher per una cena presso il Fusion. Il personale gentilissimo mi ha aiutato e consigliato con estrema gentilezza e cordialità. Grazie a Nicola e a tutto lo staff.

Sono tornata in questo bel locale insieme a mio marito ed abbiamo coinvolto anche i nostri due figli adolescenti che recentemente si sono appassionati alla cucina fusion e al sushi. La qualità del pesce e delle materie prime è ineguagliabile. Il sushi non si può mangiare ovunque! E questo è il messaggio che hanno portato chiaramente a casa anche i nostri ragazzi. I piatti gustosi e belli sono preparati dalle mani esperte di Nancy mentre Sasha si occupa del coreografici cocktails. Davvero bravi e impareggiabili come sempre. Torneremo sicuramente

Kaizen Sushi

19/03/2024: Good all you can eat restaurant in the Piazza Dalmazia area, without infamy or praise. The environment is rather welcoming and is structured on two floors plus an external dehor, the kitchen is partially exposed and you can already notice a not excellent cleanliness and a certain disorder, nothing dramatic but worth mentioning. The menu is classic, it has no shortage of either the more typically Japanese and cold dishes or the hot Chinese ones: the ravioli are decent, just as the ramen isn't that bad, the raw food is good while the skewers need to be reviewed. The order methodology passes through the restaurant's application, with the dishes being served within a quarter of an hour of sending the order. Fair prices and cover charge included (€15.90 for lunch, €16.90 at the weekend, and €25.90 for dinner): the initiative of halving the price on the birthday is nice. Recommended for a nice feast with friends without too many pretensions

30/01/2024: It's delicious, but it's quite expensive. This place doesn't compare to the cost-effectiveness of unlimited refill sushi restaurants. However, the quality of food other than sushi is slightly better.
