06/08/2023: The Asian food I ate after two weeks of travel (read Korean food) was so delicious. It was a pork rice bowl and they made it spicy with stir-fried pork. It was honestly better than the one I had in Korea! My friend and I went together, and we had stir-fried pork*2 and yakisoba for 3 people! It was such a satisfying meal that I thought about taking it out and eating it for breakfast at my hotel the next day. Additionally, it was nice to talk to a Korean owner for the first time during my trip to Sicily. Highly recommended!!

29/03/2024: Evening to forget. I went to Ginger some time ago and I was really happy with it, so yesterday I decided to return. We arrived at 10pm and chose the all you can eat sushi option and one of us had pizza. The pizza arrived in 40 minutes and my friend tried to wait, so we could all have dinner together, but she necessarily had to have dinner alone. We had only ordered 6 dishes in total for 3 people, to do things slowly and not overdo it. The first course arrived at MIDNIGHT, 2 hours of endless waiting. Without considering that the wrong dishes arrived. The small place fills up with people in view of the Karaoke night and it was really annoying to eat with people bumping into you and the music blasting. Our all you can eat ends here. We practically ate NOTHING, even though I asked to reorder, no one ever arrived. We drank 2 bottles of wine in the endless wait. The owner was very kind, trying to apologize by applying a 30 euro discount on a 170 euro bill. Unfortunately I paid 38 euros for eating cosmic nothingness. Beautiful dining room staff who make you feel at home. In case you decide to give it a try, I strongly advise against the all you can eat formula on Thursday evenings. Personally I think my experience with them ends here.

14/03/2024: La location si dovrebbe prestare per fare pizza , sushi , karaoke , drink .. in realtà c’è lo spazio forse per fare un kebab , i tavoli sono piccoli stretti e spogli al centro della strada , letteralmente all’acqua e al vento , non esiste alcun minimo di apparecchiatura se non con un tovagliolo di carta. Fanno tanto i guru della finanza per poi dire al cliente di non accettare Amex per i costi troppo alti della commissione. Che miseri . Un consiglio scendete dal piedistallo .

02/04/2024: Dramatic experience. Table booked for 1.15pm, once seated we order at almost 1.30pm and from then on nothing. The first course arrives at 2.10pm... two precise rolls and the owner (?) apologizing, at first, because the orders (still placed on a sheet of paper...) had been made with the wrong table number (which she had filled in one of their staff anyway, and even if she was, who did they give our stuff to in the meantime?..). From then on the dishes arrive every 15 minutes! Which, trust me, is quite a few for an all-you-can-eat sushi. At a certain point some light gusts were making their very light torn umbrellas that covered us on the external tables fly and rather than weigh them down (or buy suitable ones which would really be the case) they close them and leave us under the direct sun without any ifs or but. Maximum rudeness at the request for explanations and speed in service with the lady who first went to apologize and then with a hard face and irritating pedantry from all the nearby tables who had been waiting for their orders for an hour and she pointed out that instead they were waiting ALONE 45/50 minutes.. we finished eating at 3pm eating for a few minutes in an hour and a half there. The food at least is good but everything else is simply disgraceful. Super not recommended. Evolve and learn some customer care.

31/03/2024: I was here for dinner for the second time and the same errors always recurred. The food is very good, I particularly appreciated the raw ones. It's a shame that the portions of some dishes are smaller than the quantities indicated. The service was truly terrible as we spent an entire evening chasing the waiters always asking for the same dishes which never arrived even after ordering them for the second time. It's really a shame.

20/03/2024: Pessima esperienza culinaria, questi signori non hanno la più pallida idea di cosa sia la cucina brasiliana, come si cucina e come si serve! Avranno letto qualche guida di cucina brasiliana e si sono improvvisati. Il menù da loro proposto è stato servito incompleto, infatti mancavano due contorni e due tipologie di carne! Tale mancanza è stata manifestata ma molto candidamente mi è stato risposto: questa sera mancano...vergogna! Al cospetto di tale figuraccia nessuno si è scusato e/o ha cercato di rimediare offrendo un dessert o un digestivo e al momento di pagare, però, il conto è stato presentato come se avessero servito tutta la cena così come riportato nel loro menù! Sconsigliatissimo!

07/11/2023: Abbiamo ordinato venerdì sera il sushi a casa io ed il mio ragazzo, premetto che non prendevo il sushi qui da molto tempo ma mi ero trovata sempre bene. Non essendo all you can eat abbiamo pagato anche abbastanza ma per la qualità e la salute ci può anche stare. Peccato che il mio ragazzo ha preso la salmonella perchè i suoi pezzi erano tutti di pesce crudo al contrario dei miei che fortunatamente erano di pesce cotto e mi sono salvata. E' stato malissimo con febbre e seri problemi di stomaco e di vomito. Purtroppo a malincuore non ordineremo più qui. Mai mi sarei aspettata una situazione del genere.

03/04/2024: 3 out of 4 of the food is fish not chinese food. Ice cream not labelled and served with the same spoon.

06/04/2024: I had lunch with my family in this excellent sushi restaurant, I had a great time, excellent value for money. Delicious sushi, every single piece had its own unique flavor not to mention the freshness of the food. Recommended.

01/04/2024: Terrible service and terrible food. We got sushi which tasted unconvincing and then the spring rolls weren't good either. Among other things, they didn't bring us two dishes we ordered. Rude, especially at the checkout, unprofessional.

06/03/2024: Sabato sera, passeggiata in via etnea con mia moglie, e ci fermiamo in questo locale all'apparenza molto piccolo. Il maitre di sala ci accoglie calorosamente e ci accompagna in una sala che somiglia ad un giardino zen! Atmosfera rilassante, e sushi superlativo il prezzo è proporzionato alla qualità del cibo. Personale gentilissimo, in particolare il signor Rosario. Torneremo sicuramente.

23/03/2024: It's a shame that every single time we go to McDrive they always forget to put something in the bag. Really disappointing, they never prove themselves wrong!

02/04/2024: Worst place I have ever been. They have no clue how to make a cocktail. We ordered 3 Moscow mule and 1 shrimp tempura. They served us 3 vodka with ice and slice of lemon and some ginger in tall glasses (!!!!???). We paid 48 euros for garbage. Yes, they also changed us 3 cover for 1 dish. Yes, they skin the tourists. A place to avoid.

02/03/2024: Cena pessima. Siamo arrivati alle 20.30 e il primo ostacolo è stato scoprire che di sabato non svolgono la formula All You Can Eat e che il menù ristorante non era nemmeno disponibile ma che c'era un menù del giorno con esattamente 4 piatti. Premetto che nel pomeriggio avevamo chiamato per chiedere se disponevano di una scelta per me, che sono in gravidanza. Il menù scarno in tutto sia per il sushi che, escludendo la formula, è povero comunque sia per la parte cruda che cotta. Concludo con il fatto che i primi piatti ci sono arrivati esattamente alle 22.30. Veramente pessimo sia come servizio che come organizzazione.
