18/05/2025: It's a good all you can eat sushi! In my opinion not the best in Cagliari in terms of choice of rolls or special appetizers, but still very good! I find the fried and raw fish excellent! I've been there several times! I recommend it!
02/05/2025: Saturday lunch (April 5th) for four people, with an all you can eat formula (AYCE), around €25 each. The price also included a bottle of Costamolino, three coffees, two sorbets and two bao (Japanese sweets).
The food is good, average for an AYCE. The tuna tartare was certainly one of the dishes I remember best: really well done. The tuna sashimi, however, is less convincing, with a lighter color than usual and a different consistency, probably due to a different type or cut. The salmon, on the other hand, is excellent, fresh and delicate. The other dishes ordered were correct but not memorable, in line with other Japanese AYCEs in the city. The dishes, dishes and bowls were appreciated: very aesthetically pleasing.
The service was friendly, and the waiters were also very kind. However, we had to wait around 30–45 minutes for the first courses, and one or two dishes never arrived (probably due to an oversight).
The environment left me with mixed feelings. As soon as you enter you immediately find yourself in front of the preparation counter - a detail that you may like, but personally I don't consider it essential - with the cashier corner immediately to the right. The entrance does not give much airiness and is not visually particularly appealing, but obviously that is the geometry of the room.
On the left you enter the first room, where we had lunch, overlooking Piazza San Benedetto. I found it not very welcoming: very bright due to the glass, with tables rather close together. The aisles between the rows are regular, but there isn't much comfort between one diner and another, especially if you have to get up. It's not ugly, but it doesn't transmit heat.
The internal room, which can be reached by climbing a small ramp, made a completely different impression on me: more intimate, with dark walls, soft lights, illuminated niches, Japanese-themed paintings and figurines. The atmosphere is decidedly more relaxing and enhances the experience better. If I were to return, I would ask to eat there. For me the environment also has an important weight.
In summary: positive experience, with some successful dishes and courteous service. Some aspects could be improved on an environmental and logistical level, but overall a reliable AYCE. Recommended especially if you choose the right room.

In Cagliari we ate in some all you can eat (two or three) but this, in our opinion, is the best.
Very kind staff, nice atmosphere, and excellent dishes!
We liked practically everything and the Thai soup (surimi aside) made us go back to Thailand for a moment 💕

12/03/2025: Ho pranzato oggi, insieme al mio fratello. Abbiamo scelto due menù pranzo da 18 € che comprendevano quattro portate a scelta dal menu. +1 birra giapponese da 66 c.c.e un caffè. Do un punteggio negativo, non per la qualità del cibo, che era buono ed è arrivato nei tempi giusti, quanto per il conto di 55 € che non è stato giustificato con uno scontrino dettagliato. C’è stato un parlottio tra la titolare la cameriera, che forse non ci ha specificato che alcune portate non erano compresi nel menù pranzo. Ma questo si deve specificare quando si ordina non al momento di pagare. E mi sento di specificare questo a voce alta perché sono una cliente anche se non assidua del ristorante, da anni. E non ho mai fatto nessuna storia per il conto che è sempre abbastanza alto per un piccolo locale di periferia.

Bal Harbour è decisamente il secondo!
Dalla mattina alla sera, è il luogo perfetto per staccare
Lettini comodi, drink serviti direttamente sotto il sole, buona musica e relax.
Il pranzo è una scelta difficile solo perché è tutto buono.
I piatti mediterranei curatissimi e con materie prime di qualità, il sushi fresco e ben fatto da gustare anche a bordo piscina
Nel tardo pomeriggio si alza il ritmo con ottimi cocktail e una drink list davvero interessante.
La sera si chiude in bellezza, tra sushi e churrasco serviti con attenzione e un ottima scelta di vini.
Il servizio è sempre presente ma mai invadente, e l’atmosfera ti fa sentire in vacanza
Un grazie speciale a chi lo rende così, la padrona di casa , tutto il suo staff e Andrea, che già in fase di prenotazione è stato super disponibile.
Ci ha spiegato con pazienza e professionalitá tutte le possibilità, dai servizi diurni al menu della sera, elencandoci i diversi tagli di carne disponibili, i piatti speciali, e aiutandoci a trovare la soluzione perfetta per la nostra giornata!
Un posto che merita davvero

29/05/2025: I will never go there again!!!
I am celiac and like every time I go to a restaurant I point it out to understand what I can eat and to ask for extra attention for possible contamination. The waitress gave me a paper menu where I could understand what contained gluten and what did not, too bad that in some dishes the symbol was not indicated even though the dish contained it. And we are not talking about "may contain traces of...", but about the fried onion that had WHEAT FLOUR among the ingredients. The result of this is that I ate food that I could not eat and that I will most likely spend the next 2 days feeling sick. The owner apologized several times saying that the menus were being reprinted, but the truth is that those menus have been around for a while and no one thought to add a sticker and indicate it with a pen-written note.
So absolutely not recommended for those who have to follow a gluten-free diet or for those with allergies!

03/05/2025: It has been our favorite sushi restaurant for some time now, the landlady, Elena, is fantastic, the staff are courteous and helpful, the food is fresh and absolutely tasty, at dinner you spend a little more because they serve sushi with truffles and excellent raw dishes, but the prices are more than honest, I would say excellent. Highly recommended.

30/03/2025: I had been told that the food was great here, but I personally didn't like it. I found the edamame, spring rolls and soy spaghetti good. The sushi was neither beautiful nor good, I tried many types but there wasn't one that I liked. Also, the rice was so soft that it fell apart. I would say it's not worth the price, 50 euros for two with drinks at 3 euros a can seems a bit excessive compared to what is offered. Failed

03/06/2025: We went to this restaurant, and while the food was lovely, the service was awful. We asked for a table for two, and a waitress cleaned and seated us. We were given menus and chose our food and drinks, then waited for someone to take our order. After 45 minutes without even being acknowledged, we still hadn’t been approached, no explanation, no order, no apology.
When a waiter finally came over, we explained the issue. He just said “damn” and walked away. We didn’t leave because it was late, around 10:50 p.m., and other restaurants were unlikely to seat us at that hour, so we waited.
Once we’d finished eating, we asked to speak to the manager. Waiting that long, especially in a restaurant of this standard, was unacceptable. During that time, other tables were seated, served, had plates cleared, and received more courses. We were clearly overlooked.
Two nearby tables (one local, one tourist) even commented that they’d noticed how long we were waiting and agreed it was ridiculous. That reassured us that it wasn’t just us being fussy, it was genuinely poor service.
After the meal, we again asked for the manager, hoping for at least an apology or some form of acknowledgment. We were told to go inside to speak with him. I did, and a staff member said he would get the manager. He walked into the kitchen and came back two minutes later saying the manager was busy, even though I’d just seen him chatting casually with the chefs.
It would have taken two minutes to speak with us. For a manager to refuse to deal with an unhappy customer was extremely disappointing. After being told the manager wouldn’t speak to me, a kind waiter stepped in and asked me to explain the issue to him. I did. He asked who had seated us, and I pointed to the woman by the bar, she was standing close enough to hear the whole conversation.
I then asked if we could at least receive an apology. The woman looked visibly annoyed that I was even asking. She sarcastically said “sorry” to her colleague, then gave me an insincere, agitated apology. It felt more like she was irritated at being held accountable than actually sorry for what happened.
They explained that they were overwhelmed due to a table of 18, although we didn’t see such a table during our time there. I completely understand what it’s like to be busy; I’m a chef and my girlfriend is a waitress. We know the pressure of restaurant work. But all it would’ve taken was someone approaching our table to let us know there was a delay or to take a drinks order. That level of basic communication doesn’t cost anything.
Instead, we sat trying to flag down staff, making eye contact, all while watching other tables around us get served. Eventually, I asked for the bill because no one seemed to understand our frustration. Normally, I let things go, I’ve never asked to speak to a manager before, but this experience was unacceptable, and we felt it needed to be addressed.
Even after the complaint, there was no real apology. Someone just said, “Next time, if you come, we’ll make sure everything is perfect.” At that point, it was clear we weren’t coming back.
After we paid and left, the kind waiter who had earlier listened to us came outside to apologize. He explained that he wasn’t aware we’d been seated or that no one had taken our order. We appreciated that someone finally acknowledged the mistake and spoke to us with empathy.
To conclude: the food was nice—though the crab spaghetti had shells throughout, which is a choking hazard and should be addressed. But overall, the service was shockingly bad. We were ignored, given no explanation, and when we tried to raise the issue, we were met with sarcasm and poor attitudes. The manager refusing to speak with us was the final disappointment.
We understand being busy. We work in hospitality and know how it is. But respectful communication and basic acknowledgment go a long way. None of that happened here, and the service completely ruined what should have been a good experience.

09/06/2025: I don't expect a fancy plating but better not to put the salad at this point. Ravioli dirty with other food, I had to drain the soy spaghetti myself. Two courses went to another table who didn't say anything, consumed and after an eternity they realized the mistake. Rather sharp and hasty. €20 for lunch menu and water
24/05/2025: Very good food and nice place but the tall, thin, blond waiter was not nice at all, he came to ask us if we wanted to order something else while we were still eating and since we still didn't know if we wanted anything else (there were 40 minutes left until the kitchen closed) we told him that we didn't want anything else for the moment and then 20 minutes before the kitchen closed he asked if we could order two more dishes and he answered us in an arrogant tone "I came to ask you first and you didn't want anything else" to my answer "we thought we had ordered more things, but if that's not possible there's no problem" he proceeded to nod with an annoyed look and leave
